Leonex, and their partners Aviantica, have successfully created and tested a final prototype of the new GA-10001 engine. The new GA-10001 engine, made by Leonex, is set to be used for the new LX-35 Stealth Fighter for the Egelian Royal Air Force. Production on the new engine began years ago when the Royal directory was unsatisfied with the performance of the jet during air trials. Castillo Garibaldi claimed that the current engines on the LX-35 were insufficient as far as the total speeds and maneuverability efforts in the prototypes. 

Months of work and trials resulted in a much more powerful and accessible engine that is being placed on all newly acquired LX-35 planes. According to official estimates released by Leonex, the new LX-35 with the new engines will be able to reach an estimated Mach 2.25 at full speeds. What makes the LX-35 a premier figure is its ability to maintain a solid Mach 1.7 at a supersonic cruise speed, giving it a better edge when operating in stealth missions. Advanced avionics and sensors make the LX-35 a true product of mobility, made for several multi-role missions where stealth and electronic warfare are active. The new LX-35 will begin production in Yadraz using the new dual engine design by Leonex. "It truly is a marvel of engineering and aviation", said Jorge Carvajal, the GA-10001 Project Oversight Manager. "We have been able to revert our initial plans and created an increasingly mobile and deadly fifth generation higher. It is our expectation to continue improving this model to ensure that we achieve excellence in air combat. Already we have made something better then Union fighters and R5 Rafales. We are excited for the future." It was not specified by Castillo Garibaldi is the LX-35s would be open for international partners or if it would be an Egelian-only project.

As Egelion begins its age of prosperity, the Royal Council has begun to give praise to those services, companies, and partners who have helped Egelion's rise to power. Many people within the Royal Government have sent direct letters of praise to CEOs, community leaders, academia personnel, and private citizens as a great "thank you" for their role in the growth of Egelion. Part of this great process includes sending messages of "friendship and cooperation" to all of Egelion's partners, which can be found here in the IDE's website. Yet, the royal family through Emperor Leon Alexander, have decided to make matters personal. By this, a personal gift was sent to four different nation whom the Emperor has called "Egelion's closest allies.

The Emperor travelled to Caille where he met with the most excelled and experienced jewelry crafters from the company Diamant. Diamant has been the nation's top luxury item sellers for years, even personally working with the Royal Collection to advertise their items. Diamant's expertise was required for the gifts Emperor Leon Alexander personally commissioned. 

For Nadiya, Bianjie, Xsampa, and Kalistan, The Emperor commissioned and gifted each country specialized rings for their heads of state. An new heirloom for each country to pass down or memorialize as they see fit. Each ring was carefully designed and crafted by Diamant's most skilled workers. Representing their nations via designs and gems, the special rings come as a direct thank you: "Egelion could not be in its current state of power or influence without the direct cooperation and amiability of these nations", concluded the Emeperor.

The Nadiyan Seal Ring, as shown above, bears the ancient seal of the Trigunian state. It is inlaid on Egelian sterling silver and is covered with diamonds and sapphires. For Kalistan, The Anantonese Vine Ring was given. Made with 24 carat gold, it is inlaid with garnets and amethyst - a testament towards the natural connection between both empires. For Bianjie, the Orchid of the East Ring was gifted. A rare Bianjiean orchid is made with pure Egelian sterling silver. It is made with diamonds and aquamarine gems, a nudge towards its national colors and symbols. Finally for Xsampa, The Golden Yak Ring. A 24 carat ring, made with rubies and diamonds, highlights a small golden yak on the front. Its design weaves around the yak, a nudge to the nation's interconnected partnership with Egelion.

These custom rings, all designed by Diamant, come with a special 10 Million Crown Grant directly from the Royal Family's own finances. The 10 million Crown grants come with one condition: to be used for the betterment of the people of each nation. The money is not meant for personal uses or gains, but to improve the lives of the people. When asked about the reason for the rings and for the grants, Emperor Leon Alexander spoke with the press and reiterated several points that were already communicated by the Royal Council itself. The Emperor states:

"Let the whispers of arrogance, hubris, or interventionism drift as they may. Our conviction in the sanctity of alliance remains unshakeable. For generations, we have forged great partnerships with our neighbors not for dominion, but for mutual elevation. Our hand is extended not to seize, but to serve and embolden. Royal Councilor Mondragon and High Councilor Formoselle formally signed the Altea Accords and the AISA intelligence agreement this morning at the Palace of Concordia, forging the beginning of a new order based on communication and cooperation. The creation of the accords came after the successful ending of the Anantonese security meeting held at the same palace. Nadiya, Kalistan, Lodamun, Valruzia and a silent Xsampa were at the conference as well, hoping to help forge the next variation of internationalism in Terra. On behalf of the Emperor, both Royal Councilors signed the treaty, bringing in Egelion to the multi-power, multi-polar agreement. Many political analysts had several thoughts about the decision.

In Altea, pundits and commentators have discussed the momentous occasion and have hailed the accords as the "diplomatic and cooperative world order.". The Altea Accords have been presented as a treaty that select nations could technically ratify and align with a "free, open, cooperative, and communicative community." The Altea Accords are a stark contrast to the recently devised Majatra-Artania Treaty, which according to its own texts, can be interpreted as a hyper-militaristic alliance focused on extreme intervention and direct assaults on sovereign nations based on their ideology. While Egelion is no stranger to direct interventions on liberating fascist countries, one cannot ignore the previous attempts at coddling right wing government from current MATO nations, which seems contradictory to the current alliances goals. The alliance's purpose of spreading propaganda tied to Yeudi sources must be considered when joining such an organization.

Many come to consider old Dorvik's era of militaristic intervention of centuries-past and can relate it to the current Majatran-Artanian association. It is perhaps too early to say whether Amudim and its related states will remain tied to such a militaristic, imperialist organization itself, yet it is regrettable to see - according to some press agencies - the Luthorian people tie themselves once again to a rather concerning organization for the mere solution of ameliorating it's centuries old struggle of relevancy and competency. The Altea Accords focus on mutual respect, cooperation, communication, and real diplomatic solutions to worldwide problems. Peace through diplomacy, not forced strength. The Altea Accords are a direct heir to the bygone era of internationalism that relied on the World congress and mutual relationships. 

"It is clear that this world is turning to those who would work together to solve problems versus those who seek to impose their militaristic will. We've seen how incessant military spending and mutual security alliances end. We are glad we are not on that side", stated Formoselle.

Crowds flocked to the Royal Courthouse of the First High Court in Central Altea today. Hundreds waited outside the steps of the courthouse as the nation's worst villain, Gonazalo Perez, arrived from his 9 hour flight from Metz-Leonid. Perez was arrested in Xsampa after being disrespectful and causing public outrage at a Nuclear War memorial in the city. Perez, who has a rather large social media following mainly from bots and Nadiyan pictureless accounts, was sent straight to prison following his arrival. He was then transported to the courthouse the next morning.

People waiting outside the court took all the opportunity to make him feel the sadness and anger Egelian citizens felt about the entire situation. Many began throwing rotten food at the man. Some pebbles and rocks. One homeless man dropped his pants, emptied his bowels, and flung his filth at Perez's face, leading to his new national nickname: "Cara de Mierda", or "Shitface". He was cleaned off with a nearby fountain and taken inside the court where he awaited his fate. Due to Egelian law, penalties and crimes like the one's Perez committed internationally are known for strict rulings and procedures. Perez saw no mercy from the proceedings of the high Court, just one step below the nation's Absolute Court.

Jugde Sandoval, who has 24 years of experience, claimed that he had never seen such disrespect against a foreign ally since the days of the Cafard situation itself. The judge claimed that in his 24 years, he had never seen such behavior abroad by an Egelian citizen. He took the chance to read the entire law to Perez and forced him to delete his social media accounts on the spot. At this time, Perez had a meltdown and tried to leave the court. He was restrained by two officers following his 15 minute long tantrum. 

Perez was sentenced to life in prison. No opportunity for parole. His social media would be banned indefinitely, and his family would be forced to pay reparation directly to the Xsampan state. While this punishment for Perez was more cruel than ever, Judge Sandoval states that committing crimes abroad can be worse than a domestic crime. Egelians abroad, while always well behaved, cannot represent that country and its ideals with disrespect. The Royal Council sent an immediate diplomatic apology to Metz-Leonid on behalf of His Majesty and hoped that Perez receiving justice would ameliorate the situation. 

Perez was never given a proper shower or bath after the shit incident. He ended the day half covered in feces and remaining a laughing stock in the nation.
