KAIZHOU, Jiaozhi -- Spokesperson for Wu Family says that Wu Hán has died at 96-years-old from a heart attack. Wu was the first elected-Chancellor of the Fourth Republic and Founder of the Lotus Party and the International Organization for the Prohibition of Landmines.
