The Tel Bira Journal is an independent financial newspaper reporting almost exclusively on global markets. While based out of Tel Bira, it operates numerous on-site bureaus with most of Terra's major stock exchanges. It works closely with the Tel Bira Stock Exchange (TBSE) and other stock exchanges, the Bankaut, the Financial Herald from Luthori and Tel Bira's Finance Office.

Indexes
The Journal tracks major indexes (group of company stocks) listed in the TBSE - these indexes are either direct parts of various frameworks of the Neset itself (see the Haniyaret), or represent major private sector blocks operating internationally, and with a notable footprint, within it.

Currencies
Listed currencies - and their ratings, as considered under advisory by rating agencies - are monitored in cooperation with the Financial Herald from Luthori and track the overall business activity, treasury, deficit, debt and bond values of states which operate clearly on an international level.

Stock Exchanges
The Journal works openly with any minor or major stock exchange.
