OOC: Yes, we just never got around to it after all that's happened (Zanz, Louis, game down, forum move, legacy, mods, pronat). If you take a look at the SC you'll notice it didn't even get all the delegates to respond. This organisation is either dead or useless if we don't approach it properly as a result of organic RP. Which may after all be a decision by the community to kill it entirely or just make it a forum place, after all.
