We are facing an excellent path. We are reaching the proverbial light at the end of the dark tunnel that has plagued Artania since the Hubris War. But let us remember the failures of the past. Many attempts at the Artanian Union have been made and have failed for many reasons. We were not firm on the Artanian Union, and that was its downfall. We had forced upon our throats an organization that was fair to one side, and even that failed.

Everyone is to blame, especially ourselves. We tested that organization that failed through a simple act, and it crumbled, though it wasn't just us who did that. Others have done more. But we should be to blame for being there in the first place and not rejecting non-Artanians and anti-Artanians from our continent. It was us who were caught up in the flames of the Hubris War. We now have to reap what we have sowed. 

But we must also not accept fear. We should have an equal share of the pie, so to say, for we are as Artanian as Luthorians or Dundorfians are. Racism will not get us anywhere, and neither will exclusionism. It is only through cooperation that we can work together. Though we may have different ideas, ideologies, and thoughts from each other, we must throw them down and build a big shield - for the enemy without is stronger than the enemy within in Artania.

As a man from Kundrati, I can make the most change there. So we must do our part a lot. We must throw everything at pan-Artanianism. If we have to work with the Dorvish, then so be it. So be it if we have to work with Luthori or the Dual Republic. Just because we are our own race and language does not mean we can't tango with others. While we have been laughed at in the past for proposing peace during the Hubris War and may be laughed at right now, we also know that not everyone shares that sentiment. There is hope, Kundratis, that we will be welcomed back a brother.

But I will say this. Those who are against the idea of a pan-Artania, those who continue to laugh and belittle and push us down, well, we remember. We remember. If it helps, you can laugh some more. At least you won't push Artania down, will you?

And to those who believe in one Artania, or at least working better together, you have a friend in us once again.

The Cabinet shall determine if the President is compromised in their ability to govern either by the President informing them of their inability to do so, in which case the judgment of the Cabinet shall automatically agree, or via a majority vote of a Cabinet session, where the President is prohibited from attending, confirmed with a majority vote of the Legebiltzarra.

In the event the Cabinet is unable to determine the capabilities of the President within two weeks of the Legebitzarra asking for the Cabinet to determine such, or if the Cabinet refuses to do so, it shall be the judgment of the Legebitzarra that shall decide the judgment of the Cabinet and whether the President is fit for office.

If the Legebitzarra cannot determine the Cabinet's judgment, then it shall be up to the Etxean Garrison Command and the commander of said garrison to assess it.

During the period in which the President's judgment is in question, or if the Cabinet or the Legebitzarra or EGC declare the President unfit for office, the Vice President shall take the affairs and powers of the President until deemed fit by the Legebitzarra that the President can regain their fitness to serve the office, or until the next General election, whichever comes first.

Regarding the possible loss of the Government via a so-called decapitation strike, the Etxean Garrison Command shall assume the duties of Government until a civilian government can establish control of the situation.

This paper shall command that bunkers shall be built in Jildrati City and throughout the island to house the Etxean Garrison Command upper chain of command, the President and some of their staff, the Minister of National Defense and their staff, the rest of the cabinet, and enough members of the Legebitzarra to form a quorum. These bunkers shall be spread throughout the island such that should one bunker fall to the enemy or be rendered unusuable, the other bunkers shall take up the operations of the downed bunker for as long as possible. These bunkers shall be constructed with enough weight and defense to prevent a constant missile attack or an attack via chemical, biological, or nuclear weaponry. They shall be built with reinforced communications equipment to avoid quickly losing communications.

The bunker that shall house the President, the Minister of National Defense, the members of the Legebitzarra, the EGC, their staffs, and the rest of the cabinet shall also have enough room to house said staff, and shall be constructed in ways that shall allow these bunkers to run without resupply from the rest of the world for at least 60 days and preferably much longer than that date.

These bunkers shall be run by request of the President, the Etxean Garrison Command, or in the event of invasion, a mass casualty event that attacks and/or forcibly removes members of the Cabinet or the Legebitzarra, or another mass casualty event that would warrant the use of these bunkers.

Should the Legebitzarra be destroyed and its members assassinated to produce a lack of a quorum for constitutional amendments, then the Etxean Garrison Command shall take up the legislature's powers for bills requiring enough members to amend the Constitution. Should the Legebitzarra be destroyed and its members assassinated to produce a lack of a quorum for passing bills, the Etxean Garrison Command shall take up complete legislative duties. In either event, the EGC shall take over such responsibilities until either elections are called by the President or after 18 months, whichever comes first, or until the situation on the ground is safe to perform elections in general.

Accelerationism, the concept of pushing the boundaries of society, is what sets apart the legionary ideal. It means that there is no stone too heavy to be turned, no concept too outrageous to be undertaken in the pursuit of the final victory, only within the confines of the holy texts. The head of state being the head of the Kundrati church, having Elyons authority on his shoulders is expected as the religious figurehead of the nation to launch a lifelong crusade for the entire fatherland as Elyon on earth. Section 2: The State, Economics, & Military

The first and most important goal of a regime is to achieve autarky, for one is never truly free until completely self reliant militarily and economically, for without said security the fatherland would be at the whims and wishes of any foreign coalition to strangle the child of greatness in the proverbial crib. Though the free market is optimal for generating growth and fiscal benefits, it is always necessary to keep the most important industries within the control of the state: Primary Agriculture, The Military Defense Complex, Energy, Infrastructure, and all other means that might from a perfidious agent be used as weapons against the people.

The military should always take first priority in the state for obvious reasons. From a young age schools ought to educate youth on the superiority of the nation, their unique racial aspects and sovereignty, and of course to respect the supreme leader acting as a launching foundation into the military in which the most important tenets of adulthood are realized. Young men will turn into soldiers, plowshares into swords, where camaraderie and patriotism are instilled and obedience to authority forged. Women must be taught on the glory of motherhood. Lesser nations of Terra parrot the false belief that motherhood is demeaning and demoralizing, that women ought not be bound to the most important goal for the nation, that being the expansion of the family. If ones economy is reliant on the majority of women in the workforce, than the nation will suffer. The man must work and defend the nation on the battlefield, while the Kundrati woman fights on the homefront to care for the family and raise the future generation, without this synchronism the future of the nation will inevitably wither and die. There is no greater glory for the woman than motherhood as has been the case for thousands of years, and every society that emphasizes matriarchal values has and is bound to failure.

The Legionary state will always allow for internal dispute over policy and negotiation for traversing future hurdles overseen by the supreme leader, however for numerous reasons it remains a single party and not a crude mimic of foreign "democracies". Democracy is a failed concept, time spent concerning national issues is wasting bickering over the decisions of politicians concerned only with their careers and of satisfying their donors, men without morality or ideological education who live only as leeches to the greater good. The legion is and will always be made only of the finest upstanding members of the group, who's superior intellect and moral upstanding will guide the nation, and it must be this way, otherwise stagnation and infighting will collapse the state.


Section 3: The New Kundrati Man

Around the world liberal dogma and ideology has polluted the time proven and god given commandments for a healthy society. Concepts of freedom of immoral expression such as enabled gender dysphoria, mass homosexuality, inter-racial breeding, rejection of eugenics, and all other forms of mental illness are the hallmarks of a dying nation. All of these degenerate beliefs are foreign to the Kundrati man, who will be a dogmatic and ideologically motivated man. It is necessary he remains within his own race in regards to breeding, lest the unique identity of the nation be lost in a tidal wave of foreign genes, it is necessary all satantic thought like legalized homosexuality be crushed so that the population will always grow, and that the necessary bounds of the two genders be always enforced; Women as mothers and home makers, Men as soldiers and workers. Many conservative nations already understand these basic concepts, however what sets apart the Kundrati man is his ideological education, the knowledge that his infallible party and god given leader teach him and guide him from adolescence to adulthood until he himself takes the mantle of authority. Without ideals the man is a primate or an animal, leaderless and subject to only his most base and primitive desires, with no higher cause guiding him. The final victory can only be achieved when the evolution of the Kundrati man is realized, a man who understands the greatest goal in life is to serve ones fatherland until death, and to ensure the next generation is prepared to pursue the final victory.

Section 4: The Final Victory

Within the previous tenets is the recipe for the ultimate success, when poverty is eradicated and the land pure. Governed by a single race, a single leader, a single god. Crime will be a thing of the past, archaic and mentally ill ideologies a forgotten cancer of a bygone era, where total unity of purpose is achieved. Once the nation achieves this internally it must expand to the rest of the continent, Kundratis lands though bountiful simply do not possess the natural resources and space for its own needs, and then it must look outward. The continent of Artania must be unified militarily, and once this is complete, purged from within to obey the Legionary way under the Delic Kundrati people as their righteous masters. A Kundratjian Artania would secure its supremacy for 10,000 years, and by then we will have inevitably gone to the stars to spread our truth to the furthest galaxies and planets, planting our immortal flag on the moons and stars.
