This treaty offers a layout for ratifiers from Majatra to cooperate on security and defense.

By ratification, Signatory Nations:

(1) RECOGNISE the Majatran Security Cooperation Organisation (MSCO) as a security organisation tasked with the defense of Majatra and as such

(2) UNDERSTAND that the MSCO is responsible only for the defense of Majatran states against threats from outside the continent and

(3) UNDERSTAND that the MSCO can be used against security threats from inside the continent only if a Majatran state in distress calls for it, thus

(4) AGREE to respect the sovereignty, neutrality and right to self-determination of all Majatran states;

(5) RECOGNISE any member state wishing to ascend to the position of Secretary-General in times of crisis and as such

(6) RECOGNISE any mandates passed by the Secretary-General and

(7) UNDERSTAND that any member state can veto both the appointment of a member state as Secretary-General and their mandates;

(8) AGREE to dedicate a minimum of 1/6th of their military forces when a Secretary-General calls for mobilisation in the defense of Majatra.
