BREAKING: Crown Street and Health Office confirms FSA’s director Poll’s sacking. Emperor and Empress in Northminster to visit hospitalized patients.

Following the fifth death due to the severe food poisoning cases that have been reported by the Independent Observer on Friday night, this time, a child of nine died due to complications related to that same poisoning, caused by the infamous E.coli bacteria, after coordinating reports that further case of contamination by that said bacteria have been reported in Northriding, with the local health authorities stating that 84 people with symptoms descended from E.coli have been admitted in hospitals ever since the outbreak, with 10 of them being under life support as, according to doctors, they are currently between “life and death”.

The National Police Department in Northriding have announced, under order from the federal government in Fort William, having placed a security perimeter over the factory in Heffenshire, before allowing FSA food inspectors to inspect the area. This statement was quickly backed by the Northriding government’s own statement on that matter.

It has been recently announced that Prime Minister Brooke relieved Mr. Poll from his responsibilities as FSA director and his deputy chair, Mrs. Pat Taylor will be taking his place in an interim basis at least until November, where a new director would have been appointed to the post. Health Secretary Peter Duffin confirmed this news, stating that he “had personally contacted the FSA’s office to inform them of the decision of the cabinet about Mr. Poll’s future”. 

Widely criticised for not having taken seriously the crisis and having repeatedly made statements defending the FSA’s prior decisions related to the investigations carried out in Heffenshire, Mr. Poll had become an easy target for protestors, who demonstrated their unhappiness over the government’s blunder near the FSA’s main building in Blackhall, Fort William. Prime Minister Brooke and Health Secretary Duffin have been targeted by protestors for “allowing” such individuals to remain in place, with some even calling for the Prime Minister’s resignation. According to the Metropolitan Police, 1.492 people demonstrated in Fort William asking for justice and for the resignation of Mr. Poll as FSA chairman.

Mr. Poll’s status as an easy bogeyman seems to have been enough to push him towards an undignified exit, as the government seems to wish to point the failures of an organisation towards one individual. Of course, the Opposition in Parliament demands a much-needed overhaul over the FSA’s standards - and demands that an independent investigation be instigated, with fingers all being pointed out at the FeelGood company, which refused any of our interview offers and declined to make a statement on the situation.

Meanwhile, Emperor Richard II and Empress Valeria have just been received by Northriding minister-president Brown to visit numerous victims at their hospital beds in Northminster. The monarch’s visit is overshadowed by the fact that both the Prime Minister and Health Secretary have rejected calls for a quick visit - for the time being, according to 10 Crown Street.

Parliament concludes debates on Consumer Protection Act as new FSA chair appointed by Health Secretary.

The government’s Consumer Protection Bill, proposed following the immediate aftermath of the Northriding public health crisis, has been pushed towards debate in the Chamber of Representatives after an expeditive debate within the Health & Social Care Committee. The bill, introduced by Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Consumer Representation, Mr. Bradley Cooper, was quickly supported by basically all of the Chamber of Representatives’ different political groups, as the public health fiasco placed all political groups under intensified media and public scrutiny for their actions. 

Mr. Cooper stated that he hoped that the bill would be passed in “over 2 weeks from now”, after the formal third reading debate period in Parliament. The bill’s debate was remarkably empty, as MPs mostly decided to “opt-out” of the proceedings and remain either in committees debating other pieces of legislation or remaining in their constituencies. According to political editorialist for the Guardian, Tim Reeves, it seemed like the Commons were emptied from their lousy MPs and tremendous debating when a bill with no political bonuses is debated. Not even Prime Minister Brooke or Leader of the Opposition Howe (former Prime Minister and acting leader of the Labour Party) attended the proceedings, leaving Mr. Cooper and some MPs to debate an issue directly impacting Luthorian lives in the greatest indifference.

While this is deheartening, the debate was nonetheless interesting without having MPs shouting at each other without offering meaningful solutions to our nations’ future, and actually engaged in meaningful scrutiny over the bill’s contents, challenging the government’s view on certain questions related to the aforementioned bill and so on. According to the shadow health secretary, Mrs. Taylor Bonney, the debate with the government’s representative was “useful and meaningful in securing the food eaten by Luthorians every day”.

The Health Office meanwhile announced the appointment of a new director for the Food Safety Agency, at the center of controversy after an independent inquiry found that the FSA agents were “purposefully” looking the other way when conducting investigations in the factory, usually a team of 2, they were only touring the most “reasonable” parts of the factory. This scandal further discredited the FSA, which was already under fire after the sacking of its previous director - now families of the dead and protestors are now directly accusing the FSA and the FeelGood corporation of “purposefully” poisoning their loved ones. A FeelGood’s spokesperson stated that the company would “cooperate wholeheartedly with the investigation” upon its business and production operation, stating that the Heffenshire factory was an “unique case” of “critical fault” on their part. For the FSA, Health Sec. Duffin appointed a former professor at the Imperial Academy and specialist on food production and former doctor, Dr. Irse Khan as the new FSA chair.

Her appointment was welcomed by the association as a step in the right direction, as Dr. Khan promised to work with the administration to “reform” and “clean up” the agency to make it “more efficient and diligent in its work”. The right-wing coalition’s government’s relatively quick response to the crisis seems to be streaming from a wish from cabinet members to sweep this whole ordeal under the rug and conduct “business as usual” again. Something impossible as an association aimed at helping survivors have just recently announced having filed a lawsuit against both the Luthorian federal government and the FeelGood corporation for “dramatically failing to appropriately conduct and apply national health standards leading to the death of 7 people”, the lawsuit say that the government had conducted “involuntary manslaughter” through its negligence and is requiring government compensation for victims.

Mail threats towards some imperial family members 3 years ahead of Emperor’s Golden Jubilee; Domestic Intelligence Agency on the inquiry.

As Emperor Richard’s Golden Jubilee approaches, the Empire seems ready to embark upon new joyful celebrations as Luthorians celebrate the ascension of Richard II as Emperor in October 5627. The celebrations, which are going to happen through the year of 5677, are expected to be “grandiose”, with the Orange Palace already having hinted at the presence of numerous foreign dignitaries to the Jubilee’s numerous events. While the imperial family prepares to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its patriarch’s reign and his 73rd birthday, some members of the imperial family haven't been able to sleep well in recent nights. The Orange Palace confirmed that some members of the Luthorian imperial family, who remained anonymous as of now, have been targeted by a “shameful” and “vile” campaign from “malevolent individuals”, according to the official statement from the Palace, furthermore the imperial family have announced that the Fort William Metropolitan Police Department has been “investigating” the affair at the request of Emperor Richard II.

This declaration was confirmed by a recent statement of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Commissioner, Sir Peter Durbin, which lambasted the action taken against the imperial family, calling it “shameful”, “unreasonable” and “malicious”, the Metropolitan Police’s statement explained that some members of the Emperor’s family had received death threats from an unknown and underground organisation called the “RCYL”, according to the preliminary reports made by the Fort William Police, the militant group had targeted numerous individuals, such as the Emperor, Richard II, the Empress, Valeria, the Prince of Orange, William, the Princess of Orange, Victoria, the Grand Duke of Northriding and Duke of Armstead, Peter (the Emperor’s brother) and the Grand Duchess of Erneshire and Princess Royal, Margaret (the Emperor’s sister). These individuals, all are in the line of succession to the Luthorian and Mordusian thrones, and according to the Metropolitan Police, these threats may be the premises to a wider conspiracy to “clear out” most senior imperial family members.

“...It shouldn't be excluded that the possibility of a plot to disrupt the Imperial and Royal thrones’ line of succession be the wider aim of these individuals…”, said Deputy Commissioner for the Metropolis, Dame Rita Bowles on LBC yesterday.

The Emperor and Empress’ private secretary has stated that Their Majesties remained “optimistic” that the police and competent authorities would grant “sufficient” necessary protections to their family members before the 5677 Jubilee. Their Majesties, have, furthermore, added their “profound sadness” that an event such as the 50th anniversary of Richard II’s ascension be used as a “platform for criminals to increase either their malevolent reputation or threaten the lives of innocents”, nevertheless, the Emperor and Empress remain confident in the ability of the police and judicial system and remain equally confident that the Jubilee would be an event “filled with joyful celebrations” throughout the nation. The Prince of Orange has, during a visit to a rebuilt Stonefire church in Erneshire, jokingly remarked that he “didn’t necessarily want to see a joyful celebration where all Luthorians gets an excuse for a bank holiday be transformed into a massacre where Luthorians have also an excuse for a bank holiday, although, a far more tragic one”.

Prime Minister Joseph Brooke and Home Secretary Parker-Stanford both condemned the actions undertaken by the “RCYL”, alongside former Prime Ministers Miles and Howe on their respective social media accounts. Former PM Miles posted a picture of herself and Emperor Richard II during one of their weekly meetings at one of the imperial residences (mostly the Orange Palace and Rottingham Palace), stating that “While we might have differences on the necessity of having a monarchy in our nation, we must all remember that for a democratic society to thrive, death threats are never been a solution and will never be one. I stand by the imperial family through this difficult moment and will always stand by the rule of law and our democratic system of government where violence has no place.” According to the Metropolitan Police, the Orange Palace and the Government are currently looking into ways to increase security granted to the members of the imperial family for “the time being..”, and according to Deputy Commissioner Bowles, at least until the threats to the lives of senior members of the imperial family was “totally cleared”.

Emperor Richard II’s private secretary refused to comment on potential increased security detail, as the monarch is known for disliking these security protocols and having actively weakened the Palace’s security apparatus during visits and events, in a bid to be seen as “closer to the population” rather than being seen as “closed off” and heavily guarded. Empress Valeria herself referred to the Orange Palace’ extensive security apparatus as being “choking”. 

Emperor Richard and Empress Valeria's own popularity remains high, as their 5673 visit in Northriding continued to increase the favourable public opinion over themselves and the Monarchy as a whole. Currently, polling suggest that 89% of Luthorians support the current system of constitutional monarchy, with merely 5% opposing the system. The Emperor-King's support for increased Second Kundrati War veterans' funding in pensions have also contributed to that popularity. The imperial family having been financing the construction of the "Stonebird War Memorial" in the Stonebird Valley, Grand Duchy of Erneshire, whose completion is stated to be in 5679.

Education Sec. Announces New Classes in Luthorian Schools by End of Summer Holidays.

Luthorian Education Secretary Justin Carter, who replaces Elizabeth Sullivan as Education Secretary after the most recent Cabinet reshuffle announced that new classes would be created and introduced into the curriculum for the beginning of the 5675-5676 scholar year beginning on the 3rd of September. According to the Ministry of Education, these new classes, focused around the formation of students to become citizens when they turn 18 will help students to "understand more about the world and their country as well", by encouraging students to discover about the functionment of democracy, how Luthorian democracy is build upon and classes sensibilizing about democratic governance and risks upon liberal democracies such as Luthori. According to the Education Secretary, this new class will "help" foster new citizens with the necessary education to allow our democracy to thrive.

Citing concerns that education standards weren't "up to the highest standards upheld by His Majesty's Government" and that democratic education wasn't properly enacted by Luthorian schools, who were encouraged by the central government to organise these classes on a regular basis for students between 6th and 11th grades, but mandatory forced to engage in such process, the Office of the Secretary of State for Education announced that shift in policy, according to a minister working alongside the Prime Minister's Office, it was a joint decision made by both the Secretary of State for Education and Prime Minister Brooke, the latter having approved the minister's pleas for action to be taken by the Luthorian central government on that matter.

The devolved education administrations in all provinces have been notified of this change of policy, with ducal government tasked with the organisation of this new operation. All devolved government announced support for the government's decision, notifying Fort William that the classes would be organised by September. According to reports, the new classes on "civic education" enters into the wider philosophy of "civic conservatism", through these classes, of about 1 or 2 hour during the week, the government aims to tackle one key issues with our democracy, the potential risk for an "idiocracy", one where the population isn't educated enough on politics to actively take part in the democratic process, or risk destabilisation that would harm the overall democratic system of governance.

90% of Luthorians stated that they were "agreeing" with the government's decision, although some worry about the cost of the operation, its effectiveness in tackling this issue and the additional stress and pressure being imposed on students due to the long class hours, that have been just been increased with this reform. The Ministry states that these issues have been "previously studied" to "offer students the most manageable balance between school and outer life and avoid student crashouts caused by the duration of days.

Tories now talk about "consolidation of government" theory - here's how it's dangerous for our democracy.

The "Consolidation of Government" theory, once stated by far-right and conservative political analyst to the Weekly Telegraph, Brian Robinson stated that the Luthorian political system should be "consolidated" under the two major political parties, ending the current so-called "bloc" system that dominates Luthorian politics, replacing with a de-facto two party system where most minor political formations would be "absorbed" into either the Conservative and Nationalist Party or the National Labour Party. This theory states that the "consolidation" of the Luthorian political system around the two political formations would grant stability to the Luthorian parliamentary system, by allowing political parties to win an outright absolute majority in the Chamber of Representatives, allowing to form a government on their own, without requiring much negotiations on the government official program, as it would be likely that the parties entering government - alone, would govern as they saw fit.

Now, due to the current system being criticised on conservative circles, some conservatives have begun endorsing the view of the need of a "government consolidation", Tory high-ranking politicians such as Margaret Harper (Leader of the ISC [Identity Study Committee]) or Martin Shepeard (Leader of the Constitutionalist Conservative Group (CCG)) have openly stated that they believed that the "future of the Luthorian political system would be through a consolidation of political ideologies within one party", stating that in their view (M. Harper) that "conservatism has only one home available and that is the Tory Party". While these views have merely been addressed by some members of the Tory Party, the fact that these members are considered as higher-ups in the party's hierarchy is worrying at best. The Tories are now, in short term, saying that political pluralism, guaranteed through the existance of minor political formations, should be dismantled in favour of a generic two-party system.

Prime Minister Brooke hasn't publicly acknowledged the statements, but according to private informations, the PM didn't endorse these views out of fear of backlash from his coalition partners in the Moderates and the Hosian Democrats. Both parties have complained to the Prime Minister about the controversial statement from some of his party members. According to concording reports, the Liberal party leader warned the Prime Minister about "unforseen consequences" if Conservative leaders "didn't change their hostile tone", hinting at a potential resignation from the Cabinet if the Tories doubled down on the endorsement of some of their leaders of this dangerous theory. To ease tensions and reassure every one in his coalition, the Prime Minister instructed the Chairman of the Conservative Party, Sir Bill Kayes to instruct members to lay low about the "concentration theory" or to instruct statements to repudiate these views. 

There is little doubt that the Conservative and Nationalist Party is trying to strengthen its position with the political chessboard of the Luthorian Empire, but by doing so, is endorsing the view that poltitical pluralism, represented through the different political parties represented in the Imperial Diet (also known as Chamber of Representatives), isn't as necessary in our democratic process as it may seem, the fact is that consolidation of government states that numerous small political parties would need to be dissolve into more larger political formations in order to grant stability to the realm. According to Robinson himself, to acheive this goal, and allow the formation of a large right-wing political party, the Luthorian Parliament would need to change its electoral system to first-past-the-post in the Chamber, allowing stronger majorities to be formed but at the cost of allowing elections where the elected MPs are with 30% to 40% of the vote, and through a divided opposition, elected to represent their constituency to Darlington. These elections would risk creating apathy towards the political process, as this undemocratic system of representation strangle the will of smaller parties at the difference of much stronger and established political institutions.

Usually, these are the first step towards an overall democratic backsliding, as single-party majority governments have usually less pressure related to their policies and their actions compared a coalition majority government - this could lead towards increased government authoritarianism, potentially leading towards the death of Luthorian democracy as we know it. Tyranny usually comes, at least in representative democracies, from persons having far too much influence within a party which has, in itself, an absurd amount of influence within a nation's political system.

Democracy is fragile folks, and it's our job, as citizens to fight in order to preserve it. And well, at worst, we still have the Emperor to coup the government if it all comes down to the worst.

Emperor's Cross Bombing Foiled - DSA Apprehend Radical Communist Plot to Bomb Main FW Station and Slay Beloved Emperor.

Following death threats and menaces being delivered to several members of the imperial family, the Domestic Intelligence Agency has been researching for months the whereabouts and potential plots organised by the terrorist "RCYL" or better known as the "Revolutionary Comminist Youth League", an organisation decreed as terrorist by the Labour Government in 5672 by former Home Secretary Bobber. This organisation aim for the "destruction of the tyrannical Luthorian capitalist regime" and for the "restructuration of society" in a "proud and socialistic manner" with the stated objective being to "organise Luthorian society for the revolutionary struggle to liberate the world from the shackles of liberal democracy, monarchies and capitalist economic model". Current Home Secretary Parker-Stanford stated that the communist organisation was "one of the greatest domestic threats" as of now. But, it seems that the menace had been neutralised thanks to the impressive of the DSA agents.

According to a statement from the Office of the Director-General of the Domestic Intelligence Agency, confirmed that the RCYL had been "neutralised", with the arrest, in a operation in coordination with the National Police, of numerous militants who have been charged with "disruption of public peace" and "participation in a plot aimed at the destruction of property, the killing of citizens and the destabilisation of the Realm" charges, the latter maybe leading them straight to jail. According to the Home Secretary's Office, the RCYL planned a terrorist attack during the Golden Jubilee on Fort William's busiest train station at Emperor Street. The terrorists had planned to send several kamikaze at the station in the days leading up to the Golden Jubilee, in order to attend the celebration of His Imperial Majesty's 50th Year on the Throne, the Imperial Luthorian Army troops had to use railway connections to arrive at the capital, that is where the attacks would take place, by taking advantage of this fact, the cowardly organisation planned to blow up the station and disrupt the organisation of the Jubilee. Following this, during one visit where the Emperor would appear, the organisation would have launched an assassination plot to kill His Majesty while meeting with his people.

According to the Department of Home Affairs, over 30 people were arrested and put into police custody, while the main headquarters of the RCYL has been taken over by the Domestic Intelligence Agency who is currently on the process of reviewing documents detailing plans for action against the Luthorian government, needless to say that an apparent threat has been taken care of by our security services, allowing the safe continuation of planning for the 5677 Golden Jubilee, Prime Minister Brooke stated that Crown Street was "pleased and relieved" by the neutralisation of the RCYL and that the Government's monitoring of "dangerous organisations" would continue. For the Home Secretary, it showed the government's "continued committment towards the preservation of national unity through the continued dismantlment of domestic and foreign terrorist groups". Even on the left-wing side of political spectrum, reactions have mostly been positive, former Prime Minister Howe reacted and called the day "positive for the continued fight for justice", former PM Miles also reacted, congratulating the government on their work, but nonetheless warning about "extensive government tyranny" through these "abritary" dismantlements, although the Home Department and domestic intelligence acted within the prerogatives given to them by law.

His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Emperor-King Richard II hasn't yet reacted to the successful dismantlement of the assassination plot, but sources within the Orange Palace states that the Emperor and imperial family are "pleased" with the turn of events.

Protest Act With Violence Against Police, forcing response as Opposition acts recklessly.

With Trigunia/Nadiya's Tsarina still under custody by local authorities, radical left-wing movements have begun calling for "reform" of the Luthorian judicial system, in their view the Judiciary is "inherently unjust", as they were protesting the immunity from prosecution enjoyed by Luthorian officials, in their radical proposals, they've argued for the full dissestablishment of the immunity system, which is especially built to protect elected officials within the Cabinet and the imperial family. Assembled in Empress Katherine Street, the protestors, 24.000 according to the police and 32.000 according to the organisers advanced towards Parliament, where they originally hoped to stop at Parliament Square to place "pressure for fairness" upon the Chamber of Representatives.

According to the Times, these protestors were inspired by the arrest of Tsarina Anastasia of Nadiya as an example to follow, according to them, the imperial family's protection from prosecutions was "unjust and morally wrong" for a democracy to continue having. These weird coalition formed of left-wing radical activists, communists, anarchists, left-wing republicans and other political ideals, formed in direct confrontation with the Tory government of Mr. Brooke, hoping to force a crisis that would precipate the fall of Brooke as Prime Minister.

According to the Home Office, during the protests, numerous individuals begun harassing police forces and destroy property and assaulting numerous individuals that weren't part of the protests. These dangerous acts of violence forced the police to answer in kind, dispersing the crowd assembled in protests to safeguard lives. The protest was dispersed in National Valley Street, with numerous protestors fleeing from the violent confrontations between the police and the terrorists that had infested the once-peaceful march.

According to the Home Office, 2 people were seriously wounded, 1 policeman and another bystander, the two were taken at the Empress Elswith Imperial Hospital and their lives could be in danger. Over 325 arrests were made and another 65 people have been lightly wounded. The Cabinet blamed the "cowardly radical" organisations behind the protests, hinting at potential Communist Party infiltration, the legalist political party quickly refuted the allegations, stating that the Government's "violent crackdown against free speech and freedom of protest" was to blame for the horrendous number of injured. Leader of the Opposition Sir Edward Stanley (Labour) stated that the government today "lost its mandate" to the Luthorian people and called for the resignation of the Prime Minister and the organisation of new elections.

Government partners in the Liberal Party, remained silent, although it is stated that the Liberals are "reconsidering" their position within the Cabinet, although they were stopped from doing so by the intervention of Prime Minister Brooke and Home Secretary Parker-Stanford, who announced an investigation upon the enforcement of the law during the protest.

In terms of "great relationships", it would be even ludicrous to think that Luthori and Dorvik even shared one in the first place. Both states remained bitter rivals for the most part of their millenium-long relationship, and remain today, rivals in some ways, even with them engaging in a process of "rebuilding" in their bilateral relationship. Both Luthori's and Dorvik's foreign ministries remains suspicious of one another, traditionally used in watching both moves' in a suspicious manner. Enlighten by this context, both government engaged in a medium-term relations restoration process, through the development of trade and economic initiatives in both nations. Akin to Luthori's "break the ice" in relations with the Dundorfians, numerous specialists and geopoliticians agrees that this move enters into a wider strategy and rethinking of Luthorian foreign policy going forward.

According to the Foreign Office, the Dorvish-Luthorian relationship, restarted under the last term under strict guidelines for economic cooperation proves itself to be "beneficial" for the continent at large. He stated that "amid a distrustful environment in eastern Artania, it's prove to be an important step towards peace and common prosperity if old grudges were sidelined in favour of a new, better and equal relationship.", as of now, Dorvish-Luthorian trade has restarted, with Luthorian exports towards the nation gradually increasing over the years. Experts states that the Kingdom of Dorvik will become Luthori's third largest trade partner in Artania, as Kundrati's place continues to decline even with the collapse of the pseudo-legionary regime in Kasaema.

While Luthorian foreign policy has been traditionally focused towards Seleyan politics or Dovani and Eastern World shenanigans, the Brooke government's stern rebuke of traditional conservative foreign policy, turning rather inwards and dealing with Luthori's presence in the Artanian continent, as did the most recent Labour government. For Gent, this shift in foreign affairs was "necessary", as Luthori's current geopolitical reality do not allow her to "overstretch" her foreign policy, as was the case with the Labour government's idealist foreign policy style. The Prime Minister, Joseph Brooke has announced his intention to resign from his post and leave the Conservative Party to choose a candidate to replace him. Mr. Brooke has been in office for 6 years, forming his first government in 5673, following an upset success at the general election. The Prime Minister notified his wishes for a "new generation" of politicians to govern Luthori.

The Prime Minister has submitted his resignation to Emperor Richard II after the Conservative Party elected current Secretary of State for the Home Department, Sir Patrick Parker-Stanford as leader. The Emperor, noting and acknowleding this development, invited Sir Parker-Stanford to the Orange Palace, likely to invite him to form a government on his behalf.

His Imperial Majesty formally appointed Sir Parker-Stanford as Prime Minister of Luthori, leaving him with the task of forming a government amid a stronger than expected performance by the Conservative Party and their allies within the right-wing bloc in the 5678 elections, even considering the formation of the Innovation Party and the numerous controversies concerning Mr. Brooke's second and third governments.

Sir Parker-Stanford announced that he wished for his governments to "continue on the work" laid out by his predecessor, although with a greater emphasis on "securing Luthorian economic might and encourage innovation and investments by foreign economic actors", he stated that the next government would be "guided by the principles of economic liberal and the free market". Worring many about the economic and fiscal policy of the government. 

The new prime minister stated that Luthorian foreign policy would remain in line with traditional Tory policy, although with a greater emphasis on international cooperation and building bridges between nations and Luthori. 

Crown Street announced that Sir Parker-Stanford's government would be joined by 13 Conservative MPs, 9 Liberal MPs, 5 Moderate MPs and finally 3 Hosian Democratic MPs entering the government as cabinet members and ministers, forming a government of 30 ministers in total, one of the largest in Luthorian history.

Sir Parker-Stanford is expected to remain, at large, a moderate conservative government, with a greater emphasis being placed on pleasing the far-right Identity Study Committee through economic decisions rather than social decisions. The opposition denounced the whole thing as a "sham", with the National Labour Party's leader and LOTO (Leader of the Opposition) Jake MacDonald, stating that the Tories are just "changing face but not their harmful policies".

The new Prime Minister will have to leave his mark as his first real challenge awaits him, and that being the visit from the Deltarian Prime Minister in Luthori in the coming months, both Blackhall Palace and Cahtica announced to be happening in the "next months". This visit, carefully prepared by former Foreign Secretary Gent aims to recreate ties and economic incentive from Majatra towards Luthori, whose markets remains closed off in the most part, and where Luthorians aims to develop commercial and financial ties, akin to the Dorvish-Luthorian thaw, originally economic in nature and which slowly becomes more and more diplomatic.

The Prime Minister's first real test domestically will be with Chancellor Hobart's Autumn Budget, which will set the government's economic and fiscal agenda forwards. Nonethless, Mr. Brooke's time has passed and whether or not Sir Parker-Stanford will succeed in his endeavors, remains to be seen.
