I motion to allow debate and discussion on the following requests the Academy has received in regards to cultural cooperation with the following countries:

Dundorf, Xsampa, Dorvik, Dalibor, Alduria.

We have confirmed successful exchanges with Dundorf and would like to recognize their contributions to the Academy.

Motion accepted,

Thank you Councilwoman Estrada. I would like to continue this discussion on the proposed cooperation and exchange programs with the aforementioned nations. Do our partners on the Royal Council wish to proceed diplomatically as well with the nations? We understand culture and education is essential here, but this would be a great opportunity to expand with diplomacy.

Naturally, yes we should assume that diplomacy is attached to cultural conversations. We should consider recognizing the aforementioned nations to this council as "cooperative nations" to the Academy. We should of course consider this list of nations to increase in the future.

We are receiving successful reports of increased cultural cooperation with Dundorf and Dorvik recently. We shall notify the Royal Council of such developments and see to it that news agencies are notified of Egelion's response to such events.

I must let this chamber know that the Royal Academia has begun to publish several textbooks about Egelian language, grammar, norms, culture, and politics. 

We have partnered withe the Altean Royal Press at the University of Altea to make this possible.
