March 5568 recruits the first to fulfil conscription duties under the army's complete integration with the Khaganate
March 5568
![]() Haifbourg, Desert Bank - The inclusive-wide conscription policy introduced by the Tzafrir Administration 3 years ago paved the way for the Beiteynuese Magafaim's extended integration under the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples. Realistically speaking, the army - both its infantry and mechanised divisions composed of world class Merkava-class battle tanks and Soltam artillery systems - have neither never been the focus of the Beiteynuese Government nor have they seen any action in more than 500 years; the navy has been and still remains the crown jewel. Naturally, the training regiments introduced that same year were marked to be "brutal" for the untrained Beiteynuese youngsters; in fact, there have been numerous cases of distress, so much so that Yishelem decided to extend its psychological support mechanisms inside bootcamps. However, military officials from Wiel and Jelbic commanders have remained unwavering in their tactics. - The Beiteynuese Magafaim's integration into the Khaganate falls completely under the doctrines and mandates as set forth by the extensive provisos of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples - meaning that the army will not follow the mandate of the 3-tiered warning system of the BDF. The Desert Bank and Haifbourg will remain the primary headquarters, as numerous joint operations have been introduced with Barmenistan. - Naturally, parts of the training regiments include horse and camel riding with certain infantry missions comprised of special deployments to the rather harsher terrain and climates of Vanuku's southern and southwestern regions. @BeiteynueseMagafaim RE: Beiteynu - TheNick - 10-11-2024 ![]() MOD grants Goldfoods 'universal contract' to serve food in the Military July 5568
![]() Yeudi food by Goldfoods.
SHOLEMBERG - The new investments in Beiteynu's military of the past years, and the rise in personnel conscripted thanks to the MOD's new all-inclusive recruitment campaign, are leaving the previous food suppliers in the military bases unable to meet the new standards and new quantity of resources needed. A reason behind this inability to cover all the demand is the suppliers' limited infrastructure and limited production capacity, which prevents them from covering all the needs of the military without lowering the quality of the food served. An army general said to the Post that quality and nourishing food is 'essential' for a strong and effective manpower, and he fears that in the long run, the current situation with the current suppliers might become a liability for the Army. Goldfoods, a Beiteynuese food company with an international presence, is currently owned by Sharon II Aristocrat-Goldbloom (who happens to be our editor and a influential Knesset politician). Miss Sharon said that with little investment, the company would be able to meet the quality requirements and production capacity needed to cover the demand of food by military people, but this investment would be made only if the MOD agreed to grant her a 'universal contract' to her company. After some initial reluctance, fueled by the current suppliers' lobbying, the Ministry decided to grant Goldfoods this contract - reportedly after Miss Sharon convinced military leaders and the Minister himself with some delicacy prepared by Goldfoods' chefs - some rumours also maliciously say that Sharon offered them a lifetime of free food in the restaurants, but we couldn't find any source to back up this claim. Starting this fall, then, all military bases will be guaranteed that will be enough quality food, as the mission to strengthen our nation's armed forces continues, while the current food suppliers will be offered a 'parachute' and will get a contract to serve food in our country's public schools. Will military food be good for your children in public schools? Probably not. Start searching a good private school. @TheSholembergPost RE: Beiteynu - GreekIdiot - 11-11-2024 Krsyiji Sagmot'l (Vanuku)

Brutality of the Khaganate's army training regiments on track to reshape an entire generation
August 5568
![]() Haifbourg, Desert Bank - Mud, dust and a hot arid air filling the lungs of young recruits is the dominant scenery in the Desert Bank's bootcamps, with mounted Jelbic commanders screaming orders and trying to harden an entire Beiteynuese generation. The recruits? A cluster of young adults of all races, colours, orientations and heritage; and a Beiteynuese Defence Force paying absolutely no attention to any of the differences, especially under the leash of the mounted Jelbic commanders who've set their sights on the Khaganate. It is a simple mandate - in the protection of the Holy Land and the Empire. It is not about a protection from enemy forces; it is about the lifestyle and the legacy of an already hardened land and peoples. It is about realising that the comforts gained by the Yeudi Homeland's past achievements make no difference in the grand passage of time. It is about an arid shithole that despite its immense wealth, will always carry those attributes, unchanging. Mud, dust and a hot arid air filling the lungs of every generation. @UnitedYishelem RE: Beiteynu - GreekIdiot - 15-11-2024 Krsyiji Sagmot'l (Vanuku)

Kadiyot Administration to take the reigns of the Beiteynuese Government by the end of the year
August 5570
Yishelem, Beiteynu - It's been hefty clear since 5563 that Anna Kadiyot, the rising star of the Medinat Department, would ascend to the premiership of the Yeudi Homeland by the end of the decade. The soon to be sworn in Kadiyot Administration will carry on the mantle of reforms introduced by the Pontesian-Yeudi Rosh HaMemshala (Prime Minister) and Royal Ramatkal (Chief of Staff) Baghdasar Tzafrir. A special focus on the 3rd Point Federation, the Jelbic Empire and domestic initiatives will be placed for the coming years, with rumours flying in that the Yeudi Homeland will seek to revert back to the Shekel and keep the LFR as a trading medium for the Neset. - Anna Kadiyot is also scheduled to embark on a worldwide tour in 5572-5573 together with a delegation from Pontesi and Narikaton and Darnussia, as part of the new administration's agenda to seek and enhance the ties of the 3rd Point Federation with the international community. @BeiteynueseGovernment RE: Beiteynu - GreekIdiot - 16-11-2024 ![]() Hadayim oil tanker stranded after pirate attack in southwest Vascania; MOFA to visit Eroncourt for emergency briefing
February 5571
Eroncourt, Lourenne - We have just received news of a pirate attack on a Hadayim oil tanker southwest of Vascania's cluster of islands, towards Temania. The ship in question was en route to Gaduridos as part of the Vamaj Network's recently opened trading routes to the West and Seleya - from there, oil and gas distribution goes through the Aldegarian Canal or heads further northeast to Lourenne. Local news outlets in Vascania reported on the explosion in the first hours of the morning, local time - multiple search and rescue helicopters were dispatched in order to further assess the situation and attempt to extract the crew. However, later reports indicate that the oil tanker is heavily damaged, stranded and sinking. While concerns of an immense environmental impact have risen exponentially, an early assessment by local Vascanian authorities seems to point to an ongoing hostage situation. The Yeudish Bureau of Investigations has opened a direct channel of comms with Vanuku and Vascania. - In an attempt to address and further contain the situation as maritime trade activity is significant in the region after the recent efforts of the Gaduri Government in amping up oil and gas distribution in the Vamaj Network, Minister of Foreign Affairs Beatrice Shavit is scheduled to meet with her counterparts in Eroncourt for an emergency briefing. However, several high-ranking members of the Ministry of Defence were extremely critical of the decision, citing the Empire of Canrille's prior actions in assisting Xsampa, a state with which the Beiteynuese Government maintains no diplomatic channels with. "This is a matter of regional security pertaining to the interests of the Yeudi People, not Canrille", the Head of the Kohav commented. It is rumoured that the Jelbic Empire and the 3rd Point Federation have been coordinating with the Vascanian Government on a potential deployment of military assets in the region, including a Shahar Fleet and the 2nd Fleet [Vanuku] currently stationed in the 3rd Point Base. - As the outcome of the situation with Hadayim's oil tanker remains undetermined, pressure from both sides of the aisle continues to increase. @Hadayim RE: Beiteynu - GreekIdiot - 16-11-2024 ![]() Jelbic Empire reinstates Zaar Fleets under Vanukean command with upcoming deployment to Port Swedes
February 5571
Kaliburg, Kalistan - With a discussion on both the procurement of several Kaliburg-class destroyers - a marvel of Kalistani engineering and firepower that has mostly gone unnoticed by world powers in prior centuries - and the extension of Vanuku's 1st Fleet with Beiteynuese forces under Wiel's direct command having been years in the works with Kaliburg, the Kohav finally confirmed the new mandates of the Beiteynuese Naval Command, received directly by the Emperor of the Jelbic Empire and honourary Commander-in-Chief of the Beiteynuese Defence Force. After almost a century of Zaar Fleets having been disbanded, the Jelbic Empire will reinstate them with a different flavour this time: they will fall under the direct command of Wiel, not Himmelshtern. The deployment in Port Swedes will compliment and attach directly to Vanuku's 1st Fleet, which has been present in Kalistan since 5562; the fleet will consist of 2 Kotor-class frigates of joint Kundratijan-Yeudi design already assembled in the shipyards of Etxea, 1 Sa'ar 6-class corvette packing Barak surface-to-air missiles manufactured by Beir Leshet in Beiteynu and 1 Kaliburg-class multi-purpose destroyer procured at the hefty price of almost 4.5B and set to undergo sea trials together with the rest of Vanuku's 1st Fleet in the coming years. Personnel will consist of members of the Beiteynuese Defence Force and the Jelbic Empire, in equal measure. Procurement costs have mostly been covered by Vanuku, while maintenance and operations expenses have been budgeted under the Beiteynuese Government. @ZaarFleets RE: Beiteynu - GreekIdiot - 16-11-2024 ![]() Yesheeva lobbyists "unhappy and concerned" with latest regulatory bill introduced in the Dual Republic
March 5571
Tel Bira, West Bank - A controversial financial regulation bill introduced in Narikaton and Darnussia last month, coupled with the ever increasing domestic troubles of Beiteynu's largest commercial partner, has lobbyists from the Yesheeva troubled, with many financial, shipping and defence manufacturing executives expressing their "unhappiness and concerns" rather openly in the last few weeks. The Saham is reportedly in talks with its counterparts from the Dual Republican Government as lobbying pressure amped up significantly over the weekend, citing Tel Bira's reaction on Friday, which saw the Menayot report a 1.7% sharp downturn on most global indexes. The CEO of Ashalon Bank BEIFG was especially critical on Saturday: "fiscal responsibility should always take into account the fiduciary responsibility that conglomerates like ours have to our shareholders across the world". Hadayim's CFO blamed the latest developments around Istalia for the "rise in this ridiculous red wave that understands nothing of the real world". Other prominent Yesheeva lobbyists declined to comment. @Yesheeva RE: Beiteynu - Ligbruderkrieg - 16-11-2024 The Yishelem Post | Humperdinck Media Group (Luthori)
Humperdinck Media Group Announces General Reduction of the Yishelem Post's Prices.
April, 5571
![]() Yishelem - In an attempt to restore confidence into the Yishelem Post, and due to an increased power from the Humperdinck Media Group in Luthori, allowing it to make some "measures" to compete in Yishelem, the HMG announced that the price for all future Yishelem Post's newspapers, this measure was to begin on May 1st, 5571, with the price of newspapers expected to decrease from £3.70 (LFR 3.62) to £2.30 (LFR 2.25). This announcement may come as surprising, yet recongnizing the Luthorians' renewed interest in the Holy Land, it was to be expected. The HMG also announced that increased efforts would be put towards the expansion of the BBC (Beiteynuese Broadcasting Corporation) and YishelemPlus Broadcasting Corporation in Beiteynuese media circles, with objective set at expanding the BBC towards the creation of a BBC Television Channel, which would be available on 5573, according to the HMG's representatives. The Humperdinck Media Group also announced interest at expanding the services of their three Beiteynuese channels all over the Majatran continent, whether or not these could be acheived remains to be seen. @TheYishelemPost RE: Beiteynu - TheNick - 16-11-2024 ![]() - MOFIN Sharon Drafts New Taxation and Budget Bill
May 5571
![]() Newly appointed MOFIN Sharon Aristocrat-Goldbloom II presenting the new budget. YISHELEM, BEITEYNU - The new Kadiyot Administration, approved by the Knesset just months ago, brought the current heir of the Aristocrat-Goldbloom family to the Ministry of Finance, one of Beiteynu's most important positions, with the aim of bringing some kind of reform to a budget, and taxation, that weren't touched in decades. Minister Aristocrat-Goldbloom or, as she wants to be addressed, Sharon, started a press conference earlier today presenting a tax reform plan slightly reducing taxation on the highest income brackets of the nation explaining that the difference in taxation between the lower and higher brackets was too wide and that the nation doesn't need that high of a taxation to pay for its services. This move will cost around thirteen millions LFR but the Ministry says that it won't put the balanced budget regime in peril: Beiteynu will still run on a budgetary surplus. Another significant part of Sharon's reform is the nation's spending: over twenty billions of LFR in expenditure will be slashed from the budget of HoG and the MOFIN, while the Defense Ministry will receive an additional ten billions of francs to maintain an appropriate funding level for the newly expanded armed forces, which were object of a strong advertisement campaign in the last years, this represents the first time in decades that the defense budget sees an increase, that actually puts the MOD as the most funded department of BeiGov, overtaking Education. Sources at the Ministry of Defense say that they are 'very happy' with the chances, but we couldn't gather any more information from them, while the staff at the HoG is afraid of possible lay-offs due to the bidget cut.
