In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.ph...63#p145764), Vorona is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide.
OVERVIEW
In many aspects, Vorona's Cultural Protocol reflects that of the English-speaking Afro & Indo-Caribbean. If it were to be brought to a singular entity, it mirrors that of the West Indies Federation (1958-1962) if it had survived to the modern era.
ETHNICITIES
The ethnicities present in Vorona represent a melting pot of diverse cultures. The nation’s predominant Kariga-Voronan culture traces much of its roots to numerous voyages by Asli settlers, who initially settled on the island to escape religious and political persecution in Talmoria and Statrica as well as colonialism (many were brought to the island either as slaves or indentured labourers from Talmoria and Statrica following the initial free voyages). The same could be said about the nation's Raktavani Voronan population, who came to the island as indentured labourers. The Luthorian, Gaduri and Yingdalan cultural groups can trace much of their lineage to colonisers, explorers and traders who settled on the island.
