The new Maternity hospital has finalised construction and is opening its doors.

Melikvan A couple of years ago the started to build a new Hospital focused on woman, pregnancy and children untill 6 years old. Queen Tova Kadiyot had asked the Bazmuyut back then to build it, but they refused, she still went true with it and found private investors to help funding the project. Today the hospital is build near the center of Melikvan and officially opened by queen Tova herself and Rowian Pntekyan chieftan of Pontesi, who gave the first speech.
Quote:Welcome to all, this is an amazing project of our queen, I have had some meeting with all the investors and we all agreed to name the hospital, the Kadiyot Care Pavilion, to memorize the effort and care of Queen Tova Kadiyot. The government also has decided to help this cause by aiding every woman with low income who works and pregnant woman by financing their care costs. Thank you
Queen Tova was speechless, but thanked the chieftan and the crowd. All the investors where present too, so we see Ani Siran, Mayla Thaller, Gor Derovyan, Narek Avetisyan and Eliyahu Smallovsky.

New music label opens it doors with a fascinating artist. Pahapen Creations publishes second part of graphic novels Drakhaner. Financial district in Folmakert gets a new name.

Folmakert Tact records a new music label that focuses on the hiphop scene and the pop culture, so says Eran Tarivyan CEO and founder. It will search on social media, on the streets and hopefully on talentshows on TV.
One the new artist they signed has recently released its first single, R-Mek with Golden Ascent.

Pahapen Creations has released the second part of the popular Drakhaner collection. the story follows an adult Korzon, who fights his way to become stronger and face his enemies, but also follows Korzon struggling with human problem, like falling in love.
The first edition has been released and is again a huge succes. Drakhaner is also one of the most talked subjects on T-Tube and T-streams with fans creating their own stories.
The government has decided to name the financial district in Folmakert Tovaris, the district has become haven of creative companies, from Pahapan creation, Terralink, Ararat Arts, etc...

Traffic is increasing, Government is seeking towards solutions, economic reports are very positive.

Melikvan Over the years, the growth of companies, who need transportation for their goods, have cause that their are more cars and trucks on the roads wich has caused a high strain on the infrastructure and traffic jams. The government has agreed on a maintenance on all roads, but also to build efficiently new roads wich could deflate the strain and pressure on the current roads, also agreed on an a new highway that will connect Beiteynuse highway towards Pontesi and straight towards the port of Verin Hayk, with exits to all important financial districts.
Derovyan L&T has asked permission to the government to build train tracks from the financial district in Melikvan to the port of Verin Hayk, the government has agreed and even will help with the fundings of it, it would help decrease traffic and decrease the trucks in centre of cities.
Also some good news is that in the latest economic report, the unemployment rate has decreasing heavily to 7,8% wich shows that Pontesi is stablelizing again and normalizing after the invasion of 10 years ago.

Ararat Arts releases Lohetas, a succes, but doesn't meet expectations. Dreamwork studios settles in Tovaris district.

Tovaris Ararat Arts has released Lohetas this month, it was expected to have the same succes as captain Pontesi, but didn't meet expectations. For experts say that it is still a succes, even if it didnt equal the previous movie. It aires all over Terra. The director and actors/actresses have responded positevily of the outcome of the movie, fans are mostly positive and are impatient for the next releases.
Dreamwork studios has announced to settle in Tovaris Dirstrict in Folmakert. A new movie studios that will create movies and stories on the same level as fairytales. The first movies is already in the works and it is meant to be a banger, according their spokesmen.

Thaller-Siran is in talks with investors of N$D and the Neset about an ambitious new project

Melikvan Nicklaus Thaller and his team are in talks with Smallovsky Capital, investors in Narikuton$Darnussia, and the Neset, about an ambitious new project.
The project itself is a magnificent hotel, that would be built between Melikvan and Arevis.
The thaller-Siran corporation has always been searching to expand its business and investing in new possibilities. With this project, they hope that more businessmen and women will be attracted to join the Pontesian economy wich would lead the economy to grow.
It would benefit Pontesi's reputation too, as diplomats could be staying in the hotel, while they are visiting Pontesi. The start of the construction of the hotel will start in may and it is estimated to take 5 years to complete.
