Medinat Dpt. reformed into the Agaf as part of sweeping Yeudi Diaspora focused government reforms
February 5578

Yishelem - With Prime Minister Anna Kadiyot's fate bleak and unknown after years of being in a coma, the recent financial troubles of Tel Bira in light of several ongoing conflicts and sanctions in place in international markets and the Homeland State's general decline in geopolitics, it seems that the country's once emerging era enacted by a Tzafrir Administration in 5199 is rapidly drawing to a close with the latest reforms brought forward by a Kadiyot Administration that's far from being led by the Kadiyots, after all.

That assessment's brought to life with the recently enacted reform seeing the notoriously meddling Medinat Department transform into the Agaf; an institution heavily influenced by the Kadiyot House across the centuries will now focus on the Yeudi Diaspora's multilateral relations under the Neset.

Seemingly driven by heavy lobbying from the Yesheeva - and prominent and influential figures of Yeudi and non-Yeudi origin spearheaded by the Benowitz House of the diaspora's behemoth of a shipping industry - the Medinat Dpt.'s transformation comes packing with general and sweeping reforms across the entire board, with the introduction of functions and special areas of jurisdiction called the Nisrads (Bureaus).

Starting with Yishelem, the Nisrad of Yishelem will house both the Agaf and the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations - the latter still trying to close the case on the Prime Minister's shooting in Bei Elion International Airport.

Police receives hefty 1.25B budget for ongoing militarisation efforts; stricter border controls to be imposed
March 5578

Yishelem - Both the Department of Defence Contracts of the Ministry of Defence and the Beiteynuese Magafaim (Army) confirmed last week that the Mishtara (Police) has been working "at full speed" in recent months towards the procurement of several high-end weapons and tactical gear from Equifund manufacturers and suppliers - and personnel undergoing extensive Jelbic-directed training regiments in the Desert Bank.

All in an attempt to address the gaping holes in domestic security and border control after the blatant shooting of Prime Minister Anna Kadiyot at Bei Elion International Airport, of all places.

Although the Sohnout Hashaet is mostly to blame for failing to prevent the incident, the Mishtara was not excluded from the public backlash.

-

Starting with the Nisrad of Yishelem, the authority's headquarters in Yishelem will steadily expand its mandates to the different divisions and branches of Beiteynu's policing forces both in urban centers and across all municipalities over the course of the next decade, in a general effort to systemically increase domestic security and border control, "instead of applying short measures", Mishtara's spokesperson stated this morning.

-

An extended preemptive watchlist has also been added to the Agaf's lists of multilateral relations across the Neset, in what high-ranking government officials describe as "one of the biggest joint governmental efforts in centuries".

Reportedly, the Mishtara has started working with the Agafim and AllComm and the Allink itself, allowing police forces across the country to connect their software and databases directly with military and intelligence ones.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also confirmed that the Mishtara will directly take charge of posts related to border patrol and security in airports, harbours, train stations and highway routes (whereas so far municipalities and local police branches have managed them).

Southern and eastern border patrols outside the aforementioned points will remain the responsibility of the Beiteynuese Magafaim - although currently both the police and the army are working together to help secure and contain northeastern borders due to the situation in Pontesi.

Joint Nisrad Decision sees termination of intelligence partnerships with Kasaema; Agaf calls "duplicitous manner of conduct"
August 5578

Amshinov, North Bank - During a press release in Amshinov earlier this morning, the recently appointed Secretary of the Nisrad of Amshinov confirmed that the Beiteynuese Government would be issuing a Joint Nisrad Decision with the Nisrad of Yishelem on the termination of intelligence and counter-intelligence partnerships with Kundrati, following what seems to be extensive pressure from high-ranking government officials.

Specifically, the Head of the Agafim from Yishelem has argued in recent months that Kasaema's "general predisposition" in working with and supplying "enemies of our state and our people" (referring to Istalia, Xsampa and Zardugal) has presented "patterns of the past; patterns which continuously raise the same question for us: why does Kasaema prefer not to talk to us, but move in the shadows?".

-

Sources from the Agaf (former Medinat Dpt.) have implied that the Beiteynuese Government has known for a while that Kundratijan and Kundratijan-Yeudi defence manufacturers of the Equifund have supplied Xsampa with weapons, weapons systems and ammunition.

The Transparency Remediation Authority is also currently investigating an alleged case that the Agafim directly supplied Xsampa with Yeudicho IRBMs; a breadcrumb allegedly leading to Bannerhafen which may implicate the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations.

-

Evidently the strain of relations within the intelligence community has generated a domino effect of concerns with the Kadiyot Administration in recent years, echoed by multiple heads and deputies from other agencies; a sentiment shared by the Jelbic Empire itself, according to sources in Wiel.

The pivot towards severing intelligence ties, however, seems to have come from the Agaf, with both the Head and the Deputy Head of the agency citing the "duplicitous manner in which Kasaema conducted itself" during the whole ordeal with the Kundratjian Gem; when the Archaic Museum of Yishelem's formal request to authenticate it was vehemently denied by the National Museum of Kundrati.

YBI is reportedly still on the case on what happened with 1 of the 8 Gems and may soon reach out to Kalistani authorities.

-

To smoothen the transition, the Secretary of the Nisrad of Yishelem herself will be meeting with the Kundratijan Ambassador in Yishelem in an effort to coordinate the termination of intelligence ties, as the AllComm has already revoked security clearances for Kundratijan personnel.

Both the Agafim and the Mishtara were keen to acknowledge that "there will be no room for lingering traces of counter-intelligence in Beiteynu".

"Sus" opens its doors in Rishon Le Hofesh signalling the Jelbic Empire's continuously increasing footprint in the Neset
November 5578

Rishon Le Hofesh, West Bank - The recently appointed Secretary of the Nisrad of Hofesh cut the ribbons last week on the new headquarters for a newly created agency of the Beiteynuese Government, whimsically called "Sus", which means horse or horsepower in Yeudish - a rough translation of Jelbic admiration and historic traditions and heritage around horses.

Much like the Narik and Darnussian Hadrim's opening in 5573, the Sus represents a general change of guard in terms of commercial and trade lanes within the Neset, despite Canrillaise-Yeudi and Kalopian-Yeudi financial conglomerates still holding much of the reigns of investments in the Neset.

-

Agnostic of the overall pursuits of geopolitics, the Menayot reacted rather positively during the entire week, expressing an overall sentiment that the Khaganate, now composed of Vanuku, Jelbe, Barmenistan, Pontesi, Beiteynu and Narikaton & Darnussia, is a safe and generally stable market.

Thus, signalling further confidence across global trade hubs that West Majatra is steadily playing a Jelbic role; at least until and if the situation in Pontesi is resolved, including the wider regional conflict with Istalia and Southeast Majatra.

-

The agency will coordinate directly with the Saham in Tel Bira, just like the Hadrim in Himmelshtern; essentially setting the stage for a trilateral link between Wiel and the Nisrad of Hofesh and Bannerhafen and the Nisrad of Himmelshtern - further empowered under the auspices of the 3rd Point Federation and the ever increasing footprint of the Bannerpakt across manufacturing and defence.

Linked together with the Saham and the Nisrad of Tel Bira: the Neset's commercial heart. Evidently just in time as both the Saham and the Central Bank of Beiteynu are set to introduce the Shekel and a complex tri-currency format for trade, over the next decade.

An extended and multifaceted link between the JE, the 3PF and the Neset; further extended by the Bannerpakt, the Equifund and the Vamaj.

Sato unveils new line of coastal defence Yeudicho ASBMs together with Pontesian manufacturers
July 5579

Amshinov, North Bank - Triggered and rather expedited since the onset of the Istalian-Pontesian conflict, the research and development defence contract issued by a joint decision between the Nisrad of Yishelem and Melikvan a few years back seems to have reached its testing phase according to Sato's CEO, who unveiled a new anti-ship ballistic missile weapons system in the Equifund's expo in Himmelshtern last month.

Dubbed the "Yeudicho ASBM" in reference to the long line of Yeudicho ICBMs, IRBMs and the decoy-capable Yeudicho 8, the new technology hedges its bets on kinetic energy. The difference between cruise and ballistic missiles is that the latter may use rockets for initial propulsion, but afterwards follows an unpowered trajectory on its arch upwards and its final descend onto a target.

Albeit rendering precision strikes on moving warships a rather impossible achievement - especially outside a theatre-range distance, stationary vessels such as in the case of Istalia's recent invasion attempt of Pontesi, will have a harder time deterring Yeudicho ASBMs than cruise missiles.

-

A multi-billion joint contract issued by both Beiteynu and Pontesi will be awarded to Sato (and Black Beisa) and its Pontesian research and development partners, to install several of these weapons systems on the mountainous border between the two nations.

Operational command will fall to the Hosheh (under the Beiteynuese navy), which will coordinate directly with the Octagon in Pontesi.

(Backdated) Beiteynu declares war on Istalia; Yeudi and Hofesh Fleets move in on Pontesian coastlines to engage
May 5579

Yishelem - Following the recent naval skirmish in Pontesi, Melikvan's trigger of the Jelbic Empire's mutual defence clause earlier this month, Bannerhafen's official communique shortly after and Wiel's immediate mobilisation the next day, the Office of the Rosh HaMemshala issued the 3rd and final Azhara to Istalia yesterday afternoon; Emperor Bunjamín, serving as the interim Head of Government, declared war on Istalia this morning.

The Head of the Kohav was quick to issue an order for the Yeudi Fleet, already deployed on the northwestern shores of Pontesi, to move in and engage against Istalian forces. Several squadrons of the Beiteynuese Skyforce comprised of Kfir and Nesher jet fighters scrambled under the mass mobilisation directive given by Ugsts Mrthotrjrzajad, the Chair of the Great Council of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples.

Forces of the Beiteynuese Magafaim already deployed in northwestern Pontesi as part of the evacuation efforts will coordinate with military command in Wiel, Melikvan and the Octagon to begin a pushback of any lingering Istalian forces and help secure law and order.

-

South Ocean, Majatran Strait & Aldegarian Gulf

While the fleet's 7th, 4th and 1st Flotillas will be engaging directly, the Naval Chief of the Beiteynuese Naval Command confirmed that the 9th Flotilla comprised of 5 nuclear powered Vanguard-class submarines packing LORA short-range ballistic missiles will continue their reconnaissance and deterrence patrol missions in the South Ocean, following a security briefing issued by the AllComm citing "rogue elements from the north".

Kadima III of the Shahar Fleets including a Yeudicho IRBM packing Nekama-class cruiser will soon join the 9th Flotilla in a potential military operation geared at securing "Majatra's northern flanks", insofar as the South Ocean, Majatran Strait and Aldegarian Gulf are concerned.

Kadima IV has been mobilised to south Majatra close to Jakania and Kalopia.

-

Migrant's Pass

The Yishelhafen Fleet's 4 flotillas and 19 vessels - already deployed from the 3rd Point Base in Narikaton and Darnussia towards the eastern sea passages of the Migrant's Pass - is also now on increased alert, given an order to fire upon any military vessels not cooperating.

A general mobilisation order from Himmelshtern will also see the Hofesh Fleet moving in to assist the Yeudi Fleet in the defense of the Jelbek Peninsula and the Migrant's Pass towards Pontesi's northeastern EEZ.

When asked about the military's actionable principles in terms of its overall strategy, the Head of the Kohav stated:

Quote:This is not a time to test us.

The Yeudi Homeland will ensure the safety, security and order of the Jelbek Peninsula and the Migrant's Pass by any means necessary. We've also asked Bannerhafen to brief Haldor and we will be reaching out to our counterparts in Fort William, as well.

We've also briefed the Beiteynuese Ambassador in Eroncourt to coordinate with the Empire of Canrille, in order to avoid any pitfalls spilling over; outside the usual antics of recent headlines, we are aware that Lourenne does not seek to get enthralled in this mess.

-

Vascania

The Hofesh Fleet in the West Bank has also been mobilised, while the Zaar Fleet deployment in Kalistan has been recalled back following Vanuku's order to withdraw permanently from Port Swedes.

All 4 warships from Kalistan have been directed to the imperial base in southwest Vascania.

Kadima II remains in the region and will continue to conduct joint patrols with Lourenne.

Yishelem cuts ties with Kasaema after Kundrati's withdrawal from the Neset; Agaf to coordinate evacuation of embassy personnel
September 5581

Yishelem - Owing to Kundrati's decision to withdraw from the Neset's diplomatic framework in 5579 and after a couple of years of extended deliberations within the highest ranks of the Beiteynuese Government, the Head of the Agaf confirmed earlier this morning that the Nisrad of Yishelem has decided to cut all ties with the central Artanian nation and will proceed to the evacuation of all embassy personnel from Kasaema.

"The latest moves and overall stance of the Kundratijan Government are indecipherable", she stated; "not only have they not reached out to us, but they have chosen to side with and aid states such as Zardugal, Xsampa and Istalia".

The Agaf will also be working closely with the Saham towards helping any Yeudi People wishing to leave their permanent residence in Kundrati and return to the Yeudi Homeland. Reportedly, Ashalon Bank BEIFG is considering shutting down its headquarters and transferring billions of investments and assets to Luthori, Narikaton and Darnussia, Dorvik and Beiteynu itself.

Additional consulates from other major Kundratijan urban centers will be evacuated, as well.

-

"We can only surmise one thing out of this inexplicable behaviour: Kundrati wishes to harm us and the Yeudi People", she concluded.
