Background: The Temple of Arwyj (known as Mamors to the Selucians) was the most iconic and frequented sanctuary of ancient Valruzia. Located in the Gryfitów channel, it served as a premier Selucian colonial outpost in Northern Seleya. The site held immense spiritual and military significance; historical texts describe it as the location where generals offered prayers before continental campaigns, housing a vast collection of statues dedicated to legendary soldiers and heroes.

After centuries of debate regarding its exact location due to rising sea levels, recent remote sensing research by the University of Nowogard identified a submerged complex 3–5 meters deep. Measuring 350 meters by 200 meters, the structure is poised to be the largest religious temple ever discovered in Valruzia and one of the most significant in Seleya's ancient history.

The site represents a unique archaeological link between the indigenous Zuman tribes and the competing colonial powers of Selucia, Deltaria and Aldegar. Its identification was a cornerstone for understanding the pre-modern maritime landscape and the cultural evolution of the region before the Endralonian and Zergonese settlement eras.
