Eshador- Chieftan Vahan Azeryan and minister of foreign affairs Satenik Davtyan have received President Ossel of Narikuton&Darnussia to reestablish friendly ties, but also about the ongoing tension and insecurity risks the Migrants Pass is facing. As N&D has taken the leadership of the MP, Pontesi said that it will oblige and remain a valuable member of the 3PF, but will do it with caution. President Ossel has also aksed the Pontesian governement to start modernizing ports, for better and safer dockings of trade and naval ships.
The Azeryan administration was already planning to renovate the ports, so it went fast towards how Pontesi could be off help in the MP situation, while chieftan Vahan Azeryan said that it will keep patrolling the MP, but closer to the shore of Pontesi as it doesn't want to provoke a triggerhappy Lodamun, untill mathers are solved between the 3PF members and Lodamun.
The both delegations also agreed on a mutual cooperation of building a nuclear powerplant in Pontesi, that will be shared by both nations, Wich will be on Pontesi's side nationalised by the governement, as it is the governements opinion that electricity is a basic need it has to be controlled by the state, the plant will be build in Mamlakert as they are already busy building the defense district wich will be heavely secured.. It was a fruitfull discussion and afternoon done by both delegations. After they finshed discussing what they ha dto discuss, the visited the newest city of Pontesi, Arevis and ate alocal dish at a local dinner, wich was secured by the secret services and police. A lot of Ponto-yeudi's came to see president Ossel, as his administration has mentioned they are the vanguard of the Yeudi faith, and where delighted to see the man himself and president Ossel appeared to be happy with all the attention he was receiving, it seems.

Lilit Garkyan, minister of heath and social services, has found an agreement on regulations on working conditions with the top 5 employers.

After a year of meetings and talks, the top 5 and the minister have found a compromise that would give give more regulations on workconditions for the employee. Lilit Garkyan, minister of health and services, has proceeded to put the proposal into the democratic procedure, where parliament has voted in favor of the law.
The top 5 and the minister have agreed on proposals like a 45 hour week, with some exceptions like transport and special exceptions for healthcare, also on the rights of unions, as they are representatives of the workers, they should have rights outside of the governement and the employer. Also special arrangements for shiftwork and the space needed inbetween a workers shift, how much time is needed inbetween shifts for the worker to rest. Lilit Garkyan named the proposal the havaragir (the balanceaccord) and will go in administration in january 5667.
the minister talked to our reporter after the parliament vote for havaragir. It is wonderfull that the proposal has been voted in favor and will take effect in 5667. Our workers have worked for too long without any restrictions of the employer, the employer benefitted a lot, wich was good for Pontesi, but not for its people. Our cabinet and coalition has promissed that the Pontesian people will grow with it an today is one step in that process!

The Ardziv Balleti Mrt'suyt has been won by non other then Pararvesti Tun Noralus for the 3th time in a row. Pararvesti is the biggest and most prestigious dansschool and especially for ballet of Pontesi, they won the contest the most. It was a big evening with other dans academies who competed for the big prestigious price and ofcourse the money that is tied to the price.
It was a big event with many spectators supporting their favourites. It was organised in Arvestanak, the new concerthall in Nakhater, with a maximum place of 2000, wich was fully booked for 3th time in a row. The organisation was very well done, as we heard some of the spectators, security and food where perfect. The Arvesti Balletayin Miutyun stated that it was one of their best shows and that the contestants where all beautifull and gave their all, wich you could see true the points as it has never been this close between groups.
Nareh Papazian was also present, a former proffesional dancer, to announce a big event to increase attention for all dance in Pontesi, but hopes that it also convinced international cooperation for dance.
I am here to announce that we found an agreement with all organisations intrested to organise a dance olympiade to increase intrest and motivation in dance, but also will it highlight dance even more, while giving youth a boost of confidence to sign up in danceschools and hopefully we will find hidden gems into that crowd. As it will be a contest of differant dance levels, we need to give academies the time to integrate it and work on it. We have foreseen the first contest to take place in 5668. Wich dances we have chosen will be announced before the event to the public, while the academies will receive it earlier ofcourse.

In the last local elections we saw a bit of a change, more support for local parties then the national parties, while Nor Vahan is the winner with 10 mayors, we see the 2 biggest cities fallen in hands of local initiatives. Melikvan 1 of the 2 boggest cities has chosen for a local party, surprisingly also a yeudi local initiative, while in Victoria the second of the biggest cities has chosen for Gor II Derovyan, wich raises questions of conflicts of intrests.
Mikayel Nahmanyan will be the first ever yeudi mayor for Melikvan of the local iniative Arev Shalom. Mikayel is bussinessman born and raised in Melikvan and he has many connections with other enterprises, who eventually also helped sponsoring his program. Mikayel set up the intiative to build bridges between Pontesians and yeudi communities to connect them and fight for both their interests. Mikayel talked to our reporter:

It has raised question, if there is a conflict of interests as Gor II Derovyan has shares in the company and holds a seat in the counsil of the company, but as he has said that he will not uphold his seat and chose a replacement for him in the counsil, he also stated that he will not sell his shares as it is a family company and he is proud of his ancestors. Furthermore he stated that he will act in the interest of Victoria and make next to the richest city, also the most beautifull one.

5 Local banks merge together to cope with the competition that brings foreign banks into Pontesi.

After the istalian bank CSM Bank and Egelion Villar y Zepeda bank moved into Pontesi who where already competing with Smallovsky Capital, is a positive footnote for the Pontesian economy, but had a negative impact for local banks who dont have the capital and or resources, such huge banks bring along. 5 local banks have found common ground and decided that if they want to compete, it has to be together and as such they decided to merge into Nor Ughin Bank.
5 local banks are Arevuni Bank located in Mamlakert, Vardanyan Kredit in K'ary, Masrik bank in Arevelyan, Selukarta bank in Levan and Bank Navasart in Folmakert have merged into Nor Ughin. The challenge they face is to compete with the istalian, Yeudi and Egelion bank, focusing on inviduals and companies with loans and insurances. The banks headoffice will be located in Khursalavan and newly appointed CEO Samvell Arzemanian gave a speech at the opening and reveal of Nor Ughin.

A new university focused on courses for the defense industries, while also being a military school. A military drill in Grekaladzor, practicing to use the mountains in a Pontesian Advantage.
After the investments in a new district for defense industries, the administration decided that it is also time for a university that will work together with those companies, from Software engeneering, robotics, vehicle techniks to Mechanics, it also will give courses like Economics, creative courses and sciences. Also a military academia will be build next to it, that will focus on strategists and officers for the army and navy.
The Pontesian Military has launched a large scale excersise this weak in the mountainous region of Grekaladzor, aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of troops in difficult terrain. The excercise has been named operation Iron Peak and is focused on training troops in advanced manouvres and mountain patrols, while also being able to coordinate between the differant troops like infantery, armored vehicles and the Taraveri. They are using multiple scenario's and how to respond to them, from securing high points to executing flanking manouvres, simulating situations the army could potentially encounter. The name operation Iron Peak was ispired by the rugged mountainous terrain reflects the strategic importance of elevated positions in military operations. The Minister of Defense Yonah Sargsyan assures that the excercise has been coinducted to all safety regulations and international standards,aiming to increase readyness, while ensuring the security of the region.

Synaps Dynamics settles in Melakert, a company that will research the possebilities of EXO skellets, wich could aid rehabilitations and eventually lighten hard physical labour. The prototype was created at the university of Melikvan by a 24 year old student of Biotechnics, Anahit Karapetian. She got investments of the House of Mazdagar and Nor Ughin, who get at their turn 40% of the company.
Anahit Karepatian is a 24 year biomedical specialist who made her first exo suit for her master thesis, while some companies CEO's laughed it away, Smallovsky Capital and the house of Mazdagar saw possebilities. They decided to invest enough for the creation for the companies, but also for the R&D of the suit, as it is still in its begin phase. Raffi Mazdagaryan explained to the press why he invested in such fragile and advanced project.Quote:Every new science project has been joked at, feared or angered people, what i saw was a brilliant student who followed her hard and tried to make something so others didn't have to follow the same path as her father. Hayrenik will be producing enough munition and small missiles, like for the ardziv Dome, for the own military and Pontesi's allies, all others who could become potential clients, will have the get permission of the pontesian governement. Lusnaq Systems will produce new drones, UAV's, electronics and equipment.

have agreed with the big 5 on opening a stock exchange.

Melikvan- At the house of parliamant the prime minister Vahan Azeryan (Nor Vahak) and minister of finance Lusine Armyan (ZM) sat together with the CEO's of the big 5 companies, wich are Thaller-Siran, Derovyan L&T, Clodius-Babayan, Smallovsky Capital and Seralon Holdings to find an agreement in cooperation to open a stock exchange.
Karl II thaller of Thaller-Siran, Phogos Gevondyan of Derovyan L&T, Sextus II Clodius of Clodius-Babayan, Joëll Smallovsky of Smallovsky Capital and Meraline Arakylan of Seralon Holdings accepted the invite of the prime minister and minister of finance to sit together and work together to start a stockexchange, wich eventually is in their best intrest as it could possebly make them more money.
After a couple weeks of negotiating and finding common ground the Pontesian governement released a statement that they will open a stock exchange named Arevak, but also open up an agency that will control and check the exchange, in cooperation with Mikayel Namanyan, mayor of Melikvan, they will build a building in the centre of the expanding financial district in Melikvan, wich already is the center of finance market of Pontesi. The agency will be named Arevakor who will oversee that Arevak is oblying with the laws. The big 5 will receive a seat in the board of the Arevakor. The big 5 will also be the first 5 companies that will sell shares on the Arevakor.

Melikvan- The governement finds it time to start investing in education, building schools and a university, also raising the education budget to invest in measures to make education more appealing towards young students, but also for unemployed people and the working class who wants reform or better their education level. Measures are also taken to increase the teachers and proffesors salaries and benefits to make the job more attractive. At a press conference the minister of education, Taron Vardanyan (ZM) announces the changes.
Quote:It is a great honour to announce the next changes that will improve education in Pontesi. As we all know Pontesi has a shortage in Labour and we need to take some measures to increase employment in those sectors. Makingf education especially on a higher level appealing and affordable will increase qualifications for the graduated students. Also will we invest in Scolarships again, wich are a free education for the talented students. The amount of scolarships will varie on the moments labour shortage. Communication and cooperation is important, that is why we also will work together with private institution to improve the communication and participation with schools, sportclubs, etc... Melikvan- Aram Sakrisyan (ZM) has announced some changes in Migration and visa procedures. The governement is busy to tackle the challenge of labour shortage in Pontesi, while already having taking measures like increasing education budget, campaigning for the necessarely needed qualifications and making incentives on the shortages, they have decided to go even further. Aram Sarkisyan has organised a press conference to inform the people about the measures.
Quote:We have decided to to change some migration laws and the visa procedure and we are here today to inform you on how it will proceed. First we will end the bordercontrols with Amudim, only customs will remain to tackle criminal activity. We will also stop patrolling the sea's surrounding Pontesi for migration purposes, this will free some money for other stuff. Second we will stop the visa procedure for all 3 Point Federation members and the whole of Majatran continent for people wanting to come in. To be clear, it is only for people wanting to come into Pontesi and not the other way around, as we can not decide the laws of another nation. In the migrant pass the navy has done an exercise and sharpen navy officers. The excercise was conducted to practise a blockade for enemy vessels entering the migrant pass. The newest fleet Tovayi Zoravarutyun, Arevyan Fleet and Arshavor Navaserk participated in the drill, also 2 aircrafts participated as practicing recons and cooperation with the navy. The octagone participated in the drill as coordination point to sharpen the communication and erase eventual flaws. The toraveri Zoravarutyun fleet, as it is the smallest, was appointed as the enemy fleet, sailing towards the migrants pass, the fleets where assigned to try the intervene without any aggresiveness, sharpen the communication with enemy vessels, if that did not succeed to interrupt the fleet from entering the migrant pass.

The excercise went as planned and no problems where reported. Trade and commerce ships where not affected by the drill and the 3pf where well inform on the excercise. The Marzeri Vahan fleet didn't participate in the drill as we they where still patrolling the Migrant pass to oblige to our responsebilities. We are aware that we dont have the biggest navy or military, but quality goes beyond quantity. We have a proud and strong navy and it has been shown in the navy excercise.

In Mamluk a local event has been organised named Velmarash, an event about bringing people together. With theaters, dance and music on the streets, with small markets highlighting the old yeudi, selucian and pontesian speceries and materials. Also cosplaying with old and new clothes. It also gave a boost to local bussinesses who where very happy with the new customers. The event was organised by Drevalan Foundation, lead by chairwoman Seren Vayrik, who was thrilled with the amount of visitors and the perfectly organised festival.

Mayor Gor II Derovyan announces a huge project, the renovation of Kharpen, district of Victoria. At the announcement he stated that this project will make room for technology, green energy and intelligent mobility, while also respecting traditions and culture. It also will be a cooperation between the local counsil and private companies like Derovyan L&T and Aramatek power systems.

Panhappen creations, Ararat Arts, Dreamwork studios, Zartonk studios, Pararvesti Tun Noralus Terralink and the house of Mazdagar have sat together with the goal of building a university for arts, music, film and creativity in Tovaris. They will name the university Tovarynth Akademi, a university specialised for film, music, dance, journalism, arts and all other creative formations.

The house of Pntekyan has declared bankruptcy after the arrest of Aeris Pntekyan, the son ishkan Aeris Pntekyan. He has been found commiting fraude to avoid taxes and scam smaller companies, to receive their shares. He was unlucky that he tried to swindle Solvaryn energy a smal company that produces high end batteries in cooperation with Thaller-Siran. He made promises with companies to give investments and or contract with the house of Pntek if they sold their shares cheap to him wich was found to be succesfull with one or 2 companies, but as he didn't know that Solvaryn Energy was in close contact with Thaller-Siran and used falsified their logo to make it appear they worked together, wich raised suspicion with someone in the company to tip off Karl II Thaller.
Aeris Pntekyan has been charged with fraude and drugsrelated activities. After Karl II Thaller was tipped of, Karl II Thaller immediately tipped of the department of finances and the police. The department of finances immediately responded with an audit to check the finances of the house of Pntek and personal finances of the members of the house, interogations of employees, the nobles and their accountants, wich revealed more illegal finances from Aeris Pntekyan, from briberies to suspicious money coming in, but also from the Ishkan himself, mismanaging the finances of the house for years lead to the terrible situation the house is in today. After interrogation and investigation, evidence was found that Aeris Pntekyan worked together with Vram Soryan, suspected to be the leader of Ordanet-Kharavian, to start a new drugsgang.
