SCKWP to be forcibly dissolved; Kuniyuki Cabinet sets gaze on the far right.

With the Heimeikyo Strike still fresh in the minds of many, and the Ministry of Justice beginning investigations into the constitutionality of the far left Seko Communist-Kaminskist Workers Party, many began counting the days of the SCKWP as many found it slim for the party to survive the challenges. This week, the Ministry of Justice confirmed, and announced that the SCKWP is to be forcibly dissolved, alongside all affiliated institutions. This has effectively seen the far left splinter, as the SCKWP is no more, and with no central party to rally behind, division has set forth on the far left.
For the centrists, this has been a moment of relief as while the Republic faces many troubles, communism will not be one of those troubles. With a far left that's fractured (albeit still angry), the centrists have had some boost in morale, especially as Kuniyuki has announced that once the State Diet is restored, snap elections will be held to replace the vacant seats. While the State Diet continues to be suspended, there's still some relief for centrists. However, the Kuniyuki Cabinet has shifted its gaze to the far right, citing the "alarmingly strong presence of anti democratic forces" on the far right, and that an investigation into the far right may also occur, most especially the SFRP. as expected, the far right has celebrated the forced dissolution of the communists but has reacted very negatively to the looming investigation, with the SFRP using every avenue possible to slow down, delay, or even prevent the investigation from occuring.
If the investigation goes through and the SFRP is forcibly dissolved however, then Kuniyuki will be able to enact not only democratic reforms, but continue the KRT with little opposition. But the far right will make sure that any attempts to forcibly dissolved the SFRP is long, arduous, and near impossible.
