Sam Van Aken, Staatspresident of The Federale Republiek Ikradon

Quote:Welcome again to Dundorf, Hobrazia and Kundrati. I thank you all for coming again to find cooperation after the failed conference.
In the reports and updates of our former Staatspresident Arne Declerq i could read and hear a shared sentiment of all of you, and we would like to base ourselves on that sentiment.

We have a proposal, we suggest that we discuss each proposal first, before going on the next one.

We would like to propose a counsil, that we would put into place that could be used in any situation, from planning projects to mediating, but for us it would most important to be used as way of finding diplomatic unity when it is needed. I want to hear you're thoughts on this and if you have idea's on the counsil, we like to hear them.

I would like to hear you're thoughts on this.

Christian Åkerlund Mnesilochus Santoro Anezcar Badirican (or CAMSAB), President of the Kundrati Union
Quote:I am here and happy to be working with you all after the last conference.

It may be a bit unusual to talk about proposals this early, but I have been thinking with my team about Kalistan's statements. While they are made purely out of unusual ego after losing their fortress in Artania, they do have a point. We shouldn't make foreign bases in other continents if we are also saying that we shouldn't have any in Artania. It makes us all look like hypocrites, and it doesn't help us anyway.

Of course, nations are allowed to refuel and make quick stops to replenish before continuing their journeys. I'm also not saying that allies shouldn't station troops in allies' territory in the event of absolute necessity. However, foreign bases are a firm no.

Given that we already have foreign bases in Artania, especially in nations that wouldn't otherwise agree with us, I will propose a compromise. Nations that already have a foreign base in Artania can keep their bases. They may be allowed case-by-case to enable other non-Artanian nations to station troops or units in those bases. However, if they leave those bases, then they will not be allowed to make another base in Artania.

What does everyone think?

Eli Nikoladze, Minister of foreign affairs of the Hobrazian Republic
Quote:Representing the Hobrazian Republic. I would like to begin by reaffirming our commitment to a united Artania and we will support a council to find diplomatic unity wherever possible, facilitate dialogue and to unite our region in the face of many encumbering challenges. On the point the Kundrati president raised, Hobrazia sees other nations from outside Artania attempting to destabilize the region this must end, it is also worth noting that Hobrazia does not have, neither do we seek military bases in other continents.

Sam Van Aken, Staatspresident of the Federale republiek Ikradon

Quote:We thank the delegations for their contribution so far and their support for the council. On the practical side, we could start by inviting all of us to discuss a situation when a nation needs it or a situation arises.

At the point of Kundrati, we agree on the point of no foreign bases on artania. We also agree with the proposal to lead by example and we will not build any military or navy bases on non-Artanian soil. However, Ikradon would like to say that it is also a need to not allow foreign bases in total, so if they have them and wants to join, they should choose, it would be difficult to see the thin line between having and not having. However, we could compromise with the prospect for cooperation.

Rebecca Köppen, Foreign Minister:

Quote:Dundorf supports the formation of a council, and we are favorable to not allow foreign bases in this continent, just as Dundorf doesn't see to establish bases in other continents.

Quote:We are at the end of the meeting, i want to thank all the delegations for their efforts, we see today why Ikradon has chosen to cooperate with all of you. We hope this will be the first steps of a bigger cooperation and an example for others to follow our steps. We hope this day will be remembered as unification of Artania.

We have agreed upon the counsil and on having no military bases on Artanian soil, while also not building military bases on foreign soil. We thank yall of you and hope you will enjoy our ikradonian package that we will give returning home.
