The Constitutional Convention has finally put forward the final drafted version of the new constitution after 15 years of debate, making the longest constitutional convention in the history of Nadiya. The new constitution introduces a series of new measures such as:

The debt brake, a new measure which allows for the NCB to effectively coup the government's budget when the debt balloons to above 90% of GDP and permits the adoption of special laws and executive decrees in the imaginary case of a deadlock occuring between the two lower Chambers, namely the NGA and CoN.

The suspension of the only-female provision for the royalty, this effectively means that the Treaty of Petrograd's amendment banning men from being regents was temporarily suspended for the duration of this new constitution. While the provision still remains in the treaty, the third constitutional convention expected to be held in 50 years will still have the choice to restore the ban on male heirs if the policy doesn't work out.

Adhesion of the Monarch to the Presidential Council, while the monarch regent remains as a dual head of state alongside the head of the Presidential Council, they are now a permanent member of the Council which means that they must reaffirm their mandate through the current electoral system. This adhesion to the council means that the regent will be able to propose executive decrees and laws, veto laws (if there is a majority of 5 members), appoint a prime minister, become a co-commissioner, etc.

Transition from the socialized economy to state capitalism, this reform allows for far greater liberty in the market while maintaining the stability and trustworthiness of the public institutions. The Convention justified their decision to change the economic model after the economic recession caused by the Kerisian War and the heavy weight the governmental budget had to endure in order to satisfy the social requirements.

Finally, recognition of the equality between men and women under the law. This new amendment guarantees justice and fair treatment between the two biological sexes under the laws of the Confederation, while the constitution says they are equal, many still believe in the superiority of the female gender just like how in the rest of terra patriarchal ideas persist even tho people claim that their nations achieved gender equality.
