Delegates and representatives, as we approach the end of this meeting, we ask representatives to vote on a final resolution to officially end the war and begin the reconstruction process.

RECOGNIZING
The self-determination and sovereignty of the interim state of New Endralon and Kizenia. 

The official end of all hostilities and tensions between the warring states.

The transfer of the historical ownership of the Crownlands of Zyldavia to Egelion.

ESTABLISHING 
A Regency Council, determined by the interim government of New Endralon and Kizenia, to decide their future governance.

A demilitarized region of the southern Kizenian coast, including the cities of Luncasi and Deltabor.

An exclusive leased naval base accessible to the Kalistani Regular Navy

ACKNOWLEDGING 
The retreat and full exit of Nadiyan, Egelian, and Kalistani troops from all of New Endralon and Kizenia.

The full sovereignty, independence, and free will of the New Endralon and Kizenian State.

With this language, our objections are resolved.

With the full authority of Their Imperial Majesties as their direct representative to this Conference, I will affix my signature as their proxy, and add a signing statement which lays out a timeline for our withdrawal, to which we are thus committed:

1. We will begin a phased withdrawal in proportion to the standing up of the Kizenian Government, to ensure that there is not a vacuum in the interim. We look forward to meeting with Kizenian National Officials post haste to turn over our security points and regressing toward the Port Facilities in Luncasi.

2a. The municipal Governments of both Luncasi and Delatbor are already in the hands of local Kizenian civilian authority, as they have been since Kalistan's arrival, none of whom were associated with the former dictatorship. They maintain full authority, as quasi sovereign entities, and their relationship to the national government will need to be worked out between them and the incoming Central Government.

2b. Both municipalities have been granted civil authority over the respective unincorporated territory between them, on the south side of the mountains to the shore of the Anantonese Ocean.

2c. They also control their own police and local militias, which were stood up so that Kalistani Regulars would stay at bases in the countryside and not bother the citizens of either city.

3. Kalistan will maintain a nominal presence at the Port facilities until the final lease is negotiated, included a Status of Forces Agreement. While this is being negotiated, Kalistani regular engineers will begin constructing temporary barrack and headquarters facilities to transform the newly constructed portion of the port into a naval supply and logistics outpost.

We will standby for communications with the Kizenian provisional authority.
