Petroenglia Concludes Rossfadda Term Contract Awards

The New Englian Petroleum Corporation or Petroenglia today announces the conclusion of the competitive term contract process for the export of crude oil from the Rossfadda Formation, following a comprehensive technical, commercial, and legal evaluation of qualified bids.

After final deliberations by the Board of Governors and Tender Committee, Petroenglia has awarded three multi-year term contracts to:

• Petroliam Nagara Temania (Petronara) of Temania
  
• Petróleón of Egelion
  
• Bianjie Oil and Gas Company of Bianjie
  
  

These contracts collectively account for an initial allocation of approximately 78,000 barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil exports, subject to phased scaling in accordance with production optimization and infrastructure readiness milestones.

Under the awarded structure, each corporation are contracted with the following barrels per day (bpd):

• Petronara (Temania): ~34,000 bpd
  
• [b]Bianjie Oil and Gas Company:[/b] ~24,000 bpd
  
• [b]Petróleón (Egelion):[/b] ~20,000 bpd
  

All agreements are structured with pricing formulas indexed to prevailing continental benchmarks, incorporating sovereign revenue safeguards, destination flexibility clauses, and domestic supply priority protections.

Petroenglia confirms that the commercial terms secured under the Egelion and Bianjie contracts reflect enhanced fiscal provisions, higher minimum take-or-pay commitments, and stronger stabilisation protections in favour of New Englia. These improvements were made possible through disciplined negotiation and competitive recalibration during the latter stages of the bidding process.
Infrastructure Readiness

The Corporation further notes that New Englia’s existing extraction, refining, and export infrastructure—historically underutilised due to the field’s primarily domestic orientation—provides a strong foundation for the efficient scaling of export volumes without major greenfield capital expenditure.

Incremental upgrades currently underway include:

• Compression and flow optimisation at key well clusters
  
• Storage expansion at coastal terminals
  
• Modernisation of loading and scheduling systems
  

These enhancements will allow Rossfadda’s sustainable production plateau to reach approximately 245,000–255,000 bpd, while maintaining full domestic supply security.

Petroenglia reiterates that all awarded contracts:

• Preserve the constitutional authority of the Confederate Government over national patrimony
  
• Affirm Petroenglia’s statutory autonomy
  
• Include review mechanisms tied to production, market conditions, and domestic economic needs
  

No exclusive logistics quota has been granted to any foreign shipping operator. Export transport allocations will be subject to separate, transparent maritime tendering procedures.

NEPC/Petroenglia Board Chairwoman Aoife Rennick stated: “This outcome reflects a balanced and commercially sound pathway for Rossfadda—expanding exports while protecting sovereignty, institutional independence, and domestic energy security. The awarded partners bring capital discipline, market access, and long-term purchasing stability.”

Petroenglia believes the conclusion of these awards marks a decisive transition for Rossfadda from a domestically oriented field to a strategically managed export contributor—strengthening fiscal resilience, industrial development, and New Englia’s standing within Dovani and beyond.
