Government presents a plan for mass investments into the domestic manufacturing industry

A 9,3 billion g'an investment will be distributed towards the domestic automotive manufacturing industry, finance minister Enzhe Wasan has announced during the monthly questioning period in the Khanate Yuan, following the Premier's speech to the legislature about the need to diversify the nation's economy. "We love our farmers, and we love our agriculture, but if we want a better life for our workers, for our farmers, higher wages, better quality of life, we need to change the way we operate, and that includes a need to diversify our economy, to avoid any possibility of crisis, will something horrible happen to our agriculture industry", Premier Asuke said during his address. Finance minister Wasan has followed suit, doubling down on the commitment presented by the Premier, presenting a clearer policy and proposal before the parliament.

Government's roadmap, officially called "Growth That Strengthens Everyone" (GTSE), was published online on the Ministry of Finance website after a heated discussion in the Yuan on Tuesday, where, according to the infographic presented at the end of the 89-page-long document, the State Council plans to distribute about 9,3 billion g'an towards both the enlargement of the existing manufacturing plants presented in the country, including those of the state-owned Haseku car manufacturer, as well as the construction of the new ones in a cooperation with private large businesses, which are either interested in starting their own manufacturing, or consolidate multiple parties under one bigger brand. "For many, these are some enormous numbers to put out and invest, and they for sure are, but I believe everyone must understand that such a policy proposal is equally colossal, and we want to get a proper result out of it, we must invest massively to receive a return payment in terms of economy growing, wages increasing, more jobs, much more attractive Bianjian businesses and economy as a whole, that's what we are going for here, and I want to believe that we will succeed", said premier Asuke in a commnetary requested by the BHK News.

Currently, the Khanate Car Factory, or how it is officially known, Haseku, is the only major automotive manufacturer in Bianjie, producing up to 53 thousand cars annually, with 4 plants across the nation. And still, for the amount of hope and investment, the company does not produce enough results to be a major force on the continent and beyond, the industry minister Giocangga Cimos told the opposition deputy Jobalut during a questioning period. According to Cimos, if GTSE is to be successful, the government expects Haseku in particular to be the biggest manufacturer in the region, producing up to 300 thousand cars daily, with the manufacturer plants in neighbouring or close friendly countries, though he says that is an ideal situation, which the State Council hopes for, but "remains realistic".

Cimos also added that within the GTSE, there is a priority to launch another likely state-owned manufacturer, though that remains up for debate, which will be focusing on producing train cars for Bianjian metro systems in Gemun and Niyalma, if that is to be realised any time soon, as well as the trains for the Bianjie National Railways to use. "I will be repeating this everywhere I go, but we have the resources: our nation is rich with metals; we are rich with incoming experiences of managing Haseku; but above all, we have extremely talented people, workers, who will be happy to get properly paid jobs. So I do not doubt the need for this, as well as do I doubt if we can do it. We can, because we know how to", Cimos replied to a doubtful question from the opposition benches.

Overall, the semi-megaproject set out by the Asuka government is planned to span about 10 years, involving cooperation with domestic and international private parties, as well as foreign governments that would be interested in either investing in the massive project, or letting in Bianjian manufacturers to be opened and operate in their countries, accordingly to the local laws. Finance minister Enzhe Wasan told Shogyoshi that the State Council is already in talks with the banking "Big Three", like Hikona, Aisin, and Cisubank, discussing the potential involvement in funding the project, if the government will require financial support, as well as the investments; however, she did not disclose any results of those talks so far. "We are working hard and will continue to do so. For the people of this beautiful country", Wasan said.
