To the People of Kalopia, the People of Solentia, and the International Community, 

I speak to you today as a leader, a believer, and a sister to the people of Solentia. Over the past months, Kalopia has undertaken a mission in Solentia with the hope of bringing peace, stability, and development to a nation that has endured immense suffering. While our efforts have achieved significant milestones, I am deeply aware of the challenges we face and the concerns that have arisen. 

To the people of Solentia, I address you not only as the President of Kalopia but as a fellow believer in the Ahmadi faith. Our shared religion teaches us compassion, justice, and the duty to protect the vulnerable. It is from these principles that Kalopia has acted. We see you not as strangers but as our brothers and sisters, bound by faith and humanity. Our intervention has never been about conquest or domination; it has been about safeguarding your future and ensuring that Solentia is free from the grip of extremism and terror. 

I understand the pain and frustration that many of you feel. War brings destruction, and no intervention is without its hardships. But I want to assure you that Kalopia’s intentions have always been guided by a desire to protect and uplift the people of Solentia. The Ahmadi State and its affiliates have brought immense suffering to both our nations, and we have acted to ensure that their violence and oppression do not continue. 

The temporary administration established in Oda is not an act of occupation but a necessary step toward restoring governance and stability. It is a bridge to a future where the people of Solentia will have the opportunity to choose their own leaders and rebuild their nation on their own terms. Kalopia’s role is to support you in this journey, not to dictate it. 

To the Kingdom of Great Baeguk, I extend my deepest gratitude for your decision to stand with us in this mission. Your offer to deploy the Nuribom Unit, with its focus on peacekeeping, humanitarian aid, and specialized military support, is a testament to your commitment to global stability and the shared values of our nations. We welcome your assistance and look forward to working alongside your forces to bring relief and security to the people of Solentia. 

To the international community, I reaffirm Kalopia’s commitment to addressing the humanitarian crisis in Solentia. We have already opened our borders to 400,000 displaced Solentians, and we continue to provide aid and shelter to those in need. However, this is not a challenge that Kalopia can face alone. I call upon the global community to join us in providing humanitarian assistance and supporting efforts to rebuild Solentia. 

To the people of Kalopia, I thank you for your unwavering support and sacrifice. Our soldiers, humanitarian workers, and citizens have shown extraordinary courage and compassion in the face of adversity. We mourn the lives lost and honor the sacrifices made in the pursuit of peace and justice.

Naval Deployment to Combat Drug Trafficking

In a dramatic turn of events, Solentian factions that were once bitter enemies have come together to form the Ahmadi Union, a coalition aimed at opposing the continued presence of Kalopian forces in Solentia. The alliance includes former President Gedi Khan, Hezb-e Ahmadi, and fighters from Mutahad Kargar Gond (MKG), who have joined forces with their former adversaries in Jaish-e Ahmadi. This newfound unity has allowed Jaish-e Ahmadi to redeploy fighters northward, intensifying attacks on Kalopian patrol bases. 

While Kalopian forces have managed to repel many of these attacks with airstrikes, the situation on the ground has become increasingly tense. Suicide bombings by Ahmadi State have further strained Kalopian troops, who are also struggling to win the support of local populations in occupied areas. 

SDS Responds to Ahmadi Union Formation 

The Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS), the civilian body overseeing Kalopia’s intervention, has issued a strong response to the formation of the Ahmadi Union. In a statement, the SDS criticized the paradox of former warring factions uniting against Kalopia, which intervened to end the civil war. 

"It is deeply ironic that the very factions who initiated this devastating civil war for power among themselves have now united against Kalopia, a nation that came to stop the bloodshed and restore stability," the SDS declared. 

The SDS emphasized that Kalopia’s mission is not one of occupation but of peacekeeping and stabilization. The statement added that if the factions are now capable of forming a democratic government, Kalopia would fully withdraw its forces within four months of the government’s establishment. 

However, the SDS warned that any attacks on Kalopian peacekeepers would be met with the full force of Kalopia’s military, including airstrikes and artillery bombardments.

The SDS also announced plans to deploy warships to Solentian ports to combat the trafficking of drugs, which it claims is a major source of funding for Ahmadi State terrorists. The move is part of a broader strategy to cut off financial resources that fuel extremist activities in the region. 

"The trafficking of narcotics through Solentian ports is a lifeline for terrorist groups like Ahmadi State. Kalopia will take decisive action to disrupt these operations and ensure that no such funding reaches those who seek to destabilize the region," the SDS stated.

Over the past month, Kalopian forces have intensified their operations in Solentia, delivering significant blows to the Ahmadi Union and its affiliated groups. Through a combination of naval interdictions and precision military strikes, Kalopia has disrupted key funding and supply networks, leaving insurgents struggling to maintain their operations. 

Naval Blockade Chokes Terrorist Funding 

The Kalopian Navy has successfully executed a series of high-profile operations targeting drug trafficking networks that fund Ahmadi State and other insurgent groups. 

- September 15: A major drug shipment was intercepted near the port of Caodo, with Kalopian forces seizing over 15 tons of narcotics. The SDS hailed the operation as a critical victory, stating that the blockade is "crippling the financial lifelines of terrorist organizations." 
- September 30: A Kalopian submarine intercepted a cargo vessel attempting to smuggle weapons and drugs out of Frithern. The operation uncovered a cache of small arms, explosives, and 8 tons of narcotics, further disrupting the insurgents’ ability to fund and arm their operations. 
- October 9: Using advanced surveillance drones and patrol boats, Kalopian forces intercepted a fleet of small boats smuggling drugs out of Slandsce under the cover of night. The seizure brought the total amount of narcotics confiscated since the blockade began to over 50 tons, a devastating blow to the terrorists’ financial networks. 

The Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS) has described the naval blockade as a "game-changer," with intelligence reports indicating that the Ahmadi State and its affiliates are facing severe logistical and financial challenges. 

Air and Artillery Strikes Target Ahmadi Union Strongholds 

Kalopian ground and air forces have also ramped up their offensive against Ahmadi Union positions near key cities, dealing heavy blows to the insurgents. 

- September 23: A coordinated air and artillery assault targeted Ahmadi Union positions near Oda, destroying supply depots, command centers, and troop concentrations. The SDS reported significant casualties among the insurgents and a weakening of their ability to launch attacks in the region. 
- October 5: A massive airstrike and artillery bombardment struck insurgent fortifications near Guanon, destroying multiple strongholds and cutting off supply routes. Kalopian officials described the operation as a decisive blow to the Ahmadi Union’s operations, though pockets of resistance remain in rural areas. 

Terrorists on the Defensive 

The combined effect of the naval blockade and military strikes has left the Ahmadi Union and its affiliates reeling. According to Kalopian intelligence, the insurgents are struggling to regroup as their financial resources dwindle and their supply lines are severed. 

The SDS has reiterated its commitment to stabilizing Solentia and eliminating extremist threats. Despite the growing challenges, Kalopia has received steadfast support from the Kingdom of Great Baeguk (KGB). In an official communication dated November 15, 5593, Baeguk reaffirmed its commitment to the coalition, expressing hope for peace and the eradication of extremism. 

The letter, addressed to Kalopian Foreign Minister Ilir Bajrami, announced the deployment of 450 personnel under the Nuribom Unit, which will operate within the command structure of the Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS). The unit includes 360 infantry soldiers from the Fifth Battalion, 2nd Hwarang Brigade, Dragon-Tiger Infantry Division, and 90 medical personnel from the Royal Army of Bae Operational Force Medical Corps (RABOF MC). 

The Nuribom Unit is equipped with advanced weaponry and vehicles, including the K2C1 Assault Rifle, K14 Sniper Rifle, and K151 Ruido Light Utility Vehicle, and is organized into specialized companies for counter-terrorism, intelligence, artillery, and logistics. Baeguk’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Buyeo Sarang, emphasized the dual military and civilian capabilities of the unit, particularly the medical personnel, who are trained to address both combat and humanitarian needs. 

His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Hwamu, expressed hope that the coalition’s unity would bring peace to the region. Colonel Adolfo Pere Saegal has been appointed as Baeguk’s representative to the SDS to ensure effective coordination.

In December 5593, General Gerrard Stedman, Commander of the Lodamese Armed Forces’ Majatran Command (MAJCOM), and Director of National Assessments William Pittman met with Kalopian officials in Helios to reaffirm Lodamun’s support. The meeting addressed the deteriorating situation, including the unification of Solentian factions into the Ahmadi Union, which has stalled Kalopia’s expansion. 

General Stedman emphasized Lodamun’s shared interest in combating extremism and proposed establishing clear lines of communication between the two nations. Lodamun has also expanded King Bassam Naval Air Base to host a forward operations base for MAJCOM and deployed aircraft to Kafuristan for permanent basing. 

At a press conference, Stedman and Pittman acknowledged the challenges facing Kalopia but ruled out a direct Lodamese intervention. Instead, they suggested broad airstrikes against ASIM targets as a potential course of action.

As President of the Republic of Kalopia, I address you today to reaffirm our nation’s unwavering commitment to peace, stability, and the protection of innocent lives in Solentia. Despite the challenges and criticisms we have faced, Kalopia remains resolute in its mission to end the suffering caused by the Solentian civil war and to prevent the rise of extremism that threatens not only Solentia but the entire Majatran continent. 

Clarifying Kalopia’s Mission in Solentia 

The Kalopian intervention in Solentia was launched with two primary objectives. First, to end the devastating civil war that had torn Solentia apart and claimed countless lives. Second, to prevent the establishment of Ahmadi State (ASIM), a terrorist entity that poses a direct and existential threat to Kalopia, the Majatran region, and the international community. 

Ahmadi State is not only a threat to regional stability but also a key player in the international drug trade, which funds their extremist activities. Allowing such an entity to take root in Solentia would have endangered the lives of Kalopians and fueled global instability. Our intervention was, and remains, a necessary step to protect our people and prevent the spread of terror. 

Addressing Misconceptions About Airstrikes 

I must also address the false claims regarding civilian casualties caused by Kalopian airstrikes in Solentia. These allegations are unverified by neutral organizations and are being used as propaganda by those who seek to undermine our mission. 

Kalopian airstrikes have been strategic and precise, targeting only the terrorist forces of Jaysh Ahmadi and Ahmadi State. At no point have Kalopian forces deliberately targeted civilians. Our military operations are conducted with the utmost care to minimize harm to innocent lives, and any claims to the contrary are baseless and misleading. 

Deployment of Great Baeguk Forces 

I am pleased to announce the deployment of 450 soldiers from the Kingdom of Great Baeguk, under the esteemed Nuribom Unit (누리봄部隊), to the Guanon district in Solentia. This unit, composed of highly trained infantry and medical personnel, will operate under the command structure of the Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS). Their expertise in counter-terrorism, logistics, and humanitarian support will greatly enhance our coalition’s efforts to stabilize the region and protect the lives of innocent civilians. 

On behalf of the Republic of Kalopia, I extend my deepest gratitude to His Imperial Majesty Emperor Hwamu, the government of Great Baeguk, and the brave men and women of the Nuribom Unit for their unwavering commitment to this mission. 

Humanitarian Support from Lodamun 

In these trying times, the humanitarian crisis in Solentia remains a grave concern. Millions of Solentians face the threat of famine, and it is our moral obligation to ensure that their suffering is alleviated. I am profoundly grateful to the Commonwealth of Lodamun for their generous humanitarian support. 

Starting today, Lodamun will begin distributing humanitarian aid to Solentia by air. This critical assistance will provide much-needed relief to those affected by the ongoing conflict and blockade. I thank President Haney and the people of Lodamun for their compassion and solidarity in addressing this urgent crisis. 

Acknowledgment of Military Support 

I also wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Kingdom of Great Baeguk and the Pontesiatsi Hamazanduyun Vetsi for their steadfast military support. Their contributions to our coalition have been invaluable in countering the extremist threat posed by ASIM (Ahmadi State in Majatra) and stabilizing the region.
