Official Statement on Counter-revolution in Xsampa

The Revolutionary People's Republic of Utaristan has decided to extend political asylum to Comrade Custodian Dramuktsang, the sole legitimate head of satte and government of Democratic Republic of Xsampa. Comrade Custodian will enjoy the full protection of the Revolutionary Government. The Pan-Dovani People's Revolution has suffered minor setback, but through Revolutionary effort, the People of Utaristan, Xsampa, and Dovani shall prevail. The Revolutionary Republic shall not extend recognition to the illegitimate counter-revolutionary factionalist government controlled by foreign imperialist forces that has been propped up in Metz-Leonid, unless course towards Socialism, Anti-Imperialism, and Pan-Dovanism is set.
