This book is written by Lucas De Boeck, a professor of philosophy and poliitics at the Toekomstacademie in Magrathea, Gorvaland. He researched a new ideology based on communism.

We can see a lot of variations of communism, some have failed and some have succeeded. We all can agree what will work for one, won’t work for others.
I have put some years in my research for a new political movement that would benefit workers, but also find social cohesion, in a terra filled with discrimination, inequality and imperialism.
A nation should be protected from this, but still be able to be diplomatic on terra. I came to the conclusion that democraty how we know it today, don’t actually work, we only see the same powers doing powerplay’s in their own nation to keep in power, but also on an international scale we see nations trying to control other nations by the means of economics, but also military wise. With this concept I found, it will at least protect our nation form those things and hopefully one day spread over Terra.
The Regional Workers Collectivism is based on the principe of communism, where the proletariat takes the power. In my idea counsils would be set up across the nation, the counsil would be made by people who represent every sector of the economy and who are linked to the union or party, on their turn they would elect at least 2 people who will be sitting in the national counsil. Also at least 4 members will be elected on their expertise, 1 will be a union representative, 1 science and educational representative, 1 defense representative and 1 industrial development expert. For example for my own nation Ikradon, this would mean 10 representatives of the regions and 4 experts would make the national counsil exist of 14 counsil member, who on their turn elect a chairman of the out of the 14 representatives. The national counsil is what others would call a government.
With this ideology, the whole economy is nationalized and fully controlled by the state, while regulations of workers, their salaries are decided by the regional counsil, they will also operate like a union and will give advice to the national counsil on measures or keep them up to date on how the workers are going.
There will also be a focus on social cohesion, by focusing on every member of the nation, by education we will archieve the downfall of everyform of discrimination, education is uttermost important for this ideology to succeed.
There is also the subject of religion, it is a dangerous thing to let loose, but it is still the freedom of a person, we would not dictate how everyone should belief or think, but the institutions should be heavily monitored and controlled.
I do sincerely believe this will be the best way to archieve true communism.
If a party is still in a democraty where the power play’s are still active, they could already organize unions or regional counsils who could talk and take action towards the most instant problems and try to work higher up to convince people what is needed.
