Solar Farms to be expanded; As the energy corridor is finished, energy output can increase.

Solar expansion? You wouldn't be amiss to think that the Auclair Administration was the one who did that, and that the Aurousseau Administration is simply repeating ground. Except, the last expansion was about gradual and largely relegated to rooftop solar. Which isn't exactly ideal for energy production. To that end, solar farms will need to be expanded tenfold. Of course, hydro and wind will need to be included, but small steps. As such, in the recently completed energy corridor, solar farms will be established as solar is the cheapest to make, less maintenance heavy, and fastest to produce. The goal will be to start providing direct power to the National Energy Grid and begin the first steps toward moving the country away reliance on foreign energy. Of course, simply placing solar panels and expanding hydro and wind energy won't suddenly mean that the Red-Green Revolution is done like that, and it'll be a multi decade project at best, but for this step, it'll be a good start.
As such, the Xsampan Job Corps will be utilized, and primarily focused on where the energy corridor is located, primarily within the North (thanks to the general climate of the North). On it own, it won't power the nation, but it could power the Northern Cantons (such as Sharringpo), and pave the way for powering the North, and the South. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. For now, the focus will be ok constructing and expanding solar farms. Fortunately, there is some infrastructure to work with as the country had a minor but notable green energy sector. So this'll make it cheaper for expansion.
Regarding hydro and wind, the Aurousseau Administration is choosing to wait until the solar farms are accomplished but those two power sources will find more support across the country (as the Hanzen Shield Mountain Range can color wind more better) and the South has more rivers to work with for hydro energy. Whatever the case, small steps are still steps in the right direction.
