Due to the risk of a retaliation by the Jelbic Empire we will need to keep a low profile in many if not all cases. I'm afraid protecting the revolution in Zardugal outweighs spreading it elsewhere at the moment. As soon as other members of SocIntern are able to support Zardugal in matters of international security this stance might change of course.
