On the Failures of Dogmatic Old Socialism and the Need for a Pragmatic New Socialism

Combat Dogmatism!

Comrades, this is the order of the day.

Why has our movement, the victorious socialist movement of July 27, declined with every consecutive generation? Pestilence where where was once prosperity, rot where there was once life, stagnation instead of revolution.

The Workers Party has been swallowed for decades by an unwavering, unflexible dogmatism that has choked the creative minds of the workers and peasants. This must be ended. Going forward, New Socialism, the true and genuine socialism, must be implemented for the welfare of the people and whole state and nation.

Consqeuently, the Workers Party has resolved hereby to undergo a Constitutional Convention to resolve the contradictions eating away at the foundation of our state. We submit the following proposals for the approval of the People:

I. - REUNIFICATION FIRST-ISM (의주일제 일통남북)
The supreme goal of the state, above all, is the peaceful reunification of the North and South of Dranea. The pursuit of socialism and communism must come secondly to the primary identification of the Kyo people, which is not with communism but with Dranea the fatherland itself. The North and South of Dranea are one nation with two systems that can coexist peacefully under a Kyo state.

II. OUR PEOPLE FIRST-ISM (의주일제 족민 리우)
The Kyo people of the occupied South of Baeguk are citizens of the DPRD. They enjoy the full protection and rights of the Republic. Furthermore, peaceful reintegration into the united Dranea will be the key aspiration of the peaceful reunification policy.

III. NEW DEMOCRATISM (의주중민신)
The political aspirations of the Kyo people are in the state and not any individual party. To achieve the maximum representation of the people in a representative socialist society, party favoritism and vanguardism must be replaced by a multi-party system of free association.

IV. NEW ASSOCIATIONISM (의주사결신)
Above state interest is the rights of the people to the freedom of speech, of political expression, of association, and of the press, provided they are in concert with the harmony of socialist society and pose no credible danger to the Republic.

V. ECONOMIC LIBERATIONISM (의주방해 적제경)
The new, creative application of socialist morals and economics must be implemented in a flexible manner following the real material conditions of Dranean society rather than the dogmatic predetermined prognostics of Metzist prophecies.

Let us fully implement the Five Revolutions of New Socialism for a brighter future in the whole of Dranea!
