Chief Operating Officer, Office of Administrative Affairs, World Congress

Esteemed members of the Security Council,

Please allow me on behalf of the staff of the Office of Administrative Affairs and management of the Palmer Building to extend our appreciation for your understanding as we underwent some critical last-minute construction works on the building.

The chambers of the General Assembly are now available to everyone, once again.

As per the latest election results for the Security Council, we'd like to invite the representatives from Dundorf, Baltusia and Lourenne to return and continue their work. We have been notified that the Homeland State of Beiteynu has forfeited its position for Seat B.

To ensure the continuity of this body, we invite a representative from Istalia for Seat B.

For Seat E, the World Congress extends an invitation for Xsampa to present a delegate.

The OAA will revert in due time towards the continued proceedings and policies of the Security Council.

I have been given the role of representing Xsampa within the fair establishment that is the World Congress. For all intents and purposes, I am the Xsampan representative to the Security Council.
