As the clock ticks inexorably toward the Terran Olympics, the Valruzian bid has revealed more details during a joint press conference held by the three mayors of the cities that will host the games: Nowogard, Szary Kamien, and Gryfitów. Smiling, the three posed for the media in a room where they signed the collaboration agreement between the cities, before moving on to a huge indoor hall where they revealed numerous details already in place for the games which, in just a few years, will fill the cities of Valruzia with citizens from all over the world and, of course, top-level athletes.
The first thing to be revealed was the motto, "One Terra, One Spirit, One Game" ("Jedna Terra, Jeden Duch, Jedna Gra"). "We believe that this motto, created in conjunction with the Valruzian Olympic Sports Confederation, perfectly sums up what we want to create and inspire with these games" said the mayor of Szary Kamien, KPW's Melania Borak.
Following this, a map of the three cities was projected showing the locations that will host the different sports marked in red: 10 sites in Nowogard, 5 in Gryfitów, and 7 in Szary Kamien.
Water sports will be divided between Gryfitów and Szary Kamien, with the latter also hosting most of the contact sports. The rest will mostly go to the capital, although the specific details are still to be finalized. Most of the infrastructure is already built or will rely on previously constructed buildings, so the overall construction work is expected to finish in less than a year, as the Ministry of Infrastructure has confirmed.

Mascot: Słoneczko (little Sun) has been selected as the official mascot for the Games. Created by a group of young athletes with special needs, it represents the Valruzian sun, with the colors of the Valruzian flag in its arms and legs. Crowned with a golden laurel wreath as a symbol of sporting victory, its futuristic design also represents "Valruzia's ambitions to move forward into the future". For merchandising and various on-screen events, Słoneczko will take different forms depending on the event being held.

Construction and transport: The three cities have agreed to develop a joint 3-way-ticket to travel around the three cities during the dates of the Terran Olympics for 100 VPO. Aditionally, the Valruzian government estimates over VPO 500 million to be invested in transport improvements for the Games, with extensions to the Nowogard Metro and a hundred km of new cycle lanes. It is expected that visitors to Nowogard will pay higher public transport fares during the Games, although the local government has announced special tickets for the time too, and all this will pay for the increased frequency and hours of service for public transport during the Games, as experts estimate an average increase of 15% in services. The local government of Szary Kamien, on the other hand, has refused to increase ticket prices within the city borders for the event, and the Gryfitów local council is set to vote on different proposals next week.
Medals: The president of the Nowogard 5710 Organizing Committee, Bartłomiej Pelka, has appeared also to unveil the Olympic medals for the Games. On the obverse, the medals will feature embedded hexagon-shaped tokens of scrap iron that had been taken from the original construction of the Presidential palace from the Valruzian Unitary State times, with the logo of the Games engraved into it. The reverse of the medals will feature the ancient Valruzian goddess of victory, and each medal will weigh 455–529 g and have a diameter of 85 mm and 9.2 mm thick.

Participants and tickets: As of now, Olympic committees from Amudim, Bianjie, Kalistan, Trigunia, Valruzia and Vanuku have confirmed their participation in the Games, although more nations are expected to join soon as they apply for the Terran Olympic Committe. Tickets are expected to go out around a year before the event takes place, and the Sejm is in talks to approve new laws to cap hotel and hosting prices for the dates of the multinational event. The Valruzian government is also said to be developing a platform for Game Volunteers to sign up, with a special fund being created so they will not be technically "volunteers" but instead will receive a small amount of salary for their work during the duration of the Games.
"We believe that everyone deserves a decent payment for any work they do. "Volunteering" sounds good on paper, but we don't want to support any kind of exploitation. For this reason, the Valruzian government will make sure that those who volunteer to help during the games will receive a payment for their services" have said Marzel Zagórski, Chancellor of Valruzia, during his speaking time during the presentation.
Józef Nowik, mayor of Nowogard, has declared that the joint candidacy is working to create a "ticket lottery platform" that will offer free tickets to the fortunate ones, aimed at low-rent citizens, young athletes and students.
With delegations from Amudim, Bianjie, Kalistan, Trigunia, and Vanuku already confirmed, the Valruzian Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced a joint security task force, with over 200,000 personnel being deployed across the "Olympic Triangle" to ensure the safety of the projected 50 million visitors, as more than 20 million tickets are expected to go on sale.
Mayor of Gryfitów, Daniel Dutko, closed the press conference by addressing the upcoming council vote on transport fares in his city. "While we look at the numbers, we must not lose sight of the spirit. Gryfitów will remain accessible. We want every citizen to feel the pulse of "Jedna Terra"."
