State Council announces a steady course towards the revitalisation of the Bianjie language

GEMUN: Bianjie language has been the core of Bianjian history and culture for millennia, before fading into irrelevance after the nation was colonised and divided between different foreign powers, replacing the language of ancestors with Kunikata and Yingdalan. Today, the state of affairs of the Bianjie language is worrying a lot of experts, linguists and ordinary people, as NECO, the National Education and Cultural Organisation, published yet another report back in January 5700, on a process that could very well end up in the extinction of the language as a whole. The report prompted loud reaction from all across the political spectrum, with representatives from most, if not all, parliamentary forces calling for the government to intervene and keep the Bianjie language alive.

Previously, in 5656, there were similar attempts by the State Council to support the mother tongue of our nation, and it was quite successful, but only for a short period of time, as the government did not show much enthusiasm in keeping it alive and afloat for much longer beyond that support period, which triggered many negative reactions from the language activists, linguists and other cultural representatives. Now, with the report published by the NECO, the question rose yet again, with even more worrying numbers and the reality of the matter. The issue was core during the local elections held the same year, with a number of candidates, both incumbent and opposition, pledging to give the Bianjie language the support it needs, with some even holding a roundtable in Ersangi to discuss the actions the local government can take on its own, without the national funding and assistance. And indeed, the national government was quiet for a period of time, with the Ministry of Education giving unclear responses, until just recently.

During the New Year's Address to the Nation, Premier Niohon Dusan spoke about the culture, history and Bianjie language in particular. According to the Premier, those three require "our close supervision and attention", otherwise Bianjie might risk losing it, which many observers considered a harsh and overemotional statement. However, Dusan has announced that the State Council has declared the next three years, 5701–5703, the "Years of the Bianjie Language, History and Culture" respectively, with 5701 being the "Year of the Bianjie Language". As a part of the new government-led focus on the issue, the State Council has released a statement on the morning of 1 January, where it was additionally announced that the Bianjie language will now be used in the official documents, the road signs across the nation will be dubbed in the Bianjie language, and government websites will now provide a separate version in the Bianjie language, and other minor or major add-ons that will make the usage of the language more common among the citizens and the government, as an effort to promote it unforcefully.

According to the Ministry of Education and its head, Sain Birure, the State Council will bring back the reforms from over 45 years ago, and allocate up to a billion g'an over the next five years to various cultural and education institutions, which will focus on teaching the Bianjie language, creating content in it, studying historical documents, literature and other work in the language, to develop more information and normalise the current spoken and written Bianjie language. Furthermore, to help such research and help the language become more literary and standardised, the MoE will be creating the national language regulator, the Bianjian Academy or Bianjie Giltusihūwa, which will be the supreme linguistic body, tasked with ensuring the stability of the language, as well as dedicating itself to language planning by applying linguistic prescription aimed at promoting the unity within and between various territories, to ensure a common standard.

Going into the third month of the "Year of the Bianjie Language", proclaimed by the State Council, an overwhelming 72% of citizens say they would be interested in studying the Bianjie language if presented with comfortable courses, as well as 66% of parents would support the courses in the middle and high schools. "If we don't want to repeat our mistakes from the past, and actually keep the language alive, we as the government have to ensure that our actions not just keep it afloat for the next couple of decades, but also that it grows, becomes more commonly used by our citizens, youth especially, because that is the core of our culture going forward", said the education minister Sain Birure.

Khan Nurhaci announces surprise abdication in a rare broadcast address to the nation
The nation's eighty-year-old monarch surprises the country with the announcement of his intention to abdicate in favour of his son, Nilhuma, ahead of the 46th anniversary of his ascension to the throne in 5655

"My dear Bianjians, time flies fast, and it has been almost forty-six years since I have been serving you as your monarch, but I am not as tough and fresh anymore". With these words, Khan's rare broadcast address to the nation began. The eighty-year-old monarch of Bianjie, looking older than ever, with his grey hair and wrinkles, addressed the nation as the 46th anniversary of his ascension to the throne comes closer.

"Following the celebration of my sapphire jubilee reign anniversary, I have undergone surgery on my heart, which was hidden from the public, and for that I am asking for your forgiveness", the monarch said. "However, worrying about my health is the last thing I wish for you to do". Khan Nurhaci proceeded to talk about his health and how, although he is still doing fine, he believes the worsening conditions may affect his reign, and that there must be a change. "Thus, after a series of discussions with my family and the Privy Council, I have decided to abdicate from the throne in favour of my son, Age Nilhuma". The nation's reigning monarch said that he will formally abdicate on the day of his 46th anniversary, on 25 May 5701, with Age Nilhuma ascending the same very day. "I know that Nilhuma is capable of being the Khan for all of the nation, and I will be there to help him, to help my family, and be there for you, even from my retirement", the outgoing Khan said in his televised address. According to Khan Nurhaci himself, he has been considering abdication for a "considerable amount of time", and that the heart surgery only made his decision final. "This is a decision I do not take lightly and easily, but it is the right time to leave the throne for the next generation", he said.

However, that was not the only surprise the Khan got for the population in his address. Coming to the final part of his message to the nation. "If I am to leave the throne, I wish for it to be a high note. Therefore, I previously asked the Privy Council to introduce the amendments to the laws regarding the monarchy, repealing the current succession system, and replacing it with the absolute primogeniture, allowing our female royals to be equals, and equally having the ability to ascend to the throne", the reigning monarch proclaimed. According to Khan, there will be a change to the succession law, which will allow women to be heirs, and thus, Khans. "Bianjie is no longer a nation of the past; we are the nation of the future, the nation that walks alongside the rest of the world, sometimes even running ahead of it, and that is why it is my utmost belief that we are very well past the time to allow this". Khan said that he hopes the amendments will be approved before the planned abdication later this month, so that this change can be his farewell to Bianjie.

Now, Age, also known as the Prince in the western world, Nilhuma, who is 48, will become Bianjie's 11th Khan since the restoration of the Khanate following the coup d'ètat in August of 5373, and subsequently the head of state, whose powers been greatly reduced after the adoption of the amendments to the Constitution in 5489. Nilhuma's wife, Gungju, corresponding to the western term Princess, Kanasa, will become the next Hehehan, or Queen Consort, according to the western terminology.

Khan Nilhuma enthroned as the 11th Khan of Bianjie in a major celebration of the monarchy in the country

Less than half a year after ascending to the throne following the abdication of this father, the former Age, Nilhuma, officially became the eleventh Khan of the Bianjie Khanate in a ceremony that transcends centuries, if not millennia, on the territories of what is now called Bianjie, with both the private and religious behind-the-doors ceremony, with faith leaders blessing the new monarch of the nation, and the Khan paying tribute to all the previous monarchs in a Golden Hall in the Orchid Palace.

As well as that, obviously, a more public and informal celebration ceremony was held in the Tanggūli Chamber, with various international guests from all over the world coming to visit the enthronement. Among them are the Premier Metok from Bianjie's southeastern neighbours, Xsampa, the Egelian imperial couple of Emperor Leon Alexander and Empress Isabella, alongside the High Councilor Formoselle y Castilla. Nadiya's Tsarina Maria II and presidential councilwoman Edda Wahl from Keris have followed, as well as the foreign minister Thomas Harney from the Seleyan country of Kalistan, and the imperial family of Empress Eleonora and Prince Concort Marco, attending the ceremony as Istalian representatives.

Following the public ceremony within the Orchid Palace complex, the newly inaugurated Khan took a road to the Absungkilha Square, the heart and the soul of Bianjie's capital city, Gemun, to witness the people's celebration, parade and dances, to celebrate the new monarch of the nation, with members of the Royal Guard marching across the square, followed by female drummers, humming the national anthem "Ode to the Khan", as the citizens have watched followed suit.

At the same time, the entire ceremony takes place at a moment when the Khanate Yuan has approved amendments to the Khanate Monarchy and Succession Act, which will now allow a female member of the royal family to ascend to the position of heir presumptive and thus the Khan, or rather the Hehehan, of Bianjie. The amendments follow the last push from Khan Emeritus Nurhaci, who expressed himself during the abdication address broadcast on television. Although not publicly stated, many have understood the move, other than a progressive change, to be a change for the only daughter of Khan Nilhuma, Tempin. With the amendments now approved by the legislature, Tempin sits as the only contender to become the official heir to the Salt Throne; however, as she is not 18-years-old yet, Khan Nilhuma is unable to officially proclaim Gungju Tempin as heir, but it is widely expected to happen in about two years.

The whole public part of today's enthronement ceremony was broadcast across all nationwide channels of the public broadcasting service, BHK, as required by the Public Broadcasting Act, with occasional breaks for news broadcasts. And later the same day, the BHK have released the statistics of the ceremony broadcast, showing that about 7 million Bianjians have watched the coverage at some point during the day, making it one of the most watched events this year for the BHK, alongside Khan Emeritus Nurhaci's abdication address, the final episode of Everburning Bridges and the celebrity special of the 10 out of 10.

Bianjie to kickstart its rolling stock manufacturing industry with the first plant in Fetembi
Following the decade-long implementation of the government's GTSE roadmap to grow the economy and domestic industry, a manufacturing plant opens in Wehealin Province

"Bianjie has the resources: we are rich with metals, [...] we have extremely talented people and workers. [...] So I do not doubt the need for this. [...] We can do it, because we know how to", said then-industry minister Giocangga Cimos at the presentation of the government's ten-year GTSE roadmap before the nation's legislature.

The decade-long investment megaproject, the "Growth That Strengthens Everyone" plan, launched by the government of then-Premier Heshen Asuka, set out a promise and detailed step-by-step proposal to invest up to 10 billion g'an into the domestic manufacturing industry, as a part of the larger economy growth mindset, practised by the State Council and the ruling Socialist People's Party. As a part of the plan, the investment of 9,3 billion g'an was expected to go towards the enhancement, reform and enlargement of the pre-existing mass production automotive industry, among those, the state-owned Khanate Car Factory company, usually known as the Haseku. On the other side, however, the 89-page-long proposal also included a point about the creation of the national rolling stock manufacturer, which would be focused on supplying the domestic railway operators with the locomotives, electric multiple units EMUs) and other components.

And thus, the Togeksu company, named after the Bianjian mountain ranges, was founded as a joint venture of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade (MEIT) and the Wehealin Province, as the first plant of the company is expected to be located in the suburbs of Wehealin's administrative centre, Fetembi, considered to be the industrial capital of Bianjie, a home to the Benemu, the mining company, Haseku and now, Togeksu. According to premier Niohon Dusan, those were key factors for the choice of Fetembi as the location for the plant, as well as the city being a major infrastructure hub. "Fetembi is a connection between our north and south, west and east, a home to hard-working Bianjians. It was a natural and unanimous decision for us", the premier said. Fetembi mayor, Muke Aangang, who was present at the opening ceremony of the plant, has thanked the government for the choice of his city, and reaffirmed that the city administration will be doing everything possible to support the production, accessibility to the factory, hiring campaign, as well as funding.

Additionally, as a part of the GTSE plan, a reform of the resource extraction and metal production, to increase its efficiency, was implemented. "First of all, we obviously need more resources to be able to produce more and more", said the industry minister, Desiku Eraben. "On the other side, it is simply useful to make the most out of our mining". Togeksu is expected to employ up to 500 people by the end of the second quarter of this year, possibly more than that, depending on the capabilities of the plant, and how fast it will be able to produce the first major products, like EMUs or locomotives, the newly-appointed CEO Yuwan Kang has said. "If we are going on the right track, we can be looking at the first bunch of trains, possibly 10 or 20, by the end of this year. But, we will update you all on this as time goes by", Kang said.

Premier Dusan barely retains his majority, while the right-wing opposition is slowly rising

The regular parliamentary elections in April did not bring many surprises to the nation's political standings; however, they showed that the SPP–PCP coalition, also reffered by the domestic media as the "Magenta coalition" is prone to losing the majority very easily, as if at least a single MP leaves one of the two parties, the government becomes a minority one, as the two parties combined will now sit at just 115 years, the minimal number required to form a coalition.

It is expected that premier Niohon Dusan will remain in his position; however, he may face internal challenges from within the Socialist People's Party, whose members are questioning the premier's methods and campaigning strategies following the disappointing result in the election. "Our government does so much for this nation, for these people, and instead we are focusing on the cultural issues, and personal attacks, and we see the results, so we must change it", an anonymous socialist interlocutor told us.

However, while the left-wing coalition will continue to govern Bianjie, the right-wing parties are on the rise, with sovereignists and national conservatives combined accounting for almost 10% of the vote, nearly identical to the progressive communists. Gui Sadala, leader of the BSP, said that the rising support for his party "shows the demand for a different style of politics". According to Sadala, BSP is fighting against both the "traitorous leftists" of the SPP and PCP, as well as the "cowardly liberals" of the DPP, TPP and Horizon. When it comes to the NCU, Sadala said that he has "great respect" for his right-wing colleagues and that there is a much closer cooperation between the parties. When he was asked whether there could be a coalition or a merger of the sovereignists and national conservatives into one consolidated force, the BSP leader said: "Only time will tell". NCU leader, however, did not respond to the BDK's request for a comment regarding a possible coalition or merger with the BSP.

Leader of the Democratic People's Party, Erdeni Niri, says that his party will "keep up the constructive criticism and opposition activities against all odds" and "attempts of the SPP to discredit the democrats". Niri says that the DPP are most prominent opposition party, and indirectly attacked other opposition forces for not rallying around the democrats. "When we are being cowardly, my colleagues attack millions of voters who chose a better future, an actual chance of changes in this country, not some empty words", said Niri.

What is Bianjie's current and future involvement in the post-war New Verham and its reconstruction?

As the neighbouring New Verham is undergoing a reconstruction phase, we analyse the actions taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Council as a whole, past, present, and future, with foreign minister Rong Litari.



It has been almost 5 years since yet another civil war broke out in the neighbouring New Verham, with the clashes against the then-president Argat, turning violent, causing the latter to flee the nation, and finding himself crashing on the Bianjian territory. Following these and other less relevant events, New Verham fell into complete chaos and a vacuum of governance, causing both Dovanian nations, like Bianjie and Xsampa, and the wider international community, represented by Egelion, Nadiya and Luthori, to decide to intervene in the conflict with various degrees, with some helping more actively and militarily, and others doing the diplomatic and political work behind the scenes and openly.

Bianjie was among the second group of nations, though it did reserve some actions that would qualify our country among those in the first list. After it was discovered that Argat crashed on the Bianjian soil, the Bianjian Police Agency (BPA) arrested the New Verhamese politician, putting him under containment in the Dergasari County Prison. The official position held by the State Council was that Argat needs to be fairly trialled by the New Verhamese state; however, the Bianjian government pointed out that this may only happen once there is a "stable and functioning" government in then-Chukyo. Current foreign minister Rong Litari, who was a part of the team, put to manage MOFA's response to the conflict in New Verham, said about Argut process in Dergasari: "I totally endorsed this move from our government when I was the undersecretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, because we genuinely were worried about him being killed somewhere in a car, or plane, or, Abka forbid, even in a court building during the trial".

Furthermore, Bianjie was sending humanitarian and financial aid to the civilians affected by the war, working alongside other nations providing aid. "Our focus was helping the people, because, as bad or cowardly as that may sound, there was no side for us to pick, nor did we want to. Our goal was to make sure that Dovani returns to stability and normalcy soon enough", Litari said. On the other side, Bianjie responded positively to the request from the Luthorian government, allowing northern ports and airports to host the Luthorian military for refuelling and a launching point for military operations on the New Verhamese soil. "Luthorian officials presented a compelling case of why, and what for, and that is why we agreed. Helping the international intervention forces and bringing an end to this chaos quickly was our joint goal, and we found ourselves in agreement with our international colleagues", the current foreign minister told us.

Today, Bianjie is a part of the wider regional military mission in New Verham, the "Absolute Support Mission", or the ASM for short, aimed at training the New Verhamese army and other military and law enforcement units in various areas, and the institutional reform, to prevent corruption, ethnic and political discrimination. According to Litari, who was a part of the delegation during the negotiations, it was one of the main demands of the foreign diplomats to have an international team managing the reform in the central Dovanian country during the construction period. "I talked about this in depth with Borgisi [the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of the Armed Forces of Bianjie], and he responded positively, adding that Befugun needs some action to keep itself in form", Litari chuckled as he said that. Additionally, the Armed Forces donated one of its older and less-frequently used frigates to the newly-founded New Verham Navy, as a sign of good friendship with the new government. CDS of the Armed Forces, Alin Borgisi, said that this "gift" freed a sizable amount of budget used for the maintenance of the frigate, allowing AFB to reevaluate its spending, and possibly renovate the equipment.

Otherwise, the Bianjian involvement remains rather average, possibly minimal; however, there is still a demand for a peaceful and democratic neighbour to the north, prompting actions from the national diplomacy. Bianjian businesses see the reconstruction in New Verham as the opportunity to invest in the country, with the nation's biggest and most prominent companies, such as Hikona Group, Cisubank, Befucom, Benemu and others, announcing that they will either look into the possibility of investing, or straight up buy property, assets, or invest millions into the reconstruction, or opening businesses in the country.

Bianjie officially extradites former New Verhamese president Argat per request

DERGASARI: Former New Verhamese president Argat was loaded onto a joint Bianjian and New Verhamese motorcade, handled by the justice ministries of both nations, and extradited to New Verham, or the nation's recently-renamed capital city, Baatrynsentii, where the former Gaoist head of state will face charges on allegations of conspiracy against the nation, crimes against humanity and treason.

The fall of Argat, who was president until 5699, before cowardly fleeing the country of 63 million behind, taking property worth millions with him on a private helicopter, and escaping in an unknown direction, before unsuccessfully crashing on the Bianjian sovereign territory, and later being arrested by the Bianjie Police Agency, before being put into containment, for future extradition, however, only when there is a "stable and functioning government" in New Verham, the general message from the State Council was echoed.

Now, the extradition comes at the request of the new democratic government in Baatrynsentii, who is expected to be tried in the very same capital city, which former president Argat fled not so long ago, in the nation's Hall of Justice, and very closely protected by the New Verhamese law authorities to avoid any possible incidents. According to local media, the trial could take months, if not years, as domestic law clearly dictates the rules of such a trial.

"We would like to wish our northern friends good luck in their reconstruction after a bloody and horrible civil war, but now that dark chapter ends, and a great opportunity to make the nation great, to make our Dovani great, together, and Bianjie will do everything possible, to cooperate, to help, and be close for anything our friends in New Verham, or any other Dovanian country will need, because that's how friendships are made, solid and solidary", premier Dusan wrote on his social media.

Bianjie and Kundrati hold a successful bilateral meeting on food export, the agriculture minister says

A new international relationship was forged today in Gemun, as the delegation from the Artanian nation of Kundrati, previously torn apart by the bloody civil war and fascistic regime, now a recovering democracy, is looking for new economic and diplomatic partners around the world. Yesterday, they came to Bianjie for that support.

The group of Kundratijan officials, led by the nation's Minister of Agriculture, Ran Pestevec, and additional government advisors, visited Bianjie's capital city, Gemun, to hold a bilateral meeting with their counterparts, to discuss the possibility of expanding the diplomatic, political and economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as the export of Bianjian agricultural goods to the Artanian nation, as Bianjie remains a heavily agrarian nation, with highly respected farmers, producing high-quality goods. According to the Kundratijan media, their country's delegation also expected closer cooperation between the agricultural sectors of the two countries, as well as consultation with the Kundrati sector by Bianjie experts.

Following the meeting between the two delegations, both agriculture ministers of Kundrati and Bianjie, Ran Pestevec and Fodo Urgucen, respectively, held a joint press conference to announce the results of the official encounter. "Today, we turn a new page in relations with Kundrati and Artania as a whole. It was a successful meeting with Mr Pestevec, and I would love to thank him for visiting our country, and I am sure we will come to his country sooner or later", Bianjie's agriculture minister Urgucen said. She also added that Bianjie will indeed now export its production to Kundrati, with the potential of expanding the market across the continent. Additionally, Urgucen said that the State Council will look into the probability of opening the Agriculture Development Bank (ADB) branch in Kundrati, to serve as both a financial aid to the local farmers and a financial consulting firm.

Foreign minister Rong Litari hosts the Xsampan delegation to finalise the economic union deal 
Representatives of the two Dovanian nations met for the final stretch of the framework for the future regional economic bloc

It has been publicly available that for the past half a year, both Xsampan and Bianjian officials have been engaging in a series of negotiations regarding the formation of the economic bloc between the two nations, with the idea of further expanding into the continent, including such nations as Midway, New Verham and others, willing to unite under one banner, economically that is, at least.

For what it is worth, the idea is not a new one, and even before the Xsampa's People's Commissar of Foreign Affairs (PCFA), Mr Kalingpong, has expressed his public support for the idea, there were various attempts at uniting the Dovanian nations economically, diplomatically, or politically. But neither attempt had any major success, and failed 5-10 years after the formation. Now, Xsampa and Bianjie wish to try again, putting aside the mistakes and failed attempts in the past, to negotiate a union deal that would work for nations of any ideological and political standing, as Xsampa officially remains "communist", and Bianjie does not limit itself, making an effort to combine both the capitalist and socialist economic practises under the rule of the Socialist People's Party (SPP). Still, PCFA Kalingpong has stood clear in its vision for a united Dovani, shared by the officials in Gemun: "The path forward for Dovani is a united shared path. [...] An economic union is possible, [...] while respecting the economic differences of all within Dovani".

Yesterday, Bianjie's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rong Litari, hosted his Xsampan counterpart in the MOFA's building in the central Gemun, to discuss the final stretch of the future economic bloc, which will, according to the foreign minister himself, "respect everyone's positions equally, on economy, diplomacy, political system, as long as it remains within the realms of adequacy and regard for human rights". The biggest debate remains, obviously, creating a balanced framework that will be welcoming of both communist and capitalist economic systems within the united bloc, and obviously, that might or might not include a united market. However, it is expected that nations of the Dovani Economic Assistance Bloc (DEAB), the name circulating within the media, will be cooperating much more closely in economic matters, with incentives for member states, a "managed openness"; however, no complete free trade, with certain sectors of the economy in member countries to be protected, as well as the harmonisation of the tariffs, if there any still any. Additional points of the possible final deal include an easier visa regime between member states, with the focus being on work visas, recognition of the credentials across the union and closer cooperation on the establishment of joint cultural and political institutions, like banks, universities and others.

"If there are people listening or reading to or watching this from other Dovanian countries, that are not Bianjie or Xsampa, obviously, I want you to know this, if a deal is to be made, the doors are open, and we will obviously do our best to get all the countries we can to join, and we will be there working hard to make sure the union is working for everyone, that it is profitable and valuable for all the countries, because we want a strong, stable and united bloc, not a temporary one, to score some points, and if a capitalist and a communist countries, like we two, can co-exist, and work as closely, I am sure pan-Dovani union can work as well. All we have to do is try", the Minister of Foreign Affairs Rong Litari appealed to the foreign public during the joint press conference with the Xsampan counterpart, following the end of the meeting. The two diplomats talked about the success of the encounter in Gemun, saying that the two countries are on the finish line, with the historic deal on the formation of the union possibly being finalised and signed by the end of this year.

Bianjie and Xsampa officially sign the Treaty of Tsarlung, formally creating the Dovani Economic Assistance Bloc

Big, and yet not really grotesque, a ceremony was held today in the somewhat small city of Tsarlung in Xsampa, where the representatives of the two southern Dovanian nations, Bianjie and Xsampa, that is, have signed a treaty, formally creating the product of a years-long process of negotiations and discussion to form a single union with the purpose of uniting the whole continent one organisation entity.

And yet, this is not the first attempt at such pan-Dovani organisational unity; however, this time, representatives from the two nations are sure that this is the one. Previously, there were smaller, more localised unions of Dovanian countries, like the West Dovanian Union, which turned out to be quite successful in its mission, but later on, with Lourenne fading away in global relevance, the WDU faded as well, leaving a vacuum in Dovani. Today, the vacuum decreases with the formation of the Dovani Economic Assistance Bloc, or DEAB, for short.

Still, the bloc will be purely economic, with some cultural and political parts in the focus of the new organisation, such as the cooperation on the common institutions, cultural and political. Litari says that the Bianjie will now be looking into how to incorporate the College of Dovani in Guihecen into the DEAB system, or how to make the two cooperate closely, to produce high-quality servants, as well as grow the support for the new bloc. "We are here to stay and grow. This is not some PR project or something; this is a genuine effort to unite the continent, to become a powerhouse in the world, to not be influenced or bribed by someone from the Old World into submitting to them. We are powerful on our own, and DEAB is here to prove it", said foreign minister Litari.

Additionally, it is expected that, both by the words of the Bianjian finance minister and the full text of the treaty published online for the public to see and read, there will be a Dovani Development Bank, or the DDB for short, that will be DEAB's main financial tool to invest in various projects across the member states, and beyond, in Dovani, however, it will be prohibited from pushing economic agenda on the member states, such as privatisation, labour reforms and economic liberalisation. More than that, the initial DEAB treaty includes the previously announced tariff harmonisation efforts between the members, a tiered trade system, sensitive sectors protected from the economic measures of the bloc, and the Dovani Economic Council (DEC), which will be tasked with handling trade and tariff disputes.

Still, despite there being only two members who signed the treaty at the foundational conference in Tsarlung, the representatives of Bianjie and Xsampa are already working on negotiating membership in the bloc with other countries, who might be interested but could not be present at today's ceremony for certain political or other reasons, the Bianjian foreign minister Rong Litari said. The treaty itself says that it is "open to any state within Dovani, which signals a willingness to engage in coordination mechanisms, accept the trade bands, and commit to transparency", and officials of the two nations have reiterated this point quite often during the conference in Tsarlung, with Litari pointing out that there are currently open negotiations with certain neighbouring states, without mentioning any names. According to the Gemun Post information, likely the nations are New Verham, Midway and Medina.
