In an unexpected development, the Nadiyan government has decided to revive the old Trigunian space program after a series of bills and debates were launched by popular initiatives to revive the space exploration policies first established by the Trigunian regime during the corporate era.

The Space Research & Exploration Initiation Act, proposed by an MP from the TAN, was approved of by the Nadiyan General Assembly during the parliamentary niche of the Technocratic Alliance of Nadiya. During its examination by the Commission for Scientific Research and Humanitarian Progress, representative Teadora Vianu, author of the bill, stated; "The Nadiyan Confederation must help further the field of space exploration for the common good of humanity[...] Nadiya is more than capable of initiating a space program using the Bleu prints left by the now-defunct Trailblaze Corporation which used to conduct tests and experiments in Lesnov." 

 The bill merges the Nadiyan Commission for Space Affairs and the Satellite Detection Authority into the brand-new Nadiyan Space Agency, with renowned astrophysicist and expert Panarin Maxim at its helm alongside a council of experts composed of physics, engineers, researchers, scientists, civil representatives, and staffers to ensure that the NSA is ran efficiently and delivers on its quotas and targets.

Already, Panarin has announced the start of renovations at the Lesnov Cosmodrome with the cooperation of the SSR's local government so that it can be used as a safe launch pad for polar orbital missions. He also revealed the agency's roadmap which consists of two long-term programs those being:
-The Denitsa Program, named after the Augustan goddess of twilight and dawn, with a time frame of of 10 years from 5726 until 5736, it is composed of 8 missions that will launch satellites and test the capabilities of old Trigunian rockets so they can be modified to handle a manned mission around the orbit. Most importantly, the program will also help the NSA photograph, analyse, study, and document the various planets composing our system with the hopes of also launching missions there.

-The Satanail program, named after the god of Knowledge, enlightenment, and self discovery. The goal of this program is to built on top of the progress made by the Denista program in order to allow for a manned mission around the moon which will eventually lead to the first moon landing of a Nadiyan crew on Luna. The timeframe for this project is set to last from 12, 15, or even 18 years with a planned 10 missions.

Other programs such as the Divonaya program that to aims to launch an unmanned mission to one of the rocky planets composing the inner system known for its extremely dense atmosphere.

Either way, the NSA has set an ambitious goal for the next decade, but the real question is, will they deliver on their promises?

It has been only 23 days since the foundation of the Nadiyan Space Agency and the focus of the Nadiyan Confederation toward space exploration and scientific fields in general, yet major agreements are being ratified with Terra's most important cosmodrom and the military industrial complex.

In a special visit to the Democratic Republic of Xsampa, Panarim Maxim, director of the NSA and head of the lead researcher for the Denitsa program, met with Xsampan leadership to discuss topics such as space cooperation between Nadiya and Xsampa, the furthering of progress in the name of humanity, and the promotion of cooperation in scientific fields across Terra. Most importantly, Maxim went to Xsampa mainly to negotiate an exploitation and renovation agreement for the Nammkhizhing cosmodrom that used to be operated during the starting phases of project Terraway.

The negotiations concluded with the ratification of the Nadiya-Xsampa Space Cooperation & Research Agreement allowing for the Nadiyan Space Agency to launch test rockets and carry out experiments for the Denitsa program. Director Panarim has also stated that Satanail missions will also be launched from Xsampa for maximum efficiency and fuel preservation given how launching it from Lesnov will just make the rocket heavier due to fuel compensation since polar launches take far too long to reach the equator.

Furthermore, the Svetovit Corporation for Peace and the Nadiyan Commission for Military Administration & Modernization have announced the start of a partnership with the NSA to help them in their rocket developments, but also provide with manpower. While the cooperation between the NSA and the military-industrial complex is explicitly on scientific and humanitarian bases, the agreement also states that both the SCP and NCMAM have the right to use any developed technologies toward the Nadiyan Missile System given how Svetovit has already demonstrated their capabilities of building missiles capable of hitting targets 1000km away.

Since Alexandra Bacque election as the governor of the Nadiyan Central Bank following Evelina's resignation, she has proven herself to be the most worthy of Maximovna's legacy. She has not only been able to keep the NCB's profit margins above 4% and maintain a tight control over the Confederation's finances, she has also managed to expand the influence of the Terran Economic Forum over the state apparatus during a period where states turn to dirigism.

During the annual winter edition of the TEF, Bacque was the speaker for the conference called "Banks, Capital Flow, and the Impact of Budgets: How Can Deliver A Healthy Budget Without Falling for Debt Loops?". During the discussion, argued that the only reason Nadiya has been capable of staying debt-free and relevant economically is mainly thanks to the NCB's iron grip over the country's budget and financial decisions through the use of their constitutionally-given powers. This makes the NCB stand alone as the sole central bank authority in Terra to not only be able to hijack their country's budget and supreme financial decisions, they also elect their governors in a such way that no matter what the legislature or executive branches of power try to influence the vote, the final decision is always made on pure financial grounds.

Furthermore during this edition of the TEF, the CEO of the Nadiyan Petroleum & Natural Gas Compound, Nadcomp, Protasova Katusha headlined a conference talking about "Petroleum, Refinement, and the Undeniable Involvement of Fossil Fuels in Everyday Life" had announced that the Nadiyan state-owned has doubled its profits and consumer base. The main reason for this massive success mainly comes down to the effects of the PISS project finally being completed and enter their full exploitation stages which allowed for the corporation to quickly outpace their rivals the Lodamunese-owned Neftkomp, and the Hutoirian-owned energy companies and easily take the lead in the Confederation.

With its new refining and treatment capabilities, Nadcomp was able to massive expand their energy and export portfolio to better suite new consumers that came moving thanks to the massive reach the Yeudis have when it comes to shipping. The consumer base for Nadcomp went from being Kerisian dominated to being Dovanian dominated since the company offers competitive prices and finance plans for disadvantaged and poor countries which allows them to buy any form of Nadiyan gas and petrol that suits their local needs and capability. On top of that, the fact that Nadiya has an extremely sweet and good quality petrol that's easily consumable and refinable unlike Vascania's heavy crude sour petrol that's expensive to extract and even more costly to refine has positioned Nadiya as the preferred candidate for reliable long-term fossil fuel supplies.

In a shocking turn of events, the Indigenous Commonwealth of Haivan held a referendum to adopt communism and abolish the capitalist economic system following mass protests demanding for the launch of a peaceful revolution that would bring about the end of capitalism in the isles.

The Niruaqtulirinirmut pijunnarniq, Haivan's independent electoral agency certified the results of the referendum which saw the pro-communist faction win with a crushing majority of 73% after months of relentless campaigning opposing the Sublime Communist Union of Haivan against the Liberal Indigenous Party for Freedom with two radically opposing views concerning the future of Nadiya's indigenous republic and its status among the ever changing confederal make up.

Haivan's fall to communism can be accredited to the Sovietic Restoration for Liberation, the All-Nadiyan Communist Party's radical metzist-leonidist caucus. This can be seen in Haivan's new official name being the Sublime Republic of Labour of the Haivanese Union of Eagle Island, a direct reference to the names of the first ever communist republic led by Leonid after the Trigunian revolution.

The new communist government in Haivan didn't waste them either, they immediately joined the Nadiyan Commonwealth of Soviet Socialist Republics and began pressuring the Confederal government and especially the Presidential Council to trigger article 22-1 of the Constitution which allows them to call for an extraordinary election of a new Constitutional Convention to draft a new constitution for the country.

Wether the presidential council will cave to the pressure is yet to be seen, but the future of Nadiya and its people is surely being enlightened by a red sun rising to challenge the old order.

Ever since the transition of Haivan to communism and the tilting of the confederal balance to the side of the NCSSR, a series of popular initiative referendums have been examined by the Nadiyan Commission for Electoral Fairness and Transparency with most of those initiatives failing to pass due to a lack of signatures or extremely low turnout.

However a recent popular initiative launched by the Lesnovian Association of Communists & Sympathizers managed to not only Garner the 5 million signatures required for it to be a confederal referendum, it also fulfilled the 60% turnout recruitment alongside accomplishing a crushing victory of 82% mandating that the Presidential Council convenes an extraordinary Constitutional Convention and kickstarts the process of drafting a new constitution for the country.

After the results of the initiative were certified by the NCEFT, the presidential council examined the proposal and voted unanimously yes to the proposal after holding a meeting with the Supreme Justices of the Supreme Cooperative Court. The decision was finalized by the televized speech of current Council President Kae Young-Ja announcing the call of constitutional elections scheduled for September of this year alongside appointing the incumbent Ophelia administration to continue acting as the caretaker government until the end of the Constitutional Convention and holding of general elections.

Already, the different constitutional factions have begun their electoral campaigns with communists being neck in neck against the Matriarchists in opinion polls especially since a recent Vmeste poll with a field work of seventy thousand citizens has shown that favorablity in regards to communist ideas or the prospect of Nadiya becoming a union of Soviet republics has jumped by 7%

Elections for the Third Constitutional Convention for the Revision of the Nadiyan Constitution have concluded with results greatly favoring radical constitutional factions such as communists, matriarchists, Technocrats, and plurinationalists but will it bring significant changes or just be a nothing burger much like the one before it?

The Nadiyan Commission for Electoral Fairness and Transparency officialized the results of the at midnight, three hours after the last polling station closed in Radin. The composition of this convention nearly mirrors the one of the second convention except that moderate factions such socialists, Utopianists, liberals, and constitutional monarchists were all reduced to one seat and nearly wiped out of the entire assembly if it wasn't for them winning their respective single member districts. 

Already the assembly elected its president, Olha Yakivna Kutsenko, she's a professor at the Higher Confederal School of Political Science with a PhD in constitutional law and the prevention of chaos using civil tactics, with the backing of a broad coalition between the Communists, Matriarchists, Technocrats, and Plurinationalists. Immediately after being sworn in, Olha opened the floor to debates and set up the constitutional commissions to discuss the propositions put forward by the popular initiative that caused the calling of a third convention.

In a statement in the media, Assembly Chairwoman Olha stated that the third convention is expected to be a very short one given how the different factions have alligned beliefs that the current constitutional framework is near perfect and doesn't need changes especially concerning the flag so the main issue will be discussing if Nadiya transitions from a liberal confederation to a liberal communist confederation and if the current economic system that is state capitalism will be replaced by either a market-socialist or a decentralized planned economy.

It seems that the greatest oxymoron in the history of Nadiya is finally coming to an end as members of the All-Nadiyan Communist Party have bypassed the incumbent People's Democratic Reformation Caucus administration and launched an emergency party congress to determine a new leadership of the party.

This comes following the revolt of ANCP MPs across all three chambers of Parliament against the leadership of the party which still refused to abandon their economically liberal stance in favor of a more hardline communist position even after the recent constitutional elections which saw the orthodox faction of the ANCP make the communist constitutionalists the biggest faction alongside the Matriarchists.

On top of that, opinion polls keep reporting the increase of support toward communism and especially its hardline forms those being Metzism and Leonism. Rivals of the PDRC, namely the Sublime Workers Revolutionary Caucus and the Soviet Liberation Front took advantage of the chaos and began heavily campaigning against the reformists through inner party routes in hopes of dethroning and annihilating the reformist caucus.

Already members of the Politburo, supporters of the PDRC have taken it to social media to denounce an unconstitutional power grab that violates both the charter of the party and article 41 of the constitution which prohibits aggressive party restricting and takeovers.
"The Nadiyan people through their National representation have the right to a stable and confident leadership at the helm of confederal political, economical, social, or religious entities. Thus changing party allegations or launching a drastic change in leadership will result in the individual being forcefully removed from their political post or the party being heavily fined and sanctioned."

The preparations for the 5725 Winter Olympic, Paralympic, and Youth games are finally entering their final phase as the torch relay officially starts in Zarvospol which will coincide with the start of the games once the loop is completed.

The relay of the Olympic torch goes all the way back to ancient Selucia, where the first Olympic games started at mount Victoria, it is meant to represent the gods of terra bestowing humans with their blessing to celebrate their divine authority through sportsmanship and entertainment in order to guarantee a prosperous year. Even tho the tradition was in modern times, with the exception of the Aldegarian hosting of the games bringing back the torch relay, host nations didn't bother coordinating with their neighbors to ensure that the tradition continues.

As such, the Nadiyan Olympic Federation in coordination with the Terran Olympic Committee has announced the restoration of the torch relay for the 5725 games after talks were held with the representatives of each country currently member of the TOC to ensure that the flame barer's position as a purely neutral and sport like agency isn't violated and their safety guaranteed. Originally, the NOF had set out an ambitious path that almost crossed every continent and major country but recent developments such as the crisis in Xsampa, insecurities in Kalistan, and chaos in Majatra forced the erasure of nearly 60% of the path which saw its path reduced and redrawn multiple times.

Furthermore, Sokorot, Nadiya's independent public transportation authority has announced that public transport such as the metro, tramway, monorail, urban-rail, and bus systems will be fully free for the duration of the games alongside a further reduction to the prices of high speed rail tickets and inter city networks which are already cheap defacto free by many metrics.

The ANCP interparty civil war has finally concluded today with the organization of an open primary under the supervision of the NCEFT and its result has caused an earthquake in the communist political world.

The results of the primary were nothing short of a bizarre surprise, the Soviet Liberation Front and the Sublime Workers Revolutionary Caucus both came first with 40,5% of the votes while the People's Democratic Reformation Caucus only gathered 19% of the vote share before immediately falling into a civil war of their own as the more right-wing members of it splintered off and joined the Socialist Revolutionary Association of Nadiya while the bulk of the caucus remains fighting their more hard-left counterparts.

As soon as the results were confirmed, the SLF and SWRC agreed to form a governing coalition called the All-Nadiyan Soviet Emancipation Accords, or the Rodashyam Accords for short. The new politburo then elected Florina Vianu, leader of the SLF, as the new leader of the ANCP and head of their list for the 5725 elections. Vianu is known for her rehabilitation efforts toward the Hobrazian dictator that used to ruled the Union of Kerisian Soviet Republics alongside her staunch hatred of Xsampa and especially their economic model which she denounces as "pure betrayal of the proletariat barely concealed behind the veil of equality, freedom, and Justice.

Shortly after her election, Vianu passed a resolution through the Politburo called "Resisting The Bourgeoisie Using Popular Initiatives" which includes the adoption of populist rethoric to en large the voting base of both the ANCP and PAN as a whole but also take advantage of the current constitutional convention to make sure that Nadiya flips red with a strong communist oriented economy.
