The Khattaya Conference will be held in April 5700 in Khattaya, South Dovani.

The heads of state/government of the following countries are invited to attend:
Bold reflects those who attended, with their delegations in italics.

The Agenda of the Conference is as follows:

  1. Signing the SODOC Charter;
  2. Planning the first SODOC Summit;
  3. Discussing issues of concern with respect to regional security, economic development, and cultural exchange.
  4. Publishing a joint statement/declaration to conclude the Conference.
