Before we get started, I would like to take a moment to request that the Chair make it be known that those attending from Majatra and Artania are nothing more than guests, and should be expected to conduct themselves as such. I do believe that our meeting was announced publicly, and was therefore open to all attendees, but it is my understanding that the important business of this hemisphere is ours, and not theirs, and so it is our hope that they will have the decency to remain polite, but silent observers.
