As of October 5704,
By agreement between the Central Government of Yishelem of the Homeland States of Amudim on behalf of the Hischar, Kadosh, Medebir and Ma'arav Nisrads,
And the City State of Tel Bira,
And the City State of Himmelshtern,
The City State of Himmelshtern is thus included in the Haniyaret as expressed through relative amendments to clauses (4) and (5) of the global treaty,
And clause (3) of the special version of the Haniyaret as agreed with the Dual Republic of Narikaton and Darnussia, the Kingdom of Vanuku and the Royal Kingdom of Pontesi is hereby repealed.
