Dear representatives. We thank our Istalian partners for bringing up the issue and the need for a quick response. SOMECO has already issued immediate economic and financial sanctions on the Selucian regime, a move that also blocks any and all oil and gas shipments from its member states Kafuristan and Badara, to Selucia. The Grand Empire believes this move will turn up the heat and ensure that the Selucian regime will need to listen to international concerns.

On the topic of protecting shipping lanes and preserving regional stability. Deltaria would like to echo calls by the Imperial State of Istalia to give Majatran nations the mandate to act in this regard. We can assure partners like Kalistan and Egelion that a Majatran mission, consisting of both leadership and Majatran ships, would be able to protect all shipping lanes and economic activity in the area, not just Majatran interests. Deltaria would be willing to send a sizeable task force to the region to patrol local waters and protect shipping lanes, working with other regional partners in keeping them safe from potential disruption.

This is no easy decision for Deltaria, as this would be our first military deployment in decades and a true test to our renewed committment and capabilities to/in this continent. But we are willing to push forward and show all our partners that Majatra can ensure stability and continuity for not just itself, but for all its international partners.
