PM Prasert Rushed to Hospital Following Stroke

Udon Nakhon – Prime Minister Prasert Thanomchai (UCF) has been rushed to Khemkhaeng University Hospital following a stroke and fall earlier this morning, according to a statement from the prime minister's office. Prime Minister Prasert is reportedly doing well and is unlikely to require much time to recover, following what his office describes as a "slight cardiovascular hiccup," noting that "his heart continues to beat strong and hard for the people of South Dovani." 

Questions surrounding the Prime Minister's physical fitness have continued to swirl for years in South Dovani, following hospitalizations in 5635 and 5638 for serious respiratory infections. Undoubtedly, this latest episode will reignite debate over Prasert's ability to manage and lead the government during a time of compounding security, economic, and social crises.
