Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name.

--OVERVIEW--

The largest group in Hobrazia are the Hobrazian (Georgian) people although there are three notable ethnic minority groups: the Deltarian (Circassian), Zargundian (Azerbaijani), and Raktavani (Indian) people.

--RELIGION--

The historically dominant religion in Hobrazia has been the Hobrazian Orthodox Church (Armenian Apostolic Church), which co-exists with the native Hobrazian religion of Hobaism (fictional in-game religion, see here: https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Hobaism).

A majority of Hobrazians also speak some amount of Syldavian (Hungarian), which the Hobrazian educational system promotes as a secondary language.
