(A1) RECOGNISE each other's sovereignty and right to self-determination,

(A2) RECOGNISE the security of the Migrant's Pass as absolutely integral to that sovereignty,

(A3) RECOGNISE further signatory states respecting the provisos outlined below as vital partners in the enforcement of that security,

THUS,

(A4) AGREE to form the 3rd Point Federation,

(A5) AGREE to maintain unhindered military and intelligence partnerships under the scope of this treaty,

(A5) AGREE to dedicate a minimum of one fleet to the 3rd Point Federation (3rd Point Base),

(A6) AGREE to enforce a permanent DMZ (Demilitarised Zone) in the Migrant's Pass for non-ratifiers of this treaty

AND,

(A7) AGREE to immediately deter and attack anyone threatening or violating this treaty.

(B2) UNDERSTAND that the 3rd Point Federation will openly share information on trade and military operations in the Migrant's Pass,

(B3) UNDERSTAND that they can freely send a representative to liaise with the 3rd Point Federation,

THUS,

(B4) AGREE to respect the DMZ (Demilitarised Zone) in the Migrant's Pass,

(B5) AGREE to coordinate with the 3rd Point Federation on any and all military and intelligence operations in the Migrant's Pass.
