Baatrynsentii - Following his narrow appointment in the Supreme Congress, newly elected President Jali Bukha immediately set the tone with a lightning visit to one of New Verham's closest allies, Xsampa. Arriving in Metz-Leonid with the presidential plane and a entourage of at least two hundred officials, the president was welcomed by Xsampan leader Thekchen Auclair after which they headed towards the office of Auclair.

There, the two signed a agreement that had already been in the works for some time. In a momentous moment for both nations and the Dovani Union as a whole, they signed the "Pillar for the Freedom of Movement", a optional pillar within the Dovani Union. By doing so, citizens from Xsampa and New Verham can from this day travel between one another freely, with almost all limitations and checks to be suspended.

Specifically, more capabilities to monitor shipping lanes and the Sea of Carina are behind the desired drone program. 

The DSC, consisting of countless defense companies from DSO member states, has already been working on a modular naval platform that, in recent years, has slowly advanced and is now in the late design stage. With the new drone program, Xsampa and New Verham seek to further increase the expertise of the DSC and continue to promote "Dovanian designed" hardware. Both Bukha and Auclair reiterated that their other DSC partner, Bianjie, is more then welcome to join the DSC drone program if it seeks to do so.

After a short but steady stay in Metz-Leonid, taking less then a day, Bukha boarded the presidential plane and flew back to Baatrynsentii.
