With the Aki Cabinet continuing the move towards market liberalism and creating an environment sustainable for foreign investors, the state has looked towards the financial industry to enact deregulation. As such, the first aspect of these economic reforms are liberalization in the banking sector, such as capital flexibility reform, which will focus on adjusting reserve requirements, encourage long term lending, expanding SME loans, and de-politicize credit allocation. To ensure stability, these reforms will be gradually introduced.
Furthermore, the creation of a domestic stock exchange, which will be based on Eiwa, to encourage mid sized firms listing, tax incentives for IPOs, and allow for pension funds to invest into equities (much to the displeasure of the SMP). Alongside this, support for venture capital, which will include startup capital tax breaks, angel investment credits, and University-Industry partnership grants. This will be valuable to encouraging high end jobs, and relates to the LPP-CDP Coalition discussing the possibility of a green energy plan.
And speaking of, yes, the Aki Cabinet is discussing plans to begin potential Green energy initiatives, as Kalistan has shown a strong interest in financing and supporting Seko in expanding to green energy, while also ensuring coal miners aren't left behind. As such, while the plans are being drafted, it's likely that the Aki Cabinet will work with Kalistan on a workable green transition that promotes better energy grids, economic growth and job expansions, without leaving Sekowans behind.
