TITLE IV. THE EXECUTIVE
Section 1 – The Executive Power
IV.1.b. His Majesty’s Government: Is the federal executive body that is responsible for the administration of Mordusia. It consists of the Cabinet and the Prime-Minister, who run the Government in His Majesty’s name and the civil service whom the cabinet directs.
IV.1.c. Head of Government: The Prime-Minister is the Minister of the Crown who is the Head of Government.
IV.1.c. Royal Ascent: All decisions of His Majesty’s Government need royal ascent from the Sovereign before it becomes law or enters into force.
Section 2 – The Cabinet
IV.2.a. The Cabinet: The Cabinet is the leading body of His Majesty’s Government, headed by the Prime-Minister and consists out of all Ministers of the Crown.
IV.2.b. Chair of the Cabinet: The Prime-Minister chairs and leads the Cabinet.
IV.2.c. Appointing the Prime-Minister: A member of the House of Representatives who wins the confidence of the House is invited after every election to form a government with a fully staffed Cabinet in the Sovereign’s name.
IV.2.d. Appointing the Ministers of the Crown: The Sovereign appoints the Ministers of the Crown at the advice of the Prime-Minister;
IV.2.e. Ministers of the Crown Term of Office: All ministers of the Crown, including the Prime-Minister serve at the Sovereign’s pleasure for as long as they enjoy the confidence of the House of Representatives.
