We understand the issues of a common currency. We've never been party to such a collective cause of its inherent lack of flexibility. It is the foundation of Yeudi capitalism, after all; flexibility. We're the middleman economy, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse.
In fact, we voiced opposition to past attempts in both Majatra and Artania, in ages past.
But we do frameworks and networks rather well.
May I suggest something?
Instead of a common currency, what if all Dovanian currencies remained independent, but an index currency measured against all these - and their fluctuations. You have a central financial instrument in the collective, which simply expresses all individual components. GEMEX handles the trades on that, including derivatives, on behalf of Dovani; no ideology is infringed upon - in theory - and the rest of Terra can operate on that index currency, including any listings in other major exchanges. That might prove to be one of the biggest financial boosts in terms of investment confidence Bianjie could witness.
Not a common currency.
