Dear comrades, proletarians of the world,
today, on the 24th of October 5559, the first meeting of the new Internationale has begun. With a will to fight and liberate, we have met to discuss the organization of all revolutionaries on Terra. Through solidarity and unity, we shall win the permanent fight for the freedom of the people. Dear representatives, today's meeting and all of the following meetings will be used to answer the following points:
- What is the precise goal of the Internationale?
- How shall SocIntern be structured?
- Who is on our side?
- How do we achieve the liberation of the proletariat?
Today we shall start with Point 1 (What is the precise goal of the Internationale). Now, I will start with the aspirations of the proletariat in the Union. Following my statement, I invite the representatives of Xsampla, Istalia, Zardugal, and Temania and our party representative from Ikradon to come up to the podium. Let us begin with the Union now.

"The SUAS sees the purpose of the new institution in the liberation of the proletariat on Terra. Through unity and a permanent fight against the bourgeoisie oppressors, we seek to once and for all smash the chains of capitalism. We seek to abolish most if not all cooperation with capitalist states to make them bow before us. Through economic and militaristic might, but also political education we aim to achieve this goal. In the end, it is now our responsibility to use all measures possible to liberate not only our workers but also those of all other nations on Terra. Furthermore, we seek to establish SocIntern as a political, military, economic, and cultural union.

For the Radicale Arbeiderspartij it is to start a peacefull revolution that glorifies the succeses of the prolatariat within every nation in the hope, that workers of all over Terra could get inspired to archieve the same and if needed help them in archieving it.

We came as a party in the hope we could archieve a peacefull transition and educate the workers of terra, as such we should propose that Il Proletaria is a magazine very beautifull created by the communist party of Istalia, should be sended all over Terra, it is a beautifull explanation on the dangers of imperialisme, the last stage of capitalism.

We hope to see what other nations and parties thoughts are.

Esteemed Comrades,

As the acting representative of Xsampa, we are proud to be among our comrades in this major step towards the liberation of the Proletariat. With that in mind, it is our solemn belief that the goal of SocIntern is to protect the Revolution. Yes, it may spread, peacefully or through violence, but the Revolution must be protected from counterrevolutionaries and fascists. SocIntern must dedicate itself to the protection of Revolutionary Activity. We echo our statements by Comrade Collins in that the Revolution must be protected. While we disagree on the specifics or cooperation with some states, and believe that SocIntern can benefit from not making enemies out of the world, Comrade Collins has largely described what is necessary. If the Revolution cannot be defended,then what hope is there for the Proletariat?

"While the Zardic workers were able to topple the rule of bourgeois oppressors through peaceful means we are aware of the fact that this cannot work for every nation. The use of force and violence will always remain a legitimate way to defeat capitalist tyranny. This being said Zardugal is in no state to openly support any form of violent socialist revolution neither will it be able to do this in the foreseeable future. The threat of an intervention by the bordering Jelbic Empire is simply to great. An aggressive Zardic foreign policy would only put a risk to the progresses already made in our nation with no realistic perspective of effectively supporting the cause. We would therefore prefer a defensive pact between leftists nations for the time being. This treaty should be accompanied by agreements to intensify economic and cultural exchange between all nations of the Internationale. Ideally this collaboration will enable members of the Internationale to boycot capitalist nations or at least those nations who actively work against our ideologic beliefs."

Auro Casella, representative of the Socialist Republic of Istalia:

I would advise us to see the SocIntern as an organisation to help us organise the proletariat internationally as well as cooperate between us. I do not think we should invade and declare war to other nations for the "socialist cause", but rather, help spark up and organise proletarian revolutions throughout Terra, ultimately letting them carry it out and seize their own states. This will, hopefully, also convince them to join us. Our responsibility is not to act as the bourgeois imperialists we seek to fight, but to aid the workers of the world in their struggle. For those worrying about "violent revolutions", we would like to clear things up: we do not actively support violent revolutions, nor peaceful ones, but we acknowledge the reality of the world: most, if not all, revolutions will have to inevitably happen through force and violence, since the bourgeoisie is not going to cede its power away peacefully in nearly every situation. Lastly, I would like to thank the RAP for their words on Il Proletario and the PCI.

Esteemed members of the council. With an overwhelming majority, we have agreed on making SocIntern a cooperational, peaceful, defensive alliance. Despite this, the Internationale may set her goals elsewhere may the times change. Now let us proceed to point 2 to get yet a step closer to the establishmentof our Union. Dear representatives, how shall we structure SocIntern? Should we establish a Higher Council for the founding states? Shall we grant association status to willing nations? What are the requirements to join the Union? The SUAS supports the idea of a Founding Council in order to maintain the core integrity of SocIntern. Furthermore, we support association status for NGOs and Parties in order to let them take part in the Union. Lastly, we would be against strict requirements and allow anyone to join, may they be accepted by the Founding Council of our 6 Nations. You are now free to speak.

I have to apoligize for Arne Declerq, our chairman and Staatspresident of Ikradon, as he is very busy with the artania conference, he can't attend this one, i will replace hime. I had to point out that even if we are in government, we can not yet fully join with our nation, as the GROEN our coalition partner isn't ready yet for this organisation.

The RAP thinks it would be better to lead by example, a higher counsil gives a view inequality even if it isn't the purpose. However in the beginning it could be a good way to organise this organisation. We would applaud new members joining, but have a minimum of time, before we fully allow the application, as the bourgoisy can try to infiltrate like that. After that we could may be have a sort of election of our board. 

We also understand the sentiment to not have hard requirements, but do speak cautious with letting anyone in, as they may seem socialist or communist, it can be a roose. 

For us every NGO, Union, Parties is welcome after approvment of the board.

We completely agree with the ideas brought forward by Comrade Collins. A founding council and association status for new members will protect our organisation from influences of malevolent intruders while inviting every enemy of capitalism no matter their exact political affiliation inside the leftist spectrum. However for us a question remains: Are we going to structure a form of leadership inside the founding council? Will we distribute responsibilities among member nation in the form of different offices? This being said we would of course be willing to make a decision on these matters once the organisation has been founded

Dear members of the Council, with Phase 2 being completed and a quick break due to a crisis in the Syndicalist Government being completed, the SUAS would like to move to point 3 on the agenda: Who is on our side? Through this question, we want to determine who and which nation is eligible to join our organization. Do we accept totalitarian "socialists"? Do we accept nations like Kalistan which, despite their monarch still have a socialist economy? The SUAS has a clear stance on this topic. Through a case-by-case examination, we want to accept those who, not only economically, but also politically rally behind the ideas of socialism. Therefore, totalitarian dictatorships and imperialist nations such as Kalistan would not be eligible according to our point of view. Regardless, we want to exclude the founding nations from this rule. We would also like to hear the opionions of other represented nations. Thank you.

Esteemed Comrades,

In regards to our allies, and who our allies are, it is the believe of Xsampa that, whether Revolutionary or Reformist, any state that is politically and economically socialist is an ally. Whether Vanguardist or Democratic, we believe that as long as there is a commitment to socialism, they are our allies. Not every nation has the exact conditions to follow socialism we see in existing countries. Every nation has different revolutionary conditions. We must be open to all revolutionaries.
