Shipping executives rally behind Geilberg as Bannerhafen parks fleets in Himmelshtern
March 5599

Bannerhafen, Narikaton and Darnussia - Beidel's direct challenge against the Beiteynuese Government in Yishelem earlier this month paved the way for Narik and Darnussian Richard Geilberg to trigger his election campaign for the Secretariat in Himmelshtern. With the Kohav fuming but with no legal basis to oppose the deployment of the 3rd Point Federation's fleets to Himmelshtern, the divide continues to grow.

Newly appointed Prime Minister Maria Kadiyot was evidently thwarted in her attempts to challenge the Migrant Accords last week in what analysts surmised as an attempted legal loophole at triggering the mutual defence pact of the 3rd Point Federation against one of its core members.

The Yesheeva's most prominent shipping executives of the likes of Passschiffe Bau AG and Hadayim took public positions in the following days, standing in support of Geilberg, despite Yishelem's public outcries at destabilisation caused by Beidel's call for Himmelshtern's secession.

BREAKING NEWS: ICBM strikes on Xsampan naval installations deemed successful; Nisrads engage in talks with Wiel
May 5599

Yishelem - The Beiteynuese Naval Command from Himmelshtern reported 20 minutes ago that an ICBM strike conducted by the Hosheh in Amshinov in the early hours of this morning was successful at destroying "a few key targets"; with the aim of disrupting supply and operations for the Xsampan navy, which has ventured eastwards of Rapa Pile and recently engaged against Kadima II in the Vascanian Sea.

The move has been assumed as a tactical counter, considering how Kadima II, the Shahar Fleets deployment of 9 warships and an aircraft carrier is severely exposed in the Vascanian Sea, despite flanking support from a submarine flotilla.

-

Military officials remain extremely concerned of an impending counter-attack, as the strikes did not succeed in crippling operations - a number of the deadly ballistic missiles were intercepted and shot down by Vanuku's fleets in the southwest [of Beiteynu].

-

It's important to remember that Beiteynu's ICBM arsenal is only limited to conventional weaponry, as far as public records are concerned.

Nationwide alert issued after the navy's devastating loss in the Vascanian Sea; all fleets recalled from the Artanian Sea
August 5599

Yishelem - The navy's devastating loss of Kadima II of the Shahar Fleets earlier this summer triggered a cascading effect of panic with military officials with the Kohav, who have scrambled for the better part of the last couple of months to address a severely deteriorating situation in terms of the ongoing armed conflict with Xsampa and the severe political and geopolitical friction around it.

Albeit local authorities from multiple nations rushing in to assist the sinking fleet of 9 warships - including the aircraft carrier - it is extremely hard to let go of the fact that the Beiteynuese Government's efforts have led to another Beiteynuese fleet sunk in as many years.

"Have we learned nothing?!", the Secretary of Rishon Le Hofesh spewed in the Knesset last week, accusing Maria Kadiyot and the Kadiyot Administration of war crimes - his rant only ending with him walking out in the middle of a session.

-

The destruction of the CSG led to the immediate arrest of a few key naval officers by 3rd Point Federation police in Himmelshtern, considering the fleet was initially assigned under the mandate of the Migrant Accords.

-

Despite initial wins and successful missile strikes, the BDF's position remains strategically dire, not because of military limitations, but of diplomacy and lobbying pressure. Tactically, the southern regions of the Red Bass Ocean are now out of reach, considering Vanuku's active blockade, with Wiel stepping on the gas of demanding the cessation of all hostilities since the ICBM launch, "or else".

Military intelligence continues to indicate that albeit Xsampa's deployments in the Red Bass Ocean, the Xsampan navy will not move further westwards to West Majatra; making the situation even more complex. With waning support from Himmelshtern, Bannerhafen and the 3rd Point itself - citing an inability to trigger the mutual defence clauses of the Migrant Accords which only pertain to the Migrant's Pass and homeland defence - Yishelem's leeway against Xsampa has been decreasing rapidly.

-

In fact, the loss of support from across the board has led to many Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries taking public positions against Yishelem, as officials from the Himmelshtern Nisrad sit down on the negotiation table in Wiel, in an attempt to secure commerce and trade.

It's expected that the Nisrads of Sholemberg and Tel Bira - the centers of Yeudish trade and commerce respectively - will join in on the talks; curiously in clear violation of the Homeland State's laws on foreign policy in effect, but with Yishelem clearly unable to enforce them.

Adding further fuel to Himmelshtern's ongoing court battles against the Kadiyot Administration and the Beiteynuese Government itself.

BREAKING NEWS: New barrage of missiles lights up night sky
10 October 5599

Rishon Le Hofesh, West Bank - Social media has been flooding with pictures and videos of people filming the night sky, as a stream of "moving lights" is noted coming in from "somewhere in the east" - presumed to be the Hosheh's classified installations in the Desert Bank - and disappearing in the horizon towards the West. Most remark the obvious: the Homeland State of Beiteynu has launched more ICBMs against Xsampa.

A few minutes ago, a government alert was issued to all residents via mobile, advising them to "stay indoors".

Special Edition - 30 September 5599
Sharon Aristocrat-Goldbloom II Is Dead at 84
The Former Rosh Ha'memshala of the Homeland State died 'of sadness' in her Sholemberg residence, her children say.

Sholemberg, Beiteynu - The former Rosh Ha'Memshala of the Homeland State, pushed away from power just months ago, has died today in her Sholemberg Hills mansion at the age of 84, her children told the Post earlier. They have speculated that her sudden death is to attribute to the abrupt change in Yishelem politics earlier this year, which reportedly made their mother 'sad' and eventually 'depressed', causing Sharon II to 'die of sadness', as her first-born son, Prince Elias III, described her passing. The Prince did not held back at Yishelem, considered responsible for Sharon's death:
Quote:Sadly enough my mother was ousted from power abruptly. She didn't expect that, and I think ...sniff... her death was caused by that. We will carefully consider our future, and I can tell you, Sholemberg can stand alone, if we're not wanted anymore.

The State Funeral will happen next week in Sholemberg, and the whole population is invited to join, it will feature an eulogy by the new Prince of Sholemberg, HRH Elias III Aristocrat-Goldbloom, and will later join Elias Goldbloom and Sharon Aristocrat-Goldbloom I in the city's cemetery.

BREAKING NEWS
Prince Elias III of Sholemberg Declares Secession from Homeland State
October 5599

[Image: ossoff_hearing_border.png?h=01450f42&itok=LUR1HOOM]
Prince Elias III declaring the secession.

Sholemberg, Nisrad of Sholemberg - Following the State Funeral to former Princess Sharon II Aristocrat-Goldbloom, Prince Elias III went over to the family's mansion in Sholemberg Hills to make an announcement to the city and the whole district. The announcement was heavily speculated on, but no one could predict that the Prince would have proceeded to declare the secession of the Sholemberg Nisrad from the Homeland State of Beiteynu, joining Himmelshtern.

The Prince motivated the family's choice by recalling the outrage over the decision, earlier this year, to oust Sharon II as Rosh Ha'Memshala, and denounced the carelessness of the Yishelem government over the handling of the Xsampan war, in particular relating to the use of nuclear weapons. But the main problem for the family remains how their grandmother and mother was treated, an humiliation so big, that the Aristocat-Goldbloom had no choice but to establish the Nisrad as independent from Yishelem.

Prince Elias III said that the Nisrad will be led by his family, but will continue to allow elections and parties beyond the local branch of the CYH, there will continue to be a local Knesset, with a Ramatkal. Sholemberg, said the Prince, will also continue to work with Beiteynu and other Yeudi Nisrads to protect the Yeudi people, and has also assured nations trading with the Sholemberg docks, which have the biggest volume and the biggest network of all Beiteynu, that the new Nisrad will continue to be 'fundamentally internationalist'.

Himmelshtern disbands Beiteynuese Naval Command with fleets re-assigned to the Nisrad; 9 more warships sold to Melikvan
March 5600

Himmelshtern - Simultaneously acting as a metaphorical middle finger to Yishelem's Kohav (central military command), both civilian and military leadership with the Himmelshtern Nisrad has disbanded the Beiteynuese Naval Command - effective immediately - as one of the surrender terms fulfilled during negotiations with Wiel; essentially disarming Yishelem and the crumbling Beiteynuese Government from its biggest weapon.

Officials from Himmelshtern have also entered into joint talks with Sholemberg, Melikvan and Amshinov, in an attempt to lobby and sway the latter into seceding from the Homeland State. Amshinov's jurisdiction currently includes Beiteynu's ballistic missile arsenal.

-

With the Hofesh Fleet all but completely destroyed from Vanuku's retaliation attack in the immediate aftermath of the nuclear detonation in Xsampa in October, Himmelshtern has cancelled all defence related contracts for the fleet, effectively stripping Rishon Le Hofesh and Tel Bira of tactical naval capabilities (excluding vessels comprising the aforementioned Nisrads's coast guard).

Mr. Geilberg has been adamant that the Himmelshtern Nisrad will take over all defense related operations on behalf of Rishon Le Hofesh and Sholemberg, assuaging concerns on both ends in multiple meetings over the course of the last week.

-

Thus, as a result, the Yeudi Fleet's formations of 25 warships will be moved to the Lekavot Island, under the jurisdiction of Himmelshtern.

Both the Yishelhafen Fleet and the 2 remaining carrier strike groups [Shahar Fleets] of 25 and 18 warships respectively have been exclusively assigned to the 3rd Point Federation; with a strict order to remain docked on the 3rd Point Base unless a command is given by Bannerhafen.

The Lekavot Fleet of 25 warships will remain with Himmelshtern and has been given the same order to remain docked at all circumstances.

The Zaar Fleet deployment in Pontesi has been disbanded, with all 9 warships to be sold to Pontesi.

-

When asked about the current situation in Rishon Le Hofesh - referring to Vanukean forces present - Himmelshtern emphasized the importance of "joint talks across all Nisrads until such time as Yishelem surrenders and works with us", echoing Bannerhafen's most recent position.

Meanwhile, the radio silence from the remaining Beiteynuese Government in Yishelem continues.

Tel Bira secedes to pursue international neutrality; multi-year Neset talks with Yishelem break down
August 5604

Tel Bira, West Bank - The crumbling Kadiyot Administration in Yishelem has received yet another blow after almost 4 years of negotiations and talks with Rishon Le Hofesh, Wiel, Himmelshtern, Bannerhafen, the 3rd Point Federation and Sholemberg on reaching an agreement of surrender on behalf of the Beiteynuese Government, after Vanuku's ultimatum following the Homeland State's decision to use a nuclear weapon on Xsampa's capital.

Maria Kadiyot, the Prime Minister herself, and several members of the administration have been fighting indictments in Beiteynuese courts for the better part of the current decade, with YBI still in hot water on its Kundratijan findings, as the case remains ongoing, as well.

The Yeudi Diaspora reacted positively on closing bell last night after the Secretary of Tel Bira announced the city's secession from the Homeland State, following on the footsteps of Himmelshtern and Sholemberg. He vowed to pursue a direction of unwavering neutrality so as to remain the beating heart of the Neset and the Yeudi Diaspora, "independent of Yishelem's warmongering tendencies".

It is rumoured that ever increasing pressure from Pontesi and Vanuku may in fact lead to Amshinov's and Haifbourg's secession - the two final remaining Nisrads still under the umbrella of the Beiteynuese Government. Although Amshinov's extended ties with Yishelem may prove fatal to the Homeland State's existence, should it choose to secede, the Secretary of Amshinov has held a firm position of support towards Yishelem, thus far.

Political pressure groups from Yishelem and Yakovshtot have been organising protests and marches calling for Maria Kadiyot's resignation. A spokesperson from the MCR demanded that the Prime Minister "be sent to a psych ward and shackled with the white straps uniform".

Desert Bank secedes under Haifbourg's leadership, after extensive Jelbic pressure from Wiel and Melikvan
October 5606

Haifbourg, Desert Bank - The mysterious lands of the Desert Bank have rarely made major headlines; outside ballistic missiles, questionable human-made earthquakes and the endless stack of nuclear power plants adorning the eastern sides of the Karkaari, it has little to offer except for the most adventurous of tourists. And the most courageous of the Beiteynuese Defence Force, who undergo the infamous regiments of Jelbic notoriety.

An arid landscape, stretching for miles and miles, the sight only breaks when E3 reaches Amshinov to the north - aridness gives way to some green splashes, even around the Yeladim Lake (Lake of the Children).

To the east, the massive mountains of Pontesi break the horizon, as if the ground itself is furious with the cloudless sky above. The only habitants are found in the south; south of Mt. Mushafakir itself and the massive crater that used to be filled with salty water in ages past.

Jelbic, Ahmadi, Majatran; the cities and towns close to the border with Barmenistan have barely had relations with Yishelem in the first place. With the Empire of the Jelbic People's extensive influence in both governance and culture in recent decades, the divide has become a chasm.

-

Under normal circumstances, the Homeland State would have entered election period by now, leading up to 5608; with Himmelshtern, Sholemberg, Tel Bira, Rishon Le Hofesh and now Haifbourg out of the Beiteynuese Government's reach, the political landscape in Yishelem seems all but moot.

Evidently, Beiteynu now exists more on paper, than substance, creating massive bureaucratic hindrances along the way.

-

"We are the pillars of this land and the diaspora", the Secretary of Haifbourg concluded; "not Yishelem, not anymore".

Political landscape calls for Maria Kadiyot's resignation; 6 Ministers resign amidst commencement of "union talks" between Nisrads
August 5607

Yishelem - It seems that the Beiteynuese Government has entered its "last stand", with pundits calling the upcoming 5608 elections a "sham", considering that the Knesset has yet to call for a session following the resignations of 6 Ministers of the Kadiyot Administration last week. Ordinarily, the Homeland State's legislative body would have pursued a vote of no confidence by now, but owing to the current state of affairs, that seems unlikely.

Himmelshtern's continuous and steady integration into the Dual Republic of Narikaton and Darnussia has essentially set the stage for Sholemberg and Tel Bira to pursue their own neutral positions insofar as the Neset is concerned.

Simultaneously, Vanuku's unwavering presence and demands on behalf of Rishon Le Hofesh for Yishelem to "give up and surrender" has helped steer Haifbourg away from the bowels of the Beiteynuese Government, even showing cracks in Amshinov's leadership - which has thus far remained in support of the Kadiyot Administration, especially as Pontesi seems to be doubling down on political pressure in recent months.

Both the Office of the Rosh HaMemshala and the Palace in Yishelem have remained silent.
