Amudim: Nuke Yishelem Agreement

The Empire of Ananto and Kalistan may not RATIFY this treaty as of May 5715, because we do not possess nuclear weaponry, nor do we support the idea of nuclear weaponry in the world. Therefore we formally withdraw from this treaty before it may be ratified, and let it be known that our formal withdrawal should not be construed as it having ever been ratified it in the first place. And furthermore, be it known that if the Empire of Ananto and Kalistan ever ratifies this agreement, we will have withdrawn automatically upon ratification.
