Dorvik ascends to JAMS, works with Hobrazia to stop foreign presence in Artania.

Haldor, Greater Kordusia - News broke that the Dorvish Foreign Minister had been summoned, alongside the State Chancellor, to the Eastern Palace in Haldor. The Eastern Palace, the residence of the King and Kaiser, was occupied when the His Majestic Highness was in Haldor or being utilized by members of the royal family. Images provided by the Unified Press through Dorvish news outlets spotted the Foreign Minister, dressed in a blue quarter zip and khakis alongside the suited State Chancellor displayed the haste of the meeting in the early morning hours. The meeting, which lasted approximately an hour, prompted a significant shift in Dorvish foreign policy. Foreign Minister Andrej Weschler announced that the Dorvish had agreed to ratify the Joint Artanian-Majatran Security Agreement, commonly called JAMS. The sudden shift is despite the recent tension with Beiteynu over their potential presence in Hobrazia and the fallout with Beiteynu's ally, Narikaton and Darnussia. When questioned about the meeting, the Foreign Minister noted that he had a productive meeting with the King and Kaiser and noted that they were exploring other options to prevent foreign military presence on Artania, including the remaining issue of Lodamun operating from Luthorian soil. "We'll address those issues at a later date, we're going to work towards resolving some immediate issues right now and that is ratifying JAMS and coordinating with our partners in the MSCO and Artania."

The Foreign Minister also shared that he had a call with the Hobrazian Foreign Minister, Eli Nikoladze, and they had agreed that Beiteynu's presence on Artania complicated the situation further and that Hobrazia would agree to pause the allowance of Beiteynu presence in Hobrazia to avoid that. "Hobrazia has remained a steadfast supporter of Artanian sovereignty and Artanianism. We're proud to call them brothers and sisters. I'm also happy to announce that the Hobrazian Foreign Minister and I agreed to another state visit to discuss deeper cooperation. We're eager to continue this relationship together."

Dorvish Trade Commission launches investment into Mordusian railway program.

Dorvish Trade Commissioner Achim von Wädenssteig-Schwarzburg-Stralbrück announced that the Dorvish government was launching a major investment into the Mordusian railway program, largely focusing on the development of the Trans-Seleyan Railway. The Dorvish have historically been proponents of "hard infrastructure" which includes railways, roadways and other methods typically associated with transportation of goods and people; this is alongside other component such as electronic infrastructure, communications and the like. The Dorvish Trade Commissioner for Seleya, Kristina Heider, was also present following the opening of investments into the TSR. "We're eager to invest in these infrastructure projects, ultimately the goal of connecting people is beneficial to all." The amount was not provided in the press release and is likely going to be drawn from the Foreign Capital Fund which is managed by the Foreign Economic Council, the primary component of the Dorvish Trade Commission which is responsible for the management of foreign investments of the government of Dorvik. While the Dorvish Trade Commission largely focuses on sovereign wealth, they often bring with them a variety of private investments as well. Representatives from a dozen Dorvish-based corporations were also present, notably the Dorvish Development Bank and representatives from the State Commercial Bank and Artanian Bank, all seeking investments into the Mordusian railways program.

NordOl and Kanjorian government agree to new oil deal.

Dorvish and Kanjorian officials met to solidify a trade deal that would send approximately 100m barrels per year, a major export deal for the Kingdom as it seeks to regain its economic dominance in the northern energy game. According to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Nations (OPEN), Dorvik is listed as a "Tier II" producer, as most of its wealth comes from the White Ocean that is claimed as Dorvik's exclusive economic zone (EEZ), and has been dominated by the Dorvish Natural Resources Technical Management Corporation for centuries. Northern Oil's (Dundorfian: NordOl) representatives announced the opening of an office in Kanjor and the news prompted an uptick in the Dorvish Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Wasse Mercantile Exchange (WSE). According to NordOl, the Dorvish produce approximately 2m barrels per day, fluctuating due to demand, leading amongst the Tier II producers according to data from OPEN. Kafuristan, the leading producer as of December, 5561, produces approximately 11.7m barrels per day as it seeks to develop its oil and natural gas infrastructure in the wake of the restoration of the Majalite Kingdom. Dorvik has ramped up production as the situation in its northeastern counter-parts remains dire, and should the Dorvish go full tilt with production, they can produce approximately 2.9m to 3m barrels per day at maximum capacity, but according to the NTVS that would be "unsustainable" for significant periods of time.

The deal also sheds new light on continued relations between Dorvik and Kanjor. The Dorvish have sought continued investment into "hard infrastructure" in Kanjor, approximately $1b LOD worth of investments have flooded into "hard infrastructure" projects throughout Kanjor, mostly in the transportation infrastructure sector and with the news of the oil deal, the Dorvish will seke to bolster investment into port terminals and infrastructure related to oil transportation. The Dorvish will look to expand to include LNG (liquid natural gas) in future trade deals with Kanjor.

Dorvik and Ikradon agree to naval arms deal, seek to shore up defense cooperation.

Chief of the Foreign Defense Office of the Supreme General Staff, Major General Mike Uebelhoer confirmed that Dorvish Defense Export had approved the sale of several naval vessels to Ikradon in a major arms deal, the first for the Dorvish in recent memory. The deal, which includes 1 frigate, 2 corvettes, and 6 fast attack craft/patrol boats was a first for Dorvik, which has generally focused heavily on air and land based systems but in the past has occasionally sold naval systems. The deal, worth approximately several billion LOD, will be paid over several years and the Dorvish will provide additional supply, maintenance and training to the Ikradonian Navy in order for them to become familiar with the vessels, the training will be handled by the Supreme General Staff and the Dorvish Navy.

The deal includes the sale of a Artanian Defense Group International Multipurpose Frigate, which will be designed as the "Ikradon-class Frigate" for purposes of sale and will be a general purpose frigate. 2 Haldor-class Corvettes and 6 Gepard-class fast attack craft, which fill a missile boat and patrol boat role according to their respective producers. The deal is expected to take 5 to 7 years to produce the vessels, test them via sea trials and then deploy them and train their crews according to officials from the Foreign Defense Office. General Uebelhoer stated that the deal was a major step in the right direction for the security and defense of the people of Ikradon and the wider security of the Artanian continent as a whole.

Haldor, Greater Kordusia - Dorvish State Chancellor Ardaric von Rohr-Mauss and the Foreign Minister Andrej Weschler welcomed the Lourennais Royal Minister of International Affairs, Rosaline Arnault, to Haldor on a crisp September morning this year following centuries of icy relations between to the two governments. The State Chancellor, who had met with His Majestic Highness, the King and Kaiser, earlier that morning, welcomed the Lourennais delegation and joked that "...nature was healing..." to a gaggle of the Unified Press that had been covering the meeting. The details of the meeting, while limited, focused on the restarting of more fundamental trade and increasing diplomatic engagements. The two nations were previously inseparable and had belonged to a long series of political alliances such as the Northern Council and its various iterations before a rather sudden break due to shifting geopolitical situations. It was not long after that the Dorvish shifted their focus away from international politics to focus on a varied of domestic situations at home. The Dorvish and Lourennais government, which is the dominant leader of the Canrillaise Empire, maintained diplomatic relations but limited their engagement and icy relations. Officials from across the political and economic spectrum met with the Lourennais delegation and several meetings were incredibly productive with Dorvish "hard infrastructure" corporations seeking to expand investment into Lourenne and Dovani as a whole, but also normalize trading and financial relations with the so-called "Titan of the East".

The Foreign Minister, while optimistic, said that this was the start of a long-road to recovery of truly normal relations between the two nations and that the focus on trade and economic cooperation was paramount to future success. "We intend to take a state visit to Eroncourt in the future and we're eager to get to work normalizing relations once again. Lourenne was once a stable partner for Dorvik and while the past is truly never re-created, we can certainly re-envision a future for ourselves."

Dorvish and Lodamese defense industries agree to military-technical cooperation.

Officials from Dorvische Werft, FärberKiesel AG and Lievlandseewerke met with officers from the Supreme General Staff's Foreign Defense Office and the Military Technical Department in Haldor to discuss joint military technical cooperation with Lodamese corporations. The Lodamun representatives and officials were from Cowgill-Masterson Maritime Engineering and Dodson Shipyards, producers of several vessels within the Lodamese Navy that the Dorvish are eyeing to produce domestically. The meet focused on two primary vessels: the St. Christopher-class amphibious assault ship and the Portswood-class amphibious transport dock. According to source close to the Supreme General Staff and the Dorvish Navy, the Dorvish have an increased need for enhanced amphibious assault capabilities and have sought to expand the capabilities of their naval infantry and marine forces, collectively known as the Seebattalionen. The Dorvish, already long considered the pioneers of airborne assaults, both through helicopter-based assaults and parachute-based assaults, have sought to add another strength to their impressive arsenal that is the Dorvish Armed Forces. The series of meetings, which last approximately 5 days, and covered a number of both legal and financial topics, ultimately resulted in an agreement in which the Dorvish defense industry's shipbuilding corporations would produce the vessels underneath a consortium with Lodamese assistance and Lodamun would receive a portion of any purchase for the licensing agreement. It is unknown what the vessels will be named, it is speculated that the St. Christopher-class will be known as the Dorvik-class and the Portswood-class will be known as the Vilnau-class, but that remains to be seen and will be determined by the Military Technical Department of the OGS.

Dorvik sends condolences to late Hutorian Queen, seeks to re-develop ties with northern neighbor.

Dorvish Foreign Minister Andrej Weschler sent his condolences to the passing of the Hutorian monarch, Queen Victoria II, and welcomed the coronation of the new King of Hutori, Richard II. Teh Foreign Minister welcomed the restoration of the government in Bekenial and mused that the restored government and Dorvik would be cooperating in the near future, especially with the new Prime Minister Erich von Mausen. "We look forward to a new era of cooperation with Hutori and we have already begun the process of a full diplomatic restoration. We have several major issues and programs to discuss together." The Foreign Minister announced that they had begun an internal search for a new ambassador to Hutori following the announcement that the previous ambassador would be resigning due to age and a desire to spend more time with his family and grandchildren. Vaidevutis Krausser, a member of the Miktar Provincial Diet, is a frontrunner especially as he has ties to Hutori, having dual citizenship and having a Hutorian wife. Krausser, an ethnic Lorman, is also a noted Professor of Makon Studies, specializing in Hutorian history at the University of Miktar (Königheim) and has served in an advisory role to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Makon Department.

VDKV's PLC and associated party surge in polls, Pan-Dundorfianism and Kaiserism on the rise.

Ahead of the August, 5573 elections, the Volksdundorfische Cultural Association's Political Leadership Corps (PLC), lead by Reichsleiter of the PLC, Casper Heitmeyer has surged in popularity in the polls. The Dorvish branch of the VDKV has always remained a force in Dorvish politics, perhaps not always competing in elections but offering support and backing to candidates that support the often monarchist, conservative political spectrum in Dorvik. In recent years, especially with the revival of the true Dorvish monarchy and the Black Eagle Alliance, the Dorvish branch of the VDKV has begun to espouse more Pan-Dundorfianism and National Monarchism, called Kaiserism. The VDKV's PLC is a constituent organization of the Black Eagle Alliance and shares a place with the PLC dominated Dorvish Workers' Party, a revival of a once active political party that defined itself as purely Pan-Dundorfian and National Monarchist. Those members of the PLC not within the Dorvish Workers' Party consider themselves as "independent" candidates within the spectrum of State Council elections. The largest number of candidates have declared in major cities throughout Dorvik, including Haldor, Vilnau, Frostenwald, Koingheim, Vinisk, Küssingen where support for the VDKV and the DAP remains moderate to high compared with rural districts in Dorvik where support for them remains high and the institution of the King and Kaiser is viewed more favorably.

The topic of Pan-Dundorfianism has become more prominent in recent years as the Dorvish have sought to align themselves with fellow Dundorfian or Volksdundorfian nations such as Dundorf, Ikradon, Narikaton and Darnussia and a few others across the globe. Officials from the Dorvish Foreign Office have confirmed continued work on a "Pan-Dundorfian League" as a supranational organization for those majority Dundorfian sub-ethnicities.
