As Kalistan maintains active and regular naval patrols in roughly the are from Keris in the north to Indrala in the South, and from the Karzon Strait in the West through the Sea if Meridia to the east, excepting the area east and directly south of Varona, we will naturally be cooperating on those patrols throughout the Northern Parts of the Anantonese Ocean. Our patrol ranges are limited by access to supply ports. We maintain supply throughout Ananto and Kalistan and at Bentasur, and our lease in Luncasi continues.

As such, we would be willing to open our supply ports to those in our group conducting patrols throughout the region, and sell surplus supplies, fuel and food at cost, though we will continue to prioritize Kalistani Regular Naval supply. We would merely expect reciprocal treatment from other signatories to this treaty should the Regular Navy of Kalistan find itself in a situation where it needs to be deployed in a forward location.
