His younger sister is Princess Celestīna who is known as someone who is very outgoing, and very sociable. She is very fashion‑conscious, and takes up dress making and is a amateur seamstress in her spare time. She is very welcoming, and extremely talkative, and is very outgoing. She will be studying in college to get a degree in communication and media, as she is very passionate about the media and about reporting the news. Princess Celestīna wants to be a reporter, and she is looking to advance her knowledge and passion for media and people.
The youngest of the three is Prince Aleksandrs. He is known as someone who is smart and someone who enjoys science. He is passionate about Nuclear Science, and is looking to fulfill his dream job as a Nuclear scientist. Like his brother and his sister, he knows that he will have an important role to fill as a royal, but he is also committed to learning and uplifting people through science. He is quieter than his siblings, but he is more than capable of fulfilling his duties, and advising his siblings.
The future of the Dolgavan Royal Family is in good hands, and it will be exciting to see where each of these young royals will do in the future. We wish them only the best in their future endeavors!

The Dolgavan Prime Minister Bonaventūra Krauze has named the Dolgavan Economics Minister Kristiāna Bērziņa to become the Deputy Prime Minister. This move is seen as naming her successor to be fast-tracked to become the next Dolgavan Prime Minister. Bērziņa is a well known and popular leader inside of the Dolgavas Sociāldemokrātiskā Partija, and her policies as Economics Minister, have led to a growing Dolgavan middle class, as well as growth in many sectors across the Dolgavan economy.
Kristiāna Bērziņa is seen as more left wing than Krauze, with her advocating for strengthening unions, expanding women's rights, including legalizing abortion, as well as supporting single payer healthcare. She has been seen as an understudy for Krauze, and an extension of Krauze's policies as Prime Minister.
It is expected that Krauze will retire as Prime Minister in the near future, as popularity for her and her party has stagnated. However due to the Dairy Party and the Conservatives both floundering, the Social Democrats continue to remain popular. If Kristiāna Bērziņa can bring about stable governance, and continue more popular policies, it could create more years of Social Democrat leadership. Currently the party has never had this level of success in Dolgava, so any extension of the current government is uncharted territory. If they can continue what got them here, they will certainly continue the success into the future.

Cäsar Einhorn, the current mayor of Ebenzing, and outspoken advocate for farmers and rural Dolgavans. He has made a name for himself, by being a well spoken, and intellegent mayor, with him critisizing both the Conservatives and the Social Democrats as being too elitist, and putting the interests of urban voters, in exchange for forgetting rural farmers and rural communities. He has called Krauze "weak" for not supporting rural communities, and has promised to expand telephone and broadband internet access. He has also promised that he will divert funds from the budget, to target rural communities that have been "forgotten" by the Conservatives and the Social Democrats.
Quote:We need a Government that will work for all Dolgavans, not just supporting unions and factory workers and their elitist donors, but for everyone in this country. Rural folks are being left behind, by a government that is to busy trying to make the lives of union workers better, while forgotting small buisness owners and those who do not work in an industrial setting.
The DPP was formed to help farmers, and to boost Dolgavan agriculture and to help Dolgavan rural communities thrive. When all Dolgavans thrive, our entire country flourishes. We cannot just support urban communities, and we cannot just support rural communities. I am determined to support all Dolgavans, regardless of where you might be.
The people of Dolgava deserve better, we deserve internet access. We deserve rural healthcare, and we deserve a government who not only stands with farmers but knows their needs, and supports them.
The DPP has been treading water for years at this point, and has been a distant opposition, falling far behind the Social Democratic Party of Dolgava, however with Cäsar Einhorn now at the helm of the party, he looks to turn the fortunes of the DPP, to once again serve in government in Dolgava.

The Dolgavan Crown Prince while on vacation in Kalistan, has been seen spending significant time with Kalistani supermodel Gabrielle Montgomery. Montgomery who is 26 years old, and at the height of her career, has been touted as one of the most famous fashion icons in not only Kalistan, but much of Terra as well. Prince Kazimierz has spent time in Kalistan for many years, following his deployment in the Dolgavan Navy, he grew fond of Kalistan and it's people.
There is little to be known about the ongoing relationship, except that the two have mode tried to hide their closeness to each other from the prying eyes of the press. The news has been broken across Dolgava and Kalistan, and it has become a trending discussion on social media.
Prince Kazimierz has led a quiet public life up until this point, faithfully carrying out his duties as Crown Prince, with little glitz or glamour. He is reported to be respectful and quiet, spending time with his family and friends, over partying. However with him now together with a fashion icon, and someone who surpasses him in fame, it could lead to Dolgava having a power couple for the ages.
As of now, there is no official word from the Dolgavan Royal Palace, or from the Crown Prince, who has been silent on his social media accounts, and of course this relationship could fade, but as of now it looks like the Dolgavan Royal Family could be getting back in style.

The SDP's long run as Government in Dolgava has come to an end, with the DPP roaring back to win a majority government. The Dolgavan people are tired of the status quo, and conservatives and moderates worked together, to get the DPP in government, with rural voters flocking to support the party. A combination of conservative voters, rural voters and moderate voters formed the coalition that elected the DPP into power. The results are as follows

DKP: 8.9% - 17 seats
DSP: 39.8% - 75 seats
Others/Independents: 0.1% - 0 seats

For the leader of the DPP, Cäsar Einhorn tonight's result is a long time coming. He has served as leader of the opposition for many years, faithfully, doing everything he can to reunite support behind the DPP once again. Einhorn has also branded himself as someone who stands up for those that the DSP have forgotten, with his policies aimed at rural communities, as well as working class Dolgavans. This appeal, along with winning over the suburbs, saw the DPP rise to the majority, once again. Einhorn is someone who is not afraid to stand by his beliefs, and to be bombastic and a firebrand populist, but someone who is a dignitary at the same time. This appeal brought on board, the populists, along with those that want a stable, steady hand of leadership, these are qualities that not many politicians possess at the same time.
For the Social Democrats, and their new leader Skolostika Melder, not being able to continue the appeal of former DSP governance, into the future. Her tenure as Prime Minister, will be short, and she is expected to continue on as leader of the opposition. As leader, her main task will be to position herself and her party as fresh and new again, which is no small feat.
For the Conservatives, they are still seemingly lost in the wilderness. They have seemingly never recovered from the disastrous aftermath of Toivo Meri's government, and the collapse in faith of the Conservatives. Their current leader Artur Jakobson has resigned his post as party leader, and it is expected that the pragmatic Angelika Lill, will become the next leader of the DKP.
The upper legislature will consist of roughly of the DPP controlling 47 seats, the Royal bloc holding 30 seats, the DSP holding 11 positions, and the DKP holding only 2 seats.
Dolgava has entered a new political era, and the people have chosen a new party to rule. The DPP has survived a dark part of its history, languishing in both third place and in the opposition, in many elections. Now for the first time since Jaanus Jogi was Prime Minister, the DPP has governance once again.

Upon her marriage, Miss Montgomery will be known as Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Gabriela of Dolgava, and will undertake duties on behalf of the Crown alongside His Royal Highness.
We welcome Miss Montgomery not only to Dolgava, but to the Royal Family, and the royal family is very pleased to include her as apart of the family. Miss Montgomery has had a very successful career in both modeling and as a philanthropist in her Kalistan and across the world. These aspects will benefit her greatly in her upcoming role as the Crown Princess of Dolgava.

Students and professors alike began protesting at Sveita Jāņa Karzona Universitate (Saint John Karzon University) in Fort Karzonpils, with a group calling themselves the "Karzona Dzīšmes Sajūde (KDS)" (Karzon Song Movement) has begun to protest against the current government. The students and professors are enraged by what they claim is the "death of Karzon's cultural identity". The only solution this group believes is great autonomy for Karzon, and with some even calling for Karzonian Independence. The students took to the streets surrounding the University, blocking roads, and impeding local traffic, which caused localized traffic jams in the area. Despite temperatures and the snow, thousands of University students gathered, with groups advocating for many causes, from the return of the Karzonian monarchy which is extinct, to even Socialism.
One of the professors who spoke at the event a man by the name of Dr. Jānis Kalējs waved a Karzonian language dictionary above his head and spoke through a megaphone, he said
Quote:This country has decided that we are comfortable, becoming the next Hulstrian state, and that we should just become a vassal of Kalistan. Aikums for centuries has wanted to see our language, and our culture disappear, but we will never let that happen! It is time for further autonomy of Karzon, if our government cannot protect our culture or our values!
Cultural Karzonians are indeed becoming rare, with 7 out of 10 Dolgavans on the Island do not identify with Karzonian, and speak only Dolgavan. The last of the Karzonian language primarily exists in isolated pockets on Karzon, and inside of Fort Karzonpils. There is also a strong support for no separation or greater autonomy, with the official party for separation, receiving 5% in the last regional election.
Despite the past, this protest has been news across Dolgava, with its fiery rhetoric extremely unexpected, and for most Dolgavans, puzzling.

Princess Celestīna, younger sister of Crown Prince Kazimierz and the 3rd in line to the Dolgavan throne, has married a reporter for the largest newspaper in Dolgava, the Aikuma Vestnesis. Celestīna has of course done her duties as apart of the royal family, but she has made a career for herself as being a reporter for Aikuma Mode, which is one of the most premier newspapers/periodicals on fashion in Dolgava.
The couple were married at St. Matthews Cathedral, in a private ceremony. Unlike the Crown Prince, or those directly in line to become the next King of Queen of Dolgava, most of the other royals have private, and quiet ceremonies. The couple posed for official photographs together for the wedding, and the two were celebrated by both the royal house, as well as the journalism community across Dolgava. Princess Celestīna and Prince Maris spent their honeymoon visiting Kalistan, and Hutori.
The two reporters and also royals, are planning on continuing their careers. For Princess Celestīna she said in an interview last year that
Quote:I just want to live my life as normal as possible. I grew up differently than most people, but I won't let who I am, stop me from living as normal of a life as possible. I have my career, that I enjoy, and I have a family that supports me.
Both the Aikuma Vestnesis and Aikuma Mode congratulated the two on their wedding, with reporters calling them "the journalism power couple of Dolgava".
For the Royal Family, Princess Celestīna is bringing the often distant Royal Family, into more of the public eye, and at the same time, grounding the family into more normalcy. Of course this is difficult, due to the nature of the Royal Family, but if Princess Celestīna can be a trailblazer for Dolgavan Royals of the future? Maybe the Dolgavan monarchy will become even more beloved going into the future.

The Dolgavan Minister for Trade and Tariffs Uudo Puhvel has announced that the Kingdom of Dolgava has stuck a deal with Kundrati, to invest in their Uranium mining industry, and that the Dolgavan Government and private firms across Dolgava will buy a undisclosed amount of Uranium from Kundrati, as a means of boosting the countries Uranium sector. In a press conference Puhvel called the move
"a historic move in the right direction for both of our countries", saying
Quote:This is by far the largest trade and economic deal we have had with Kundrati in many, many years. A long time has come from when we were at war with Kundrati, there has been peace, and there has been trade. Through diplomacy and trade, we now are no longer at war, but we are at peace, supporting the people of Kundrati. This deal with also provide the Dolgavan Government with Uranium, to be able to use in both energy production, as well as as powering our nuclear submarines. Dolgavan corporations have also been very ecstatic to invest in Kundrati's Uranium industry, and to help foster prosperity for the people of Kundrati.
Dolgava's largest mineral extraction corporations including the largest Kroņa raktuves (Crown Mines) have offered to invest generously in Kundrati Uranium extraction. The CEO of Kroņa raktuves, Stepans Krauze said that

We at Crown Mines are committed to expanding the safe and efficient mining of raw materials, in a sustainable and profitable way. Social Democratic politicians, have voiced concerns over working with Kundrati, with mixed opinions being spread about Dolgava's efforts to work with the state, that has seemingly relapsed into authoritarianism. However the current Government sees cooperation and diplomacy as a means of preventing war from happening again, and ensuring that peace is maintained between Dolgava and Kundrati for the foreseeable future.

The Dolgavan Prime Minister Cäsar Einhorn, spoke at length to the press today, about ongoing developments in the Dolgavan Government, as well as the Reiksaima. The first being the successful deployment of volunteer firefighters to Lodamun, to help with fighting the devastating Pierson Wildfire.
Quote:I spoke to Commander Hartvigs Lācis of the 4th Rural Fire Brigade, who volunteered to lead a group of Dolgavan volunteers to assist Lodamun in fighting that horrible blaze. He and his crew were confident in their ability, and that they could successfully help. We also had charities across this great nation, that chipped in to help our friends in Lodamun. The men and women that went over of their own will, and helped our friends, are heroes, and their work saved lives. I am proud of my fellow countrymen,
Also reporters asked him about the passage of the Common Intelligence Sharing Agreement also known as CYCLOPS security agreement with Lodamun, in which it would help with intelligence cooperation between Lodamun and Dolgava, and bring the two nations together to better secure and monitor the Mad Dog Ocean and the Karzon Strait. Einhorn commented on this saying

We have devoted our strength to guarding the Karzon strait, and we have done that, together for decades now, but now we will share intelligence between our states in a more transparent action. CYCLOPS is another step forward for Dolgava in which they will be an active player in security in the region, and to help promote peace through intelligence sharing, and cooperation with other nations.
