This Amendment to the Haniyaret (Yeudish: הניירת, transl. The Paperwork) concerns the special clauses and provisos identified in the 5684 bilateral meeting in Kaliburg, between state and government officials of the Empire of Ananto and Kalistan and the City State of Tel Bira.

(1) ACKNOWLEDGE the previous 8 clauses and their provisos of the Haniyaret,
(2) UNDERSTAND that the Haniyaret applies only between them and not with the Union of Amudim nor the Yeudi Diaspora, as a whole, effectively nullifying clauses (2.1), (5), (6), (7) and (8) as part of their agreement,
(3) UNDERSTAND that clause (2.6) may be revisited in the future but is not part of their current agreement,
AND
(4) AGREE to waive (3.8) to mutually protect their economic interests.
