During the debates responses may take time, we can negotiate adequately until satisfied, no party is required to remain against their will and can depart at any time as well, though we hope all will stay and negotiate civilly.
Welcome to all, and thank you for taking your time to fly to Kundrati. We have in recent days as both a party and nation faced many hurdles, but in the face of adversity we continue to push for a prosperous kundrati future at home and abroad. We have experienced backlash in many ways, but I believe it prudent to explain to those who may be unawares of the tribulations we as a party have experienced. Early in our campaigning many have slandered us as Facists, yet our moderate positions on many an issue remain what carried us in our election, we succeeded in the democratic process Kalistan and others have labelled a "coup" without a shot fired, the same nation which now saber rattles in the Mad Dog Ocean with its fleets threatening us, and now actively endorses mass exportation of narcotics into our neighbors and ourselves.

We have also been accused of fascistic laws and threats, firstly we have not threatened a single country and I challenge you to find any public records of a KL statement of the claim, secondly the KPP did everything in its power to prevent the KL winning the elections. They pushed through the foreign influence act empowering the internal security of Kundrati with grey area powers claiming our efforts to be subverting the statehood of the nation, threatening us with reprisals. On account of the KPP and Kalistan I attempted through our supreme courts and military to enact a state of siege as per our constitution yet failed, to remedy this I passed our emergency act empowering police in this time of strife.

However, aside from these present scenarios, Kundrati remains as stable as ever, and we remain as dedicated to our allies and to diplomacy as ever. We hold out the olive branch to a world which wishes us harm, aside from the present attendees who we give our heartfelt thanks and congratulations for not falling victim to hearsay and slander.

Good evening,
On behalf of the United Republic of Likatonia, I would like to begin my opening remarks by thanking President Sládek for organizing this summit we hope it will be fruitful, we recognize his unwavering commitment to international peace and diplomacy. Today we are at a pivotal moment in our nations history we Likatonians are facing multiple crisis overseas and back at home, it is through unity that we may find our collective strength. Just to quickly comment on something mentioned in the Kundrati opening statement, Kalistan is becoming more emboldened by the day, Likatonia has experienced first hand how Kalistan rushed to sanction us for our commitment to the commonwealth, we stood our ground against Kalistan then and always. The world should not be silent, we absolutely condemn Kalistan for not respecting a fair and free democratic process. Kalistan should know that the world is watching. Moving on, the climate emergency is one of the greatest challenges of our time, this calls for greater cooperation between nations we need a clear commitment to reaching net zero by 5620, phasing out non-renewables completely, we must scale up our investments into green infrastructure. Now is the time for action. Likatonia will welcome all attempts to facilitate greater collaboration and free trade between nations. To conclude let us work together to build a brighter future for all, lets deliver more than empty promises and words lets deliver real change.

Acting as the representative for Xsampa, I shall start this off by saying that Metz-Leonid appreciates that this new administration values diplomacy and talk. Despite calls from certain nations regarding this new administration and potential connections to fascism, Xsampa sees it best to witness what this new administration will do instead of lobbing insults. It is a shame certain nations have been quick to jump the gun, especially nations with a claim to anti-imperialism. Irregardless of that, we are content to observe the rest of the conference. We have no major concerns at the moment but we wish to see how the Sládek Administration conducts itself.

Thank you for the kind invitation. As Kundrati's closest nation and longstanding ally, the Foreign Office felt important that my presence here was necessary after the outcome of the vote was declared. 
First of all, we will always respect the sovereign political, and democratic, choices of the Kundrati people, and on this note, we find it welcoming that the new Government says they are ready to pursue diplomacy - and to this end, we're ready to continue the existent cooperation for the foreseeable future.
Secondly, I'm also here to reaffirm core values that the Dundorfian nation pursues, regardless of the political color the Federal Government may be. The values of humanitarianism, and the respect of civil and political rights. We will be cooperating with Kundrati as long as these fundamental values are respected, otherwise, my colleagues in the Foreign Office, and the whole Government, will have to look at appropriate measures. We valued positively what you said so far, from now on we will be evaluating the facts too.

Thank you for the comments Mr. Schumacher, we extend our thanks for the willingness to attend.

Now, the first issue on the docket I would like to address is establishing further economic ties with each of your nations. Kundrati has in recent months experienced a knee jerk response in the banking and business field with many such companies leaving the country, albeit some temporarily, fearing the current regime. Why that is, is as much a mystery to myself as it must be to yourselves as well, however the fact remains there is a large market currently open in Kundrati now that Tomasadyn National and Etxea Bank are vacant. I hope that one or perhaps multiple of you may find this offer lucrative as I ensure you our financial situation is stable as can be, furthermore I have some other offers to make.

Recently a large company formerly held by Zardugal, Farmakon-Z, was recently nationalized due to their illegal attempt to flee the country without any prior consultation, absconding hundreds of Zards working in the nation. Now, this facility is under our control, but we lack the specialists necessary at this time and funding it would be quite expensive. To that end, I would be willing to offer this facility to one of you in return likewise for reasonable concessions that of which are negotiable.

Secondly, we recently have done reform with our prison population which is rapidly largening due to internal unrest provoked by Kalistan, Zardugal, and other nations purposefully causing dissent in the nation. These new prisons of which we expect there to be in the ballpark of perhaps 50-100,000 interned for periods of months to some years depending on the severity of their crimes, will be a fresh population of free labor. Some may call this indentured servitude in lesser parts of the world, but what nation would willingly have its taxpayers feed and house criminals as if it were some resort hotel? I can think of no better punishment than patriotic action to better ones country in honest labor.

Lastly, Zardugals aggression will not go unpunished. To that end, we will soon be halting all uranium exports to the country, while some will be used for our own means, we will have a large excess which we can export at very reasonable prices, some of the best in Terra.

So to recap, We can offer the largest radiochemical pharma facility in the country to you at no initial cost in return for reasonable returns which are negotiable, we can offer tens of thousands in free labor in return for investments in whatever you see fit to purchase be it infrastructure, dwellings, and so on which would be manned by said labor brigades, and finally Uranium at some of the most competitive prices you'll find.

Thank you for that very enlightening speech, Likatonia is always looking for a good bargain and may I say President Sládek you drive a hard bargain. We welcome the opportunity to buy Kundrati uranium at cheap, competitive prices we note that Kundrati is a leader in uranium mining and nuclear power is something that we are eager to explore further. I spoke in my opening statement about transitioning away from fossil fuels, nuclear power will definitely play an important role in that clean energy transition we must now scale up nuclear power. Also Likatonia would like to express our interest in Farmakon-Z it is something we would like to get our hands on, Likatonia has both the funds and the know-how to make it work. This will deliver real, tangible benefits for both Likatonians and Kundratians alike we are excited to strengthen our economic ties further. Likatonia can offer Kundrati unprecedented access to northern seleya, we all know Likatonia is fast becoming Terra's economic powerhouse.

Thank you madam President, we absolutely agree nuclear power is one of the leading energy forms worldwide and as it is known as one of the absolute cleanest energies it would be beneficial for all! Our uranium is top grade with minimal waste residue, and I am happy that Likatonia is interested in both Farmakon-Z and our Uranium. That being said we have quite a lot so we can likely export to two nations at once, however I am eager to hear from any other nations present that may be interested as well.

I hate to be a downer, but it appears that I have been instructed to return home. This was a fruitful endeavor. I personally thank the Kundratijian government for organizing this summit. The commitment to diplomacy and friendship is appreciated and it is comforting to know that Kundrati will attempt to pursue diplomatic avenues.
