Your voice matters: The time is now to reform the electoral system

The Sanders administration is plotting the biggest reform to Likatonia's electoral system in a generation, President Sanders describes it as a "necessary step forwards". This forms part of an effort to reduce the size of an increasingly bloated Federal congress. The chronicle understands that the number of senators will be significantly reduced from 100 to just 15 experts say that congress will now be able to operate more effectively as decisions become more streamlined. When Sanders was asked if term limits for senators was on the table the president declined to comment. 

We analysed a number of possible options, but we felt that this was the right policy. This decision to reduce the number of senators was a necessary step forwards and will present itself with significant cost savings. Our people have been crying out for the change that the NDP will deliver. The time is now to talk about electoral reform.
